The flight was delayed. When we landed the car service was not there. We waited about 20 minutes for them to arrive. No booster seats for the children were provided. As we are being transferred, one of their employees calls the driver and tells her, in a very rude tone, to hurry up in dropping us off. I had other car services scheduled with them and decided to cancel them and use a different service. I am this family's assistant, and when things like this happen, I look bad. 3/23/2014 - My credit card was charged $260 when it should have only been $90. It was only a 15-minute transfer. I spoke with Wendell and he refused to give us a credit. Their claim: We were late in arriving so they charged us for two car services. Our claim: They should have tracked the flight with the information provided, and there was no reason for not having the seat boosters or for being rude. Not even an apology. My advice: Never again!

I don't know who everyone else has been dealing with but Pete was great to work with. I showed up a day early (my mistake) and he let me rent a car for that night as long as I returned it early the next morning. This saved my party multiple Uber trips (limited) and bus rides (limited to where we were staying). Since we didn't have a reservation we had to wait a bit for another customer but he was very pleasant about the whole thing and worked with me to accommodate our request. The next day I picked up a new car which worked great for our party of five and all our ski gear. We made a day trip and had no issues with the car. It was safe to drive in the snow and I felt comfortable knowing it had snow tires. Pete has a lot going on with his businesses. He repairs phones, rents cars, and does property management. If you're not an a@@ I'm sure you'll be treated well. Another plus is he's right off the bus line which goes directly into town so it's easy to drop off your car and get to a shuttle. I will definitely book with him again versus a larger car rental if we head back. His prices and convenience definitely were preferable to a larger rental agency.
