This place has really gone downhill. Brought my grandchild here early, when it's just the small kids, very crowded with larger kids, that were running into the little ones. There was also a child that broke her adult tooth as we were checking in. Not one employee noticed. We came here for my son's birthday with his best friend, and they had an absolute blast! They were running around, bouncing, jumping, climbing, and even playing on a skateboard. This place was definitely worth the price--under $30 per kid, plus $5 for non-slip socks. There's a great area for parents to sit and relax while the kids play, including lounge couches that were comfortable enough to actually enjoy watching them. My son played nonstop for two full hours. They also offer snacks and food. We ordered a family pizza for $19, and the kids got small ICEE drinks for under $4 each. A regular pepperoni pizza was only around $5-$6, which is a great deal compared to other kids' places. The facility was clean and had lots of different activities--not just trampolines--so the kids never got bored. It also wasn't overly packed for a Friday at 6 PM, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fun, affordable, and well-thought-out place for kids. We would definitely come back! read more

We hosted our kiddos 6th bday at KTR this weekend and it was exactly what we needed! It was super easy to book online ($50 deposit to reserve your date) and then everything was covered from there! We paid for 20 kids, which came w a private room, pizzas, drinks and we opted to add on a fruit and veggie tray. We had a person who helped w everything, including serving food and cake!! Clean up was a breeze because it was also covered and the kids had a blast! It was surprisingly quiet compared to other times we have been but I think that just happened to be luck of the draw. We also ended up paying slightly less because only 16 kids came of the 20 I had estimated - so that's a nice surprise when you go to pay! Definitely recommend! read more

My kid loves this place. We go to KTR an average of 2-3 times per quarter. When it's no to attend birthday party of one is his classmates, we go just for fun so he can ride his scooter, or just jump around on trampolines or play dodge ball. But...the men's room reeks of stale urine like no other place I have seen. It reminds me of an old movie Drive-In we used to go to in San Jose, CA. The stench is so pronounced I have to hold my breath. The place in general is pretty clean...although I have never seen anyone walk around with a rag and bucket of disinfectant...but it looks decent. We like that they have separate rooms for b-day parties. And their staff is accommodating. But the stench in the bathroom is insane. I'm sure it's an issue with plumbing...because if it's an issue with cleaning that would mean they haven't cleaned their bathroom in YEARS! Which is unlikely! Brought my toddler here during the week. There's not much to do to be honest. There's hardly any trampolines and a lot more to do for older children. They have a "toddler" section, but it's more for babies or younger toddlers in my opinion. There's also a lot of empty space with random foam blocks, but not much else to do and half the place is taken up by a skate park. read more

Attended for a kids birthday - and it is a neat option for kids versus some of the other activities in the area. Love the "parkour" feel of activities. While the variety of things to do was OK, it was overshadowed by the following. - Really run down: the protection was falling off of many of the areas. It looked like a lot of "bandaid" fixes as opposed to just getting it done the right way. - Safety: a lot of sharp edges on the perimeters. While it looked safe, if you felt the poles near the main walkway for each activity - they were sharp and right head level for a kid when they got on some of those elevated platforms. - Cleanliness: needs improvement. We were there as it opened and I was surprised at how dirty the kids areas were. - Bathrooms: the men's bathroom near the party rooms was both nonfunctioning in many areas and also really disgusting. So bad that I had to have my wife take my kid to the women's bathroom. - Disorganized: extension cords running on the main areas to inflate the areas - but they couldn't come up with a better way to do this? - Temperature- it was a little warm, seemed like 85 in all areas. No A/C - especially in the elevated party rooms. My kids did have fun, but it felt like an inevitable safety hazard was going to get the best of someone. I likely wouldn't be back, even for a bday, unless the facility took steps to remedy the safety concerns and cleanliness. read more

