We had a great birthday party experience! A huge shoutout to Emmy, our party coordinator, who went above and beyond. She helped with setup, serving food, and keeping everything running smoothly, which made the day so much less stressful for us. We have always had a positive experience at this location when we have taken our Granddaughters. Heather changed all of that last night! Heather was RUDE! DISRESPECTFUL! and UNPROFESSIONAL! We filled out our waivers online and showed up at UP Town Jungle and immediately told her we had Groupon passes and that's when the attitude started. I showed her our signed waivers or I should say Attempted to show her our signed waivers and she said, "Oh, that may be but it doesn't matter because you're not in our system. " Then some little teenager pipes in with her little attitude and says, " Are you sure you didn't send it to another location??" We eventually got in after filling out and signing additional waivers online. To make matters worse, the only reason we went last night was to bring our 2 year old granddaughter there so she could play and tire herself out because she has to go to Phoenix Children's Hospital for a procedure and we were hoping if she was more tired it would make the night and the procedure less scary for her and our adult son ( her Dad). It took everything in me to not say something because that would just add to an already hard night for our family. Not a very huge area, but my kid liked this place to spend some good play time. He did complain about fewer options here, but he could spend 2 hours easily. For parents, there are seating areas; however, not the most appealing ones near the rides. And also no hot food options here. There are certainly better uptown jungle locations where I have been, and this one is not my favorite of those. Staff certainly was nice. read more

I recently visited this location and was really disappointed in the upkeep and cleanliness. The social media photos were not accurate to the actual experience. The sitting areas were all torn up. Plexiglass was dirty and didn't look like it had been wiped down in days. There was a missing foothold in a very high climbing activity. Our visit was early morning, so it was not the result of a full day of kids playing. Unfortunately, I will not be back unless some maintenance is done. There are other facilities close by that take better care of their amenities. Lastly, the birthday rooms are not private and use a sliding divider to separate the space, which would make it very difficult to not be distracted by a party occurring at the same time. The rooms are also run down and poorly painted. Attached are photos. Please fix or people will take their kids and birthday parties elsewhere. read more

We like to play here, but....the amount of dirt and dust is wild! You can see clumps of it everywhere. Behind the places that are closed off. On the basketball mats, everywhere. The soda machine they ask people to put there outside drinks on is covered in a layer of dust. I walked my drink out to my car because it was so gross. It takes 2 seconds to wipe it down. I get it, it's a kids playground but the neglect is very obvious. My child has gotten sick twice from here too. Maybe a nightly cleaning would help w the germs. Other play places close for 15 min in between sessions and steam clean to kill germs. I haven't seen anyone even pick up a dust cloth here. I could see how this would be a deterent for signing the monthly pass. I hope they do something about this. Based on other reviews it doesn't seem like they will read more

Nice cool indoor place for littles to play when its boiling hot outside. Went during the week and it was empty until school got out. Only a few other kids showed up so there was plenty of space.for my guy to run his energy out. Admission was only $9 on groupon for 3 hours of play, so definitely worth the money. read more

My 3 year old has fun here, but has been only twice and has gotten sick BOTH times- recovered from first sickness, came again once more and got sick the next day; the exact same way it happened the first time. My 3 year old goes to preschool two days a week, every week and rarely gets sick. This seems to show that they aren't not cleaning enough here. Honestly, we probably won't be back because of this. Sickness in toddler age kids disrupts the entire dynamic with work/ school schedules. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Walked in yesterday with over 13 kids (all my nieces and nephews), to one staff member. That many kids can be overwhelming but the one staff member there at the time, handled it with such patience and grace. Excellent Customer Service, really wish we caught his name but Thank You! We've been to theme parks and different places throughout the summer and was extremely shocked to see how our children seemed to have the most fun here, especially with it being a smaller space. Our kids ranged from 3 to 17 and even some of the adults joined in and just an hour of playtime had everyone buzzing with excitement at the end of the night. This is the McKellips location. This is a wonderful place for kids to run and play in safety. The staff here is OUTSTANDING. I observed staff helping kids, cleaning, checking customers in and answering questions many times during our day here. The floors walls, bathroom and equipment were clean and in great repair, unlike the Chandler location (see my other review). This is definitely our go-to place when my little ones need to burn off some steam. I can't say enough good things about this Uptown Jungle. They are the gold standard for providing kids a great place and giving parents peace of mind read more

2 hours to myself reading while the kids ran out energy We used our Get Out pass for the second time to take the kids To Uptown Jungle for 2 hours. We took a friend and thanks to Groupon only paid $7 for her. (Unsure how long that lasts, but it made it over 50% off). Adults can play too. Everyone must wear grip socks. Bring your own or they sell them for $5.50. This is a smaller one of the indoor play parks But still perfect enough to keep kids busy for two hours. I also like it being smaller so that I don't feel like i'm constantly searching for the kids and I can sit and relax and read without worry. There are six locations here in the valley, and both the Groupon and Get Out Pass are good for any of them. Pretty disappointed with this location. The park wasn't very clean, and there really weren't many options for my toddler to enjoy. It felt limited compared to what I expected, and overall I wasn't satisfied with the experience. Definitely hoping they make improvements because it has potential, but for now, I wouldn't recommend this spot for little ones. read more

Got a crazy toddler that needs to burn energy, the perfect life hack, visit an uptown jungle after school and before dinner. Perfect way for the family to have fun, something active to do and you can wear the littles out! Also it's so less busy compared to the weekend!! This is an indoor jungle gym with slides, jump area, ball pits and more. In addition they have a section just for toddlers (1-5) with slide, small ball lit and cool lights. The reason for 4/5 stars, the locations "bouncy court" is generally half flated, and hopefully they fix this soon. read more

