We tried out Jordan's Corner for the first time this week and were a little disappointed. The play area in particular was pretty dirty and run down. The toys were well loved, and lots of the items could've used replacement. There are other indoor play places in the phx/scottsdale area that are cleaner and less expensive. I would probably take my child to the Scottsdale or PV library as those children areas feel much cleaner/tidier. We paid for the day pass (1.5 hours) and did not stay the whole time, so I can't weigh in on the check out process or if the 1.5 hour time frame is enforced. Additionally, it's a little tough to find. You need to head to the back of the building if you're using Apple maps. I probably wouldn't return again. read more

Really spacious play center. Cool that it's a coworking space as well and that they have classes! Booked my time online then came in. I had to create an account online then had to do it again in person which I thought was odd but maybe I didn't do it right online. I had to wait a bit to get checked in as the person in front of me I think had an issue with their account. But got checked in and shown to the play space! Love that they have tons of things to explore and crawl on. Downsides are it did appear that quite a few things looked dirty or just kinda broken or beat up. I understand normal wear and tear but in some cases this was a little more than that. Pricing is typical for the other places like this we have visited! We stayed for the full 90 minute session, there's plenty to do. Also a tiny bit tough to find but it didn't take too long to figure out where it was! Not my fave compared to other indoor play spaces but overall not bad. I think deserves 3.5/5 stars! read more

There are things to do for every child's interest and my daughter, who usually clings right to my side when we go new places, was having a great time exploring and going around checking everything out. We checked out the new Jordan's corner. I like the new space and how big and open it is and the new options for play. It just always seems dirty, like it needs a deep clean more often and a really good vacuum. I've been several times to the old location and have thought the same. Lots of toys are also broken or are dirty with stuff caked on them. There was what looked like poop on one of the bounce houses. I'm not sure I'd take my kids back even though they had a good time. read more

My son loves this place!! They offer so many different activities and events. My son recently did a space camp and all day they kept him busy with fun filled activities. My son is so excited to attend the superheroes camp they're having in June and he's also super excited about his marvel theme party in September that he's having at Jordan's corner. As a nurse, mother and grandmother I wanted to love this place after hearing wonderful things but was disappointed. After reading reviews we packed up car on Saturday drove a hour to see this new location in Scottsdale, was not long before excitement turned to disappointment. I am only posting as I'm hoping no child gets hurt and they do needed improvements and we found it not only dirty but so many unsafe areas. I was shocked to hear a nurse and mother as owner would let a business come before safety and cleanliness. From uneven floors creating fall risk, exposed electrical sockets without safety plugs, electrical panel open ( a child was able to open as it was not locked) sharp metal surfaces from toys not covered in many areas, dirty walls and bathroom gross . lights in ceiling full of bugs. We did see 1 person come around and wiped 1 shelf and left?? So many other issues too numerous to list. Just be careful and aware . Overall, seems like a rush to open a new location without thought or care about doing things right. Better options in area. read more

Wanted to update my review now that my kids are older and Jordan's Corner has moved to a new location. The new location is SO awesome. The space is much larger and allows for so many more cool things for kids to do. There is an area to play in sand. There is an art area with play-doh, paint, crayons, chalk, etc. There is always a large bounce house blown up for kids to play. There are houses set up for imaginative play (police office with jail cell, house with food, dental office). There are cars/bikes/scooters for kids to ride. Many opportunities for climbing. All around there are toys for creative learning and play. Trucks, magnatiles, ball pits, stuffed animals, building blocks, books. My kids usually play for close to 2 hours any time we go and are so happy. There is a very easily accessible bathroom for you or your littles to use. Many snacks and drinks for purchase. There are tables set out for snacking and you can bring your own (nut-free) snacks if you want too. The tables are always clean and have hand sanitizer and tissues available if needed. I highly recommend checking it out if you have kids 0-6! There are so many affordable ways to play here with flexible memberships. Some reviews will say that the play space is not clean. I really would beg to differ. It's a shoe-free environment. Everyone wears socks only. There is no dirt, besides the dirt/sand play area. There is always soap and paper towels and toilet paper available in the bathroom. Hand sanitizer all around. I've been to many indoor play places... and Jordan's corner is one of the cleanest. Though some people cannot be pleased I suppose. At least come and judge for yourself. Your kids will have a great time. We started taking our youngest son to Jordan's Corner two years ago. We were so excited for him to have a safe and inclusive place for him to play. A handful of times, we brought our older boys to the OG location, but our oldest was bored, so it was hard to bring all 3 kids at the same time. However, we recently brought all three kids to the new location and they played for over two hours. Our oldest, who is almost 10, had the best time and didn't want to leave. All three kids keep asking when we can go back. I am so excited about all of the cool opportunities JC is now offering. I really love supporting locally owned businesses, and I think Jordan's Corner has such a wonderful concept and so much potential. But honestly I noticed a few issues.. The play floor seemed uneven, and I saw quite a few kids tripping over the spots that weren't level and falling pretty hard! I also noticed the toys and play area looked pretty worn and dirty, and I didn't see much tidying or cleaning happening while we were there. From a cleanliness standpoint, that made me hesitant about returning. Years ago, I used to take my little one to the first Jordan's Corner location. Even though it was much smaller, it always felt really organized, and I remember someone was always out on the floor cleaning and sanitizing the toys, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that same level of upkeep at this location. The concept is still so wonderful, and I love having a place like this in the community, but I do think some extra attention to cleanliness and organization would make such a big difference for families. read more

