I came here three times this week after they reopened, and I feel like both the drink quality and service got a lot better. I ordered the premium jasmine milk tea every time. The jasmine flavor is really fresh and light, and I love it so much. The boba also tastes better than before, very chewy. The staff told me they use good quality tea and real milk, not non-dairy creamer, so the drink tastes smooth and not too heavy. The robot also makes drinks really fast. I got my drink in about one minute. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm at Town Square. I really hope Clouffee & Tea opens more locations in Vegas. The only thing I'd suggest is adding some background music in the store. I think it would make the atmosphere even better. read more

Worst matcha I've ever had in my life. And I've had matcha from so many places. Doesn't taste like matcha...it tastes super cheap. and even at 50% sweetness it tastes like pure sugar. And the boba texture was super weird, like those boba kits u get at the store. They use so much ugly AI pictures to advertise that weird robot. Which btw didn't work when we came in. Also don't know why they list the cloud foam as a potential topping when it's only for certain drinks. A manager or something had to help a worker cuz he didn't know why he couldn't add it to my drink in the register, and she told me I could only get it on a milk tea after I asked for it on the matcha. I looked up at the menu where it said "matcha" underneath milk teas. So I asked which drinks you could get it with and he listed like 4 or 5 drinks. Really weird. If you're trying to get boba in Town Square stick to Chewy. It's not the best either but it's way better than this place. read more

Honestly, the worst Boba drink I've had. The idea of a robot making the drinks is a unique idea, but is not efficient. Waited 15 minutes for our drinks for the robot to even start to make it. Meanwhile, the boba was waiting with ice- which melted so by the time the drink was made, the barista had to add more ice. Which made the drink 2/10. The boba lost its texture, it was gooey and slimly. The flavor tasted like a very watered down. The Thai ice tea with the "extra" added ice was still barely cold. Not a great experience. Visited on a Monday morning, right when they opened at 10am. The shop touts itself as, "Home of the World's First Interactive Robot Barista: ADAM." Its a cute little shop and you are helped by a human when you order and pay. The staffer was friendly and very helpful. ADAM makes the beverages. My first visit was a Thursday night after dinner in town square. They were one of the few places open until 10pm at Town Square. The cashier/Boba creator was friendly and greeted me upon entry. I was scanning the elevated posted menu asked for some suggestions for my matcha craving post dinner. She convinced me to try... Creme Brulee Matcha, with Lychee Jelly - Refreshing, matcha dominant but not too sweet with the creme bruless vibe. It was a creative and tasty collaboration. If you're looking to explore outside your normal matcha cravings and you're leaning on the sweet side, this drink is definitely worth taking the risk on. The lychee jelly adds to the win. The cool showcased boba robot is great for IG moments but he was shut down for the night when I got there. There's a little toy section to the side for the kids and big adult kids. All in all, this is a great bob and coffee option in town square. Especially if you're still roaming around before 10 pm. I appreciate them as a later night option. Cheers! read more