Brought my two boys here (2 & 4) for a playdate with friends and they had a great time! My 2 year old loved the toddler area, especially the soft, spinning car ride. My 4 year old love climbing and adventuring through the maize! My 2 year old tried to follow him around, but the regular maize/climbing area was a little too advanced for him (he actually got stuck on top and couldn't figure out how to get down, so mama had to climb in and get him... eeeek, lol). I did follow them around most of the time because it was dark/hard to see the back areas when standing in the middle courtyard area. I do think it is a great indoor activity for the price compared to similar places in the Valley. We'll definitely be back! Don't forget your grippy socks and a little birdie told me that you can score good Groupon deals! read more

Every Uptown Jungle that we have been to has been a home run with our grandkids - this one was not an exception. Easy go get in and t h e kids LOVE IT. Spent avout 2 hours there with my grandson on Friday and he LOVED IT. It was crowded (kids and adults), but everyone was respectful and EVERYONE seemed to be enjoying themselves. These Uptown Jungles have it figured out. Create a place where kids can run free, have fun and be safe and let the parents/grandparents see them having fun. Great job!@@ read more

Staff was extremely friendly and place was clean. My only complaint was that it was so hot inside. There were fans in multiple areas, but the ambient temperature was very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if the AC was out or if this is the norm. Overall girls and I had a lot of fun. read more

Lots of fun here today for a birthday party! It was a little disorganized trying to get checked in when walking in. The play area itself is also on the smaller side. But overall lots of fun for our almost 2 year old! There is an area designated for babies to 5 year old kiddos. There is an area where you can bounce on inflated tarps and shoot basketball with dodgeballs. The only issue I really had was that these were not inflated. I would bounce and I would hit the ground underneath hard. Also extremely humid and hot in the building. Great place to wear out the kiddos and get them some exercise (including us parents!) but probably won't come back to this specific location. read more

My family and I love this fun park! We've been coming here for over a year and every time we came, Bev & Kevin have been amazing to us! Sadly we haven't seen them in a while the staff are always aware of what's going on and always reminding the kids who are running around to follow the park rules. They try their best to keep the place as tidy as possible (even with so many kids running around dropping things). We had a birthday party here and the host we had was AMAZING! She was so attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Sadly I don't remember her name to give her credit and I don't think she works there no more but overall will continue to come back until the young ones out grow the park! read more

A work in Progress... With them only being on their second week of opening, Uptown Jungle of Phoenix is popping! They have some nachos and other food items like ice cream on back order, so I would definitely plan on eating before or after. (Check out Aoili burger Nextdoor!) The arrangement of seating in my personal opinion could be done better... it just didn't flow well like other places we've been. Staff was friendly, manager or owner was running around and visible during the whole trip. I think the re-arrangement of seating could also help the check in process which most are confused about when they first walk in.. do i need a waiver, do I need socks, can I just come to the desk? If they had a enter/exit door I think this would help the flow. The poles could be rearranged to help with this too. Point everyone to kiosks and then get signs that explain to start there. This will save a ton of time for families and the staff. The shoes should be closer to the front with some seating to give the kids something to do while the parents wait in line... the party check in station can then move a little farther down... I think their is potential, and I'm not an interior designer, just a parent who's always managing three kids and trying to keep things flowing. They need some help with their AC, but I heard the manager say he was gonna call someone. The park was great for the kids, they had fun! read more

We had a great time celebrating my son's 4th birthday here! It was easy to book the party and the communication was clear and easy. All the kids from ages 3 to 14 had a lot of fun. The pizza here is pretty good as well. Our party host (Luci) took good care of us! We got to the place early so my kids got to play for a bit by themselves before everyone else arrived. To be perfectly honest, I'm NOT overly impressed with this location of Uptown Jungle!!! This location is at least half the size of other locations of Uptown Jungle but still the same price! No climbing wall an no trampoline, and saddest of all NO ADULT ROOM!!! :( Even though this place is pretty newly opened it has a sorts of oldish ghetto feeling! The furniture and massage chairs are very worn and have cracks in them like they've been in here for years already. The part that is really annoying me today is the fact that this whole joint LITERALLY smells like a joint!!! It smells soooooo disgustingly strong...which is soooooo disturbing in a KIDS play place!!! read more

We arrived during open hours only to find they were having a private party and therefore not open. There was nothing on the website (which we checked before coming). Very frustrating when you come with excited 2&3 year olds who can't understand why they aren't allowed to play. read more

Came here today for the first time with my 6 year old boy. He had the best time out of all the kid activities that we have done. It was super clean, had seating for adults to wait comfortably... I used the massage chair and he ran, climbed, flipped and flopped, funneled downhill, jumped and all the other things you can thing of. It was kinda epic. ....In his words.... "I loved it, I really had fun, and I loved the yellow slide! Bestest day ever!" Pretty disappointing now unfortunately. We were very excited when this opened in our neighborhood last year, but it's going downhill fast. $50+ for a single hour of play for a family of four. The jumping pad only partially inflates, A/C barely keeps the place cool (top of the jungle gym is like an oven), and half of the balls in the ball pit are either crushed or stuck behind netting that one cares enough to retrieve. Do yourself, your kids and your wallet a big favor and go to Party Jungle just a mile down the road instead. Family-owned, food options, rides and games for a fraction of the price. read more

When we visited, some of the attractions listed on the website weren't open or didn't exist. There were no trampolines, and this is why my son wanted to visit. The climbing wall pictured on the website looks nothing like the one you'll find here. The air floor was taped off and closed down. It was also really hot in certain areas yet freezing in others. 2 stars for friendly staff and for the fact I could find discounted tickets on Groupon. I would have been annoyed if I had payed full price. Save yourself a visit and go to one of their other locations instead. read more
