I bought an iJoy Mini Elite Mod Kit.. well over the weekend I had nothing but battery issues to which it would "fully" charge then an hour later the battery meter would drop to one bar... Went to to the store your clerk there is awesome by the way (Hi Diamond - The Doggy) but my only disappointment was the fact that I was told that her manager said and I'm paraphrasing "that's how the batteries are with those" well if the battery life with that particular mod was that crappy I would have never bought the thing to begin with.. but anyways I ended up buying another mod which works a lot better but I'm still not happy that Im stuck with a defective product that I essentially wasted my money on mod that Im waiting to hear back to see if I can even get it warrantied out... Im just very disappointed that I wasn't even offered a refund/store credit just a discount on another mod (which I spent another $90 BTW) I just feel as a loyal customer I was dissed in a way...

Im there almost weekly for something blunts for myself, a accessory, or a vape for my lady. Im…read morealmost 50. She is definitely of age. I went in tonight on way home from work to by a vape. And the guy working wouldn't shut up, kept telling me I needed to by one with a better charge so I could get home. I wanted what I picked out but he wouldn't sell it and kept talking soninfinally said its for my lady its what she wants. He then refused to sell it saying its illegal to by my lady a vape in way home. I offered to return with he and her id. We live a block away. He refused and told me to leave. What kind of person chases his customers away by not shutting up and then refusing and making up laws even where there was many solutions. I had to go acrossed town else where and wad not given an issue l. So im done unless you fire the guy who was rude the whole time and wouldn't sell me what I requested without trying to uosell me and keep talking. Im sorry he has nonfriends but I worked all day not to be trapped in your store by some guy that dont know how to do his job. You dont do enough business there to chase you customers away. Neither of us will return unless he's fired, period. There's no need to be rude and make things up because I wasn't pleased by a male.hitting on me and talking my ear off, the minute I said a lady was in my life he refused to sell to me. The hell you hire creeps like that for. Wr both had ids and are to old for your stupidity. Went back 2 weeks later nothing, they said they would order it again. I went in there today and some little sarcastic girl said they sold out, we weren't born yesterday. We wonder why small businesses don't survive, quit lying to customers. No integrity. I spend over 200 a week there, I will be taking business elsewhere, best thing they can do is close the doors and let a real business owner run it.
