They have quite a diverse menu which is great. I like fresh and quality teas and drinks. I got their winter melon boba cap. I have had better quality tasting winter melon. I do feel like their menu is more catered to non-Asian taste palettes. (totally okay) It's just not really for me. Their drinks are a bit on the sweeter side. I had an iced wintermelon milk tea with boba that they veganized. It was good, but even at 75% sweetness, it was still pretty sweet. If I go back, I'd do 50%. The staff was efficient and helpful. The shop is pretty sparsely decorated with verrrry basic chairs/tables. It's not really a comfortable place to hang out and chat. No fault of the cafe's, but the area is interesting and we witnessed both police and ambulance activity while we were there. Be mindful if going alone or at night. read more

I ordered from uber eats and the white taro slush/smoothie was good, but there was a curly piece of hair it in! Literally was taking a sip and felt hair enter my mouth from the straw. After driving into Vegas from LA, I needed somewhere to send out a few work emails and kill time before checking into our hotel. Cloud Tea was recommended to us by our local friends. Located in a strip mall, the overall ambiance is humble--no over the top photo ops or decor here--and I think that's part of the charm! There was plenty of seating when we arrived, and we easily were able to grab the table by the wall outlets for our laptops. I spotted the wifi password posted at the register when ordering; and 3 wintermelon milk teas and an hour-and-a-half-ish later, I got all my work emails out the door. Boba spot that opened til midnight deserves a review!!! This is the only place in Vegas opened this late for boba. I called to make sure they were opened and the gentleman was so sweet answering. My taro smoothie was absolutely delicious. The taro was very prominent in this smoothie which I enjoyed. Sometimes I can't even taste the taro at other places. I added extra boba. Cloud Tea is another great place for good drinks, they offer a variety of fruit tea, milk tea, and smoothie. You'll find them at Smith's plaza on Buffalo and Flamingo. I was warmly welcomed by Ariel and ordered a Passion Fruit Smoothie with aloe vera topping. I really do appreciate the friendly accommodation. After realizing my drink was a little too sweet, Ariel was so kind and went above and beyond to remake it. She recommend to start at 50% less sweetness and that made it even better. I also had a Winter Melon Tea Cap served with a cute bear matcha topping, and it was delicious! The atmosphere and vibe is pretty laid back. They play slow jam music which was nice and not too loud. There's also board games and free Wi-Fi, it's a good place to bring a laptop for study or work. At little difficult finding the place if it's your first time, since they don't have a sign on the building, just look for the door with their name . My cousin introduced me to this place and their menu isn't overwhelming, but has a variety of flavors. I'll usually go with the winter melon milk tea or mango green tea, sweetness level can be adjusted, too. The boba here is always fresh :) I am usually a stickler about asking for SUPER less boba, but I won't mind if they give me more. I like how consistent this place is not only with the boba, but the drinks, too. Never had to ask them to adjust anything which is awesome. The space has some shared tables and secluded areas if you're trying to study. Just a heads up, usually after 1pm during week days, this place is packed with high schoolers, so if you're planning to get some quiet time studying, avoid 1-3pm hours. They have a fairly extensive menu with teas, milk teas, slushes, etc. and the toppings such as the boba, jellies, and caps were definitely exciting to mix in! I do believe that their drinks were delicious & I think the presentation of the caps are one to beat! I ordered the black sesame milk tea Which is normally very chalky because of the actual black sesame, but this one was very well incorporated! The cheese cap that I got was thick and creamy, adding a very luscious milky, salty, and sweet flavor to my drink when sipped and also when mixed. Above the cheese cap was a cute stencil drawing of a cartoon character on mine and my friend's drinks which was a sweet surprise in addition to the drink itself! The dining area is fairly spacious and we walked in With some tables free for us to sit at and enjoy our drinks and talk. I saw many others there with drinks, studying and doing work while other were socializing with friends. The vibe was chill and friendly and the drinks were good. I've been on a big boba kick lately. I found myself in the Spring Valley area and wanting boba. Of course, Yelp to the rescue. Cloud Tea was nearby and open, so I decided to give it a shot. There was no line, just a gaggle of teens giggling at a table. I decided on a honeydew milk tea with light ice and extra boba. I've never tried honeydew