KTR Scottsdale is amazing for birthday parties! I had my son's birthday here in February and it was such a great experience that I'm now having my daughter's party here this Saturday! They make everything so easy and stress-free -- from setup to clean-up, it all runs so smoothly. The party rooms are super cute, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. After a not-so-great experience at SkyZone, I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have things actually go right at KTR. Went here for a child's 11th birthday party. Boy, does it look FuN and cool! It is fun, and you do sign a waiver because there are please of opportunities for injury. This is mostly because the staff at the front desk and the snack bar out number the staff out in the play areas at least 10 to 1. I literally only saw 1 female employee out in the grand expanse that was this indoor playground. I do not understand this choice by ownership and/or management. Most parents were seated in the snack bar area lounging. They were mostly looking at their tablets, phones, etc. They were oblivious to anything their children were doing. I saw kids pushing one another in the play areas so hard they were actually pushed down onto the padded mats. Additionally two teenagers were throwing hard objects at one another from across the playground. I watched as one item hit the targeted teen in the cheek. NOT GOOD! Anyway, my kids would love to go back, but I don't think it is safe. As an aside, they sell shirts there that I feel are inappropriate for the young audience they serve. We went this week and I'm shocked to find the state of this place. Most, if not all of the equipment is torn or crumbling. The bouncy floor was essentially flat, frequently tripping because areas expected to be inflated are not causing you to hit the hard floor beneath. The plastic covering the slides are all pulling up. Would never recommend this place. We used to come frequently when it first opened and it was great. This is a huge disappointment, especially paying $100 for the visit, you would think they could maintain this place. read more

Very expensive and you have to buy their grip socks even if you have some, have to say KTR on them (supposedly required by their insurance for which you also have to sign a waiver not holding them liable). Lots to do for kids of all ages. Great staff. Cons: equipment is always broken and it is always hot. Airbags or flooring always has tears/cuts and losing air. Indoor trampoline and skateboard park. The day we were there, the park wasn't super busy. There were some older kids doing flips on trampolines, while younger kids jumped together. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. Open spaces were still available. There are some jump areas reserved for younger kids. There are several skateboard and scooter racks for people to lock their wheels up. This is great for those who also want to jump, use the restroom, or grab a bite to eat. There is a counter service restaurant inside. Ample seating is available. Unlike many other trampoline parks, the skateboard park means the addition of a skate shop. The skate shop sells scooters and skateboards. It also sells parts to repair or upgrade one's gear. Party rooms are available upstairs. The rooms have views of the play areas. I've hosted a couple of birthday parties at KTR for my boys, and overall, it's been a decent experience. The party rooms are pretty cool, and the lounge chairs and couches are definitely a nice touch. However, I'm giving it three stars because the cost -- especially on weekends -- feels pretty steep for just a two-hour jump session. You should budget around $550 to $650 for a party. Also, the food could really use some improvement since it's just basic heat-up options. It's an okay spot for parties, but for the price, I expected a bit more. read more

Every summer the building is a swampy hot 80 degrees inside. They always claim a fan is broken, but two years running I think it's cheap owners who don't want to reinvest in the business. Every other indoor playground in the valley is ice cold! Event the Slick City right next to KTR is nice and cold. The other issue is the volume of equipment that is damaged, not working properly or installed poorly (like flooring that is buckled). The foam floors are falling apart. The women's restroom is gross, under serviced and operating with several burned out light bulbs so it very dimly lit. Staff there agrees that the temperature and overall condition of the Scottsdale location is really bad and agree it's likely cheap management/ownership. Go to Peoria instead or somewhere in the south end of the valley. KTR Scottsdale just keeps getting worse. It's not worth the money or the safety concerns. read more