I was excited to check out Cloufee & Tea after seeing videos of their robotic boba barista--it looked so cool. Watching the robot make drinks is definitely a fun concept and part of what drew me in. I was also hoping to sit down and get a little work done while enjoying my drink, but unfortunately it looks like they've removed most of the seating. Instead, the space now has a small area with knickknacks and toys to browse. It's cute, but it does make the shop feel less like a place you can hang out for a while. The staff member who took my order was very friendly and welcoming. Prices are about what you'd expect for boba these days. Unfortunately, the biggest letdown was my drink. I ordered a taro slush and it ended up being very icy and lacking the creamy texture I usually expect from a good taro slush. I've definitely had much better elsewhere. My fiancé and I wanted to try a new boba spot so I found this place. I was actually surprised to see that there was a robot and figured it would be making our drinks. Sadly, it did not make our drinks. I ordered an oolong milk tea with boba and my fiancé ordered a mango matcha latte. Let me just bluntly say, these were so nasty! I couldn't taste any oolong and my fiancés "matcha latte" was disgusting. You can see there's syrup at the bottom that would not mix with the drink and it did not taste like matcha at all. "We are the robots!" Someday a robot might make your life easier and better. Behind the counter is a huge robot named Adam that makes your drink after you order it with a human. What's not to love? For a moment you wonder why? A robot? Does your robot have a choice in their making your drink? I'm way over thinking this, I'm sure! The human being behind the counter taking our order seemed distracted by our intrigue of the "robot," that makes our drink. She was professional and did not offer help as we struggled with the menu and questions about the drinks. It was almost closing time, in fact they were closing soon and probably wanted to go home. The drinks were not affected. They were delicious truly. Our experience with Adam was interesting and intense. How awesome? The robot makes my drink. "We are the robots, nah nah nah..." We have since recently returned here a few more times and have discovered that the service is truly amazing . On our more recent visit the robot Adam was being treated for updates. This time it was epic service truly. What is not to love truly . They have milk teas, sweet refreshers to make you happy and quench your thirst. I should've known better... it was my mistake to order a matcha drink (I ordered a mango matcha latte) thinking it was going to be good, but all I tasted was the mango syrup and the matcha wasn't even a nice vivid green. Ordered my drink less sweet, and it tasted 120% sweet. Also thought I ordered almond milk but it tasted nothing like any kind of milk, it was weird. Clouffee & Tea is located at Town Square Las Vegas. You'll find them near AMC theater and Velocity Esports, next to Yogurtland. Inside is bright, inviting, and clean with beautiful Hawaiian music. The place has limited seating with only three tables. Atmosphere is casual and relaxing. Menu offers a nice selection of milk and fruit teas. They also offer yummy dessert samples such as taro mochi, black rice mango mochi, grapefruit and kiwi, and strawberry and mango sago. After placing an order, my drink was made by the robot barista Adam, who is getting quite the attention. Adam can make coffee and tea, but the only task he cannot do is make matcha and desserts. I ordered a Taro Milk Tea ($5.80) and noticed the receipt showed 100% sugar. Mariel is very kind to remake the drink at 25% less sweet, it was better but still sweet. Personally, I prefer desserts over drinks. The milk tea is very sweet even at 25%. I would go just for desserts because it is that yummy. I had grapefruit and kiwi atop mango pudding and sago, it's really good! The portion is quite small but every single ingredient complement perfectly, especially with sweet kiwi and grapefruit, these are lovely and they pair wonderfully with pudding and sago. Service from Mariel is welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and polite. Pricing is a little high since the location is near The Strip. It's nice though they offer this kind of dessert at Town Square, the place is convenient and easy to find. read more

This place was neat. Im down for the robots making our food and drinks as long as its done correctly and doesnt take too long. I dont like that the drinks cant really be altered because of this though. Its basically what you see on the menu is what you get. My drink was tasty and I do like the options they have set. The robot did overfill my drink quite a bit though. The employee working was extreamly apologetic about it. Its a small space inside. This review is strictly for the desserts. We ordered the mango sago with grapefruit and kiwi. I would definitely not get this again here. For $7.50 you get a few bites of what they call mango sago. It's basically mango pudding that does not taste fresh with very little grapefruit and kiwi. Lots of gelatin, very little sago. Not worth the money. Go to a real Hong Kong or Taiwanese place that specializes in these dessert bowls, and you'll know what I mean. Rip off. read more

Cloufee & Tea at Town Square definitely caught our attention with the robot making drinks -- cool concept and the staff was super friendly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the drinks didn't live up to the experience. We ordered the Crème Brûlée Matcha Milk Latte and the Signature Milk Tea. The matcha latte was watery, lacked matcha flavor, and we couldn't taste any crème brûlée at all. The signature milk tea just tasted like overly sweet, syrupy milk with barely any tea flavor. We were excited to try this place but left a bit disappointed. Great service and fun idea, but the drinks need some work. read more

Clouffee replaced what used to be WowWow Lemonade, and it appears they kept the same store layout. It's clean, modern, with a few tables. The concept of having a robot make your drinks is cool as you are assured of the drink's consistency. And the free samples of their dessert bowls were good. I