In all my years of going there, I had never seen a service charge added to my bill, let alone such an exorbitant amount. I don't know how the service charge is derived at, or what it is supposed to cover. I do know that at these prices, I will have to turn to the black market for future purchases.

I was happy to see their prices were about the same as I've been used to. The other dispensary I looked at were significantly more expensive. The website is easy to navigate and I got excellent service from them, including minute to minute updates on my delivery person's progress. The driver was an absolute sweetheart. As soon as I got the 5 minute alert I went to the window and guided the driver as to where to park and how to get into the building. That's a nice thing to do with any new delivery service, and he was relaxed and friendly. All in all, a very good experience with one hesitation. New customers are supposed to get a $30 discount on their first order and I couldn't work that out. So I paid full price. Well, almost full, as they did send me a $5 coupon code, which appears to be a weekly service. Who doesn't love a weekly coupon? So, I had a good experience and I recommend patronizing this business. i have been to 420 Physicians before. i had gotten my card from them last year. it was a…read moreproblem-free experience, so i returned this year, when it was time to renew. i made my trek to Antioch to the address listed. surprise! they moved. they are now at 2400 Sycamore Drive- Suite #19. they also changed hours from what is listed on yelp. Saturdays are by appointment only. surprise again! my card expired on Saturday, so i had hoped to renew. i guess i'll just have to go in again on Monday. i just wish this information had been updated on this site, so i didnt waste a trip to Antioch. but other than these small missteps, i really like the convenience of the clinic. and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. i probably could have avoided my slight problem by calling first. lesson learned.