KTR... Oh how you've grown on me. I held off on taking my kids as long as I could, but once I "broke the seal" and allowed them one visit, they were addicted! Now 9 and 11, my kids literally ask every day if they can go to KTR. We go so often, I probably should look into the family membership for $279 a month... Compared to other trampoline gyms, this one is more spacious, seems clean enough, and offers activities in addition to trampolines like a foam pit dodgeball, skate park area, and more. The staff that work here are a bit hit or miss on attentiveness and friendliness, but there are definitely some gems in the mix. The cafe offers a variety of snacks, food, drinks, etc... and if you host an official birthday party, the facility brings in pizza as well. Note: if you would like to book a birthday party, you need to do so over a week out. This is not clear on their website and I did get burned by this. Also, early release days tend to be extremely crowded as do weekends. The wifi works well, so the nice thing is that working parents can get sh*t done while their kids get a workout! Wow, wow, wow! Can't believe I haven't been here sooner, but now I know where to bring my three year old when I need to tire him out! This place will be on our regular rotation this summer! A toddler pass is $10 per hour, per kid (5 and under), and they can safely run free throughout this indoor amusement park! They have foam pits, trampolines, slides, ladders, rock walls.... all. the. things. And for the older kiddos, they have a skate park. It's a great place for birthday parties, too! We were on a short vacation I was keeping my grandkids (10 and 16) busy with fun activities, we paid for 4 hours . Kids were having a great time excrept for one employee (girl) that even the managers said she was being a (B). I asked if my grandson had been disrespectful and the managers said No. This employee continued to stalk and harass my oldest grandson strutting around on a power trip! my 10 year old said he didn't want to stay because she wouldn't leave them alone ! It took over 30 minutes to get a waiver signed accurately. The info I was putting in the app wouldn't upload properly on their end. After three unsuccessful tries, the employee behind the register went to get his manager; he didn't communicate this, but his coworkers thought that might be why he left when I asked. We waited some more until the manager finally emerged. She had an attitude as soon as she saw us. She never once looked like she cared about the situation only, that it was a total inconvenience to "deal" with us. She never acknowledged the boys, although she knew they'd been waiting for a long time. We are more of anusense than a family that came to have a fun time. At last, I asked to fill out a printed waiver since the system wasn't working. Enraged the manager slammed a chair while looking for hard copies. After nearly 40 min and $53, I asked if we could get the grip socks for free since we had been waiting so long. "It wasn't our fault, so I can't do anything for you." Being this dismissive and rude to a paying customer with two children is deep. It goes far deeper than having a bad day. It's hate with a purpose. The notation that we don't deserve better is clearly evident here. If I had been a white lady with two little white boys by the side waiting around for 30 minutes, I am sure we would've been received with kindness and basic customer service. Customer service is the minimum you should give when you decide to work in the service industry (as this is!!!). If you don't like black people, you are obligated to pretend for your 8-hour shift or at least care enough not to have two little brown boys feel your hate. They deserve better! You are way too young to be filled with such hate. You don't know anything about us; you feel entitled to your hatefulness. We are Danish. Do you know where Denmark is? Black people are everywhere, and we are nuanced, just like white people. We just moved here from Brooklyn because my client was traded to the Suns. We don't know anything about you either. We loved taking our daughter to KTR for many many years. She started there when she was 18 months old as a Diaper Devil and continued taking afternoon gymnastics until she was 5. Unfortunately, their prices kept increasing and the class times where shortened from 60 minutes to 45 minutes but at a higher price. We decided to take her out because it was just not in our best interest to continue. Sorry KTR, we really enjoyed you but the prices are just too high now. read more

KTR is a great place to hang out with the kids however the lack of cleaning is a little disturbing. The food court is covered in empty food containers and crumbs. Come on parents do better and cleanup your trash but also if it's not picked up employees need to clean it up AND wipe down tables and booths regularly with sanitizer. The bathrooms are beyond gross. There is stool smeared on one of the toilets, trash all over the floors and no flushed toilets. I get kids can be messy but the bathrooms need attention by employees at the very least hourly. We got here at 11:15 only an hour and 15 minutes after opening and the bathrooms were already gross and smelled disgusting which makes me wonder if they were even cleaned at closing the night before or cleaned before opening. read more
