For my ladies I want you to know that this place is safe. I was a little nervous first showing up (you ladies already know how it is to always have your guard up) but I have returned to leave my first review and ensure that this business is everything and Jen deserves 5+ stars Let me tell you that this is probably one of the best businesses you can come across on Yelp! I was looking to book a last minute appointment when I so gladly came across Cloud Nine Healing. Almost as if it were meant for me to find it at the time I did! I reached out to Jen to ask about her services and prices (she also has a thorough website that gets straight to the point) she responded promptly and also made sure to answer any questions I had. I have spent a few years going to different estheticians and let me tell YOU! JEN is the absolute *best* waxer I have ever had. She is so patient, calm and understanding :') NO kidding when I read previous reviews stating that she is amazing and thorough. She allows for comfort and quality conversation -when it is by no means required. I have spent awkward moments with estheticians when it should not be that way to begin with... Everyone has body hair, and once in a while you want to make sure to get that perfect clean look. **This is for my men** who entered the chat and have read this long. Yes Jen offers Manzillian's and if this is your first or second, I recommend you to go to Jen because she definitely will allow you to feel comfort. Of course if you allow yourself to be comfortable! I have had multiple massage therapists, but Jenny by far has been the best that I have had. Ever since my first session with her, I have not gone to anyone else. Wow. Let me start by saying that I met Jenny at her front door and I she does have a great vibe about her.so I'm sure that all the great reviews are true. However the automated phone system that she uses probably works for her okay but it doesn't work well for us. I had an appointment with Jenny so her address was sent to me. I was asked to make a deposit for the appointment with some online service? I have never done this before and only learned that this was done by an automated system. She texted me and said that I could make the deposit when I arrived at my appointment. Later she texted me saying that someone else had made a appointment and paid the deposit online so mine was canceled. I tried calling her but I think that the automated system canceled me. I got a "this number is no longer in service " So I rode out to her place to give her the deposit and make an appointment,which I did. About an hour later she texted me saying that "John " didn't like that I showed up unannounced. (I couldn't have announced) and that he forbade her to provide me the great service that her reviews give her. Again she was great all around, it's just that she has a insecure controlling partner.