Jordan's Corner has been a favorite of ours for well over a year now, going back to their first location. A wonderful culture of inclusion, respect & care for our planet, and a conscious effort to include ALL different cultures/holidays! The play areas are sanitized sufficiently to my standards (super strict standards!), and safety is evidently paramount. I am a professional full-time nanny (retired early childhood educator) and can't help but be critical of sub-par standards. There are none with Jordan's Corner! Their new locale is simply AMAZING! My nanny child is now 2 1/2 years old and begs to go to Jordan's Corner! From physical play (think bounce houses, ride-on toys, climb-on structures, etc.), to visiting authors, special classes with tactile experiences, and even exposure to live baby bunnies (with very closely supervised environment), Jordan's Corner is a great investment in your child's brain development, imagination (pretend Police Station, Dentist, House) - it is a worthwhile investment for your child. We love Jordan's corner and have been going since it opened. I have 5 kids and all of them have enjoyed the Jordan's Corner play space. They have fun, interactive toys for all of my children ages 10 months - 5 years old. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and & even tho my kids can be loud, emotional, and messy JC always makes them feel super welcome. Instead of taking the time to ensure no children were in your inflated structure you immediately shut down the motor for the sake of your music instructor. Leaving my child in a very dangerous situation trapped in the middle of a deflating structure. When I get over there you're yanking her out by her arms from the middle of the structure that had collapsed on her and her face is covered in fear. 5 stars to Jordan's Corner for so many reasons! I've held my little girls' birthday parties here for ages 1 and 5 and both were perfect. They have wonderful play activities for both age groups. Each girl was thrilled and LOVED the experience. Most recently was my 5 year old's birthday and the owner Janell really thinks of everything! We had a Frozen theme and she had a sensory snow table, build your own magic wands, everything was color coordinated, and we even had our own helper to serve, organize, tidy, and take pictures. She was great! Jordan's Corner has wonderful toys that are applicable to all ages and genders - climbing toys, a bounce house, play kitchen and food, baby toys, sensory toys, and things you've never even seen before. Their monthly play membership includes wonderful music classes, story time, characters, and unlimited visits. My girls love going there and I can't recommend it enough for regular play and for birthday parties for little and bigger kids. read more

No STARS. Every time i take my toddler here we both get SICK. Fever, and bugs in our immune system. I tried to give this place a chance but every time we go we both get sick. They're definitely not DISINFECTING CORRRECTLY. i also went one time and owner or manager didn't let us come inside because they were having a (yoga class) I Understand they had there yoga class going on and the class wasn't even big small) but she could've let my kids play in a corner in the back . This place is amazing! It allows me to take both grandkids (who are toddlers) on my own and give my daughter a well deserved break. I would not be able to do this on my own in any other environment. It is a well curated and safe environment. The classes are amazing and my grandkids love them. Whether you are a mom who needs a little break from routine, or a Dad taking the kids for a couple an hour or so, this place is a game changer. i have tried reaching out to the manager/owner a myraid (4) of times. It has been extremely disappointing across the board. I seldom write negative reviews but after multiple attempts to talk with the folks in charge, i felt the need let others know the trying experiences we have had with Jordan's corner. I am sure most of you do not know that you have to cancel 30 days in advance. What is not expressed is that is 30 days from your monthly billing cycle. We called the day after after billing cycle (had no idea when are billing cycle was in the first place), and was told that we would have to pay not only for the upcoming month, but because we missed the cut off by one day, we would be billed for the following month as well (2 months from the day we wanted to cancel. I tried repeated to contact the manager/owner and was told that she would get back to me shortly. The following time, i was told that she works full time and would have to get back to me the following week. Two weeks later, I followed up and again was told she is quite busy but would definitely get back to me later that day. We did this two more times over the following months. Every time, I was more than patient and courteous with whomever answered the phone. This is just simply not any way to run a business. I understand that many people choose Jordans Corner because their is not much else to do for the little ones... especially, inside and hot days... but truly cannot understand why customer service is not a priority. I have not even brought up the fact that they did not make us aware that their top employee (who engaged amazingly with the littles and was the main attraction for show and tell, dance alongs etc. was no longer employed. We called multiple times and aske for her but was simply told they did not think she would be coming back. Again, did not let us know why, or if there were in the process of hiring her replacement (she was phenomenal!). Overall a very trying and disappointing experience! read more

Came for the first time this past Wednesday! Great place for kids to play! I can't wait to come back! I would totally buy a membership if it was closer! Quick summery if you don't wanna read the whole thing: friendly and inviting, spacious, worth the price, clean! Ladies at the check in desk were friendly! They even recognized other parents/kids checking in which is so sweet. Love that there's different events, though we haven't been to one yet! I will say it's a little bit pricey with every hour being $20 or $25 an hour EXCEPT Wednesdays, where it's $20 for the whole day for one kid. That's a killer deal! I think each additional sibling is discounted as well. Even if you don't go on Wednesdays I feel like the price is worth it, especially for younger kids. I feel like a lot of play places aren't aimed for smaller kids/babies/toddlers so they're not usually worth the money to me, but this place is! We spent about 2 maybe 3 hours there, and even saw staff cleaning each individual toy which I think is great especially during cold/flu/rsv season. read more
