Unique wines. Fine wines. A carefully curated collection of bottles from France, Italy, California, Pacific Northwest, Chile, Argentina, Spain, Portugal, South Africa, and more. I chatted with the owner, who praised my selection and told me he keeps shop because he LOVES fine wines and beers. I'll have to check out the beers next time. The shop also carries a wide selection of affordable wines and standard brands. I think I Just found my go-to local beverage stop.

I would feel comfortable going off their recommendations - they have a $20 wine rack smack dab in the center with offerings from everywhere. They have cases of wine in the low teens that they tout. They have shelves in the front of the store with everyday wines like Barefoot, Sutter Home, etc. This is all in a small square corner of a gas station (yes, a 2 pump gas station) on Clifton Blvd right across from Lucky's Market. Don't fret, there is some parking behind the store because it's chaos in the little lot that houses the gas pumps. Glass enclosed cashier area gives you the feel of Cleveland inner-city. Also heard that women get verbally harassed in the late night hours by men who are hanging out on the property. That may sound harsh, but it is not a "bad area". Just an area to be "alert" in. And it is perfectly fine during the day (unless you get hit by a car driving too quickly into the Starbucks across the street). If you are a diehard wine fan, this stop is a MUST Northeast Ohio. For such a small area, I might proclaim it the best overall selection on the West Side (yes, better than Rozi's or Red, Wine & Brew or the various Heinen's or Avon Wine Room). Just because they have a huge selection of extensive serious wines in the $100 - $400 range. Plus they have the selection of the under $10 bottle, plus they have many offerings in the teen range. Worth going in and checking out this eclectic spot!

There many pretty glass pieces, a nice selection of incense, and anything under the sun you might want for a nice herb time :) I don't feel like I'm being ripped off and they have deals going all the time so there is always a reason to stop into the shop! My Romanian neighbour got me into incense after he gave me a whole stick of them. INCENSE (5/5) -- If you want to start using less candles and more incense then Daystar Boutique is for you. I came specifically to buy an incense burner and I left with buying 1 incense plate burner made of wood, and a pack of incense. The incense scent that I got was Lavender which isn't a super strong scent as most incense can be. I received a complimentary pack of incense too just for my purchase so that was very nice of the owner to do that. I also bought a small hand lotion ($3 I believe) which I found at the checkout counter. CLOTHING/SUNGLASSES (3.5/5) -- Besides incense, the store offers tie dye clothing for sale which appeared to be average/okay quality. I mostly noticed a bunch of t-shirts and sweatshirts. There are some casual dresses too. Sunglasses were on sale for $7 each. SERVICE (5/5) -- I was greeted upon walking in and wished well upon leaving the store. During my visit, the two store owners or business associates, chatted with me as I asked questions about the history of the store plus other questions on incense. I felt comfortable walking around the store as I browsed. My neighbour got me some extra incense that he had but I needed an incense burner so that is why I visited Daystar Boutique; otherwise, I don't know if or when I would have ever visited. I probably failed to see the store the numerous times that I drove past but I'm glad that I finally know that they exist. The store itself is a bit too packed with a lot of inventory laid out. I think there is a better way to lay out the items so it doesn't feel disorganized. If I ever need incense again then this is the store I plan to go to.
