I literally love this place Christiana is just an amazing store owner she advises you on the test vapor oil's pods that would go well with your device or the device you are about to purchase. I visited this shop on a one day trip to Greenwich. This is a great little Vape store with a great selection of vape juice and an incredibly knowledgeable owner. I picked up a couple of new flavors I have not seen before, but they have a great store of tried and true brands and flavors. Very relaxed atmosphere and a great little french bulldog to great you. Really nice, cozy vape shop with friendly staff & it is very well stocked. I don't usually write reviews for vape shops but I had a really good experience here & I got the sense that local authorities give this place a hard time which is a shame because, for me at least, vaping is all about harm reduction. I have a really hard time staying away from cigarettes & vaping seems to be the only reliable means for me to keep from relapsing into smoking. This place seems highly committed to keeping vape products out of the hands of minors. Authorities trying to harass responsible vape shops like this out of existence beyond that scope are just going result in more people going back to smoking. I'm not going to claim that vaping is a 100% safe alternative to smoking but I will state that the my lung health & functioning has dramatically improved in the absence of smoking & vaping has been what has allowed that to continue for me. Infer from that what you will. Sorry if this rant has detracted from the quality or helpfulness of this review. I just want Clouds Vapor to be around for me to do business with in the future because I definitely plan on coming back. read more

Nice Vape shop. Friendly people working there that are fairly knowledgeable. The prices on the juices are good but the cost of the coils are ridiculously high. They charge the same price for a pack of smok coils as they do for each individual coil. So a pack of three will cost you over $24! Kinda crazy. read more

I am relatively new to vaping. I recently bought my first drip tip. I went into Clouds to look for new local flavors. The guy who helped me was a guy named Miguel. He took one look at my drip tip and saw that I needed new coils and cotton. He immediately went to work replacing my coils and cotton, without me even asking. He used very high quality wire and cotton. I think he sensed that I was new to vaping because while he was building it, he was telling (teaching) me what he was doing and why. He showed me an example of a new build and I was amazed that I was even vaping on my nasty black coils and cotton. After he was done, I gave the new tip a try, and was really impressed at how good the build was. Expertly done - it took a while for the coils to heat up, but the vapor production was so much better than the original build that the store I bought this tip at put on. To add icing on the cake, Miguel said that the build was free! I ended up buying 90 oz of fluid from Clouds to show my appreciation to Miguel and this store. He showed me flavors that were to my liking and even indicated which to avoid because the high sweetener content would kill my coils. I am so glad that I walked into this vape shop and they have earned a customer for life. An additional benefit is that it is right next door to a Peruvian deli and my wife is from Lima! read more

Horrible experience! I went in bought a vape kit on Wednesday, left the country the next day by midday the vape stopped working when I got to South America. I literally used the machine three times. I came back to the country on Monday to find out what happened to my vape and how I could be assisted. I sat in the for one hour and 30 minutes. The guy tinkered with the mod for a little and then got into a shouting match with me telling me its my fault and because I'm ignorant I ruined the machine. They have a no refund, no exchange policy. If you leave the store with the device you're on the own if anything happens to your device regardless of there culpability. They are currently in court for doing some illegal stuff. Please do your research before using this establishment. read more

A gem of a shop nestled in Greenwich, staff was helpful and honest. Selection of premium joose was plentiful at this location. Parking on street was my only complaint but is not the fault of the establishment. Pricing of merchandise is perfectly in range from low to moderate. read more