milk tea before, but I was a big fan. It was super tasty and had probably more flavor than an actual piece of honeydew. Craved some boba and teas and this place popped up close to where we were staying. Nice little place with a few tables to sit and chat or study. Service was pretty quick but it wasn't that busy. Today's visit to cloud tea went to well this evening. Both workers in this shift were very helpful in what to order and were somewhat empathetic about the past experience our family had here. I enjoyed the mango green tea slush they custom made for me, my wife also enjoyed her honeydew slush crystal boba, and they also gave me a milk tea for the drive back to San Diego. Ordering was very simple on Uber Eats, but they don't have options there for drink customizations (eg no sugar), so you have to type that manually under special instructions. I went for the blueberry milk tea with egg pudding ($5 for a large) with no sugar. It was very good! It was smooth and with a very light and pleasant blueberry taste. It was just perfect with the no sugar option. Even the egg pudding didn't taste overly sweet and was just the right texture. The quantity of pudding was perfect as well. Tried this place out I got the avocado smoothies and I wanted the crystal boba but they didn't have any alittle disappointing since it was early in the afternoons the two people making them were very apologetic and sincere so they substituted them with lychee jelly. Especially because of my last visit the staff was outstanding whoever worked Wednesday 10/18 around 12pm they were the sweetest one girl on register and one guy who was making drinks. They were very welcoming as well. I always love my drinks when I go here too and always ask for recommendations on the sweetness levels. Cloud Tea is a staple for me and my family. Anytime I have a Boba craving this is our go to spot. My wife's brother is a foodie just like us and put us on to this place. It is awesome that you get to choose your sweetness level ranging from 25%-100% sweetness. This trip I went with Honeydew and it was delicious to no surprise. We also grabbed boba for family. Our order consisted of Regular Honey Dew 75% with Boba Regular mango smoothie 50% sugar with boba Large mango black tea 50% sugar with boba Regular brown sugar milk tea with boba. Every time we come it is quiet and this time was no different. The service for all 4 drinks we ordered was quick. I do warn that On occasion It's like a durian. OH. Wow, yes this is the real deal. I rarely give 5 stars for boba. First sip and I thought to myself, wow. They have quite a variety of flavors. I was intrigued by red velvet but decided to go a bit more traditional with Nagasaki which was described as like honey. Was visiting a friend in Vegas. As boba addicts we needed our fix. This was one of the places I saw on Yelp with good reviews and luckily it was not too far away. The have a good sized drink menu with variety. One of my go to drinks is Taro Milk tea and that's what I got with boba. I added on a Cloud Cap to mine which is sea salt cream and they even stenciled on a super cute Hello Kitty design with matcha! It made my milk tea almost too cute to drink. My friends and I all enjoyed our drinks. Perhaps it's just a thing where I live, but several places overcook their boba, but here it was perfectly cooked. I'm a little obsessed with this place at the moment! This is one of the few boba shops that are open late, which was the main reason I stopped by in the first place. The shop itself is small with a several individual tables on the right and one large long table on the left. There always seems to be a few people that come here to get a drink and study/work. There isn't much decor . Each time, I've ordered the jasmine tea cap with crystal boba. The cloud cap is the name for their sea salt cream. I think this place makes it the best: the jasmine tea itself is strong enough so that it doesn't disappear when mixed with the cloud cap, which also isn't too salty. Out of the dozens of boba tea shops In LV and the dozens I've visited, this place is one of two I frequent the most. The variety will keep you coming back and if you're a sucker for the same flavors they'll keep you coming back too. Be warned it's a popular spot for High Schoolers after school. So if you go around 1-2pm, its a good chance there'll be a line all the way to the door! This recent trip I had a tea cap and it was yum. And you can get rewards stamps for a free drink. Since they are right by a high school, depending on the day, they are occasionally packed with students studying, but you're never waiting more than 5-7 minutes for your order. I came with a friend of mine, and we couldn't decide what flavors to get, so we ended up getting two each, and they were done extremely quick! The size of that cup they give you and taste is amazing!!! never have i had a place where the quantity and quality exceeded my expectations. They nailed it. I live kinda far.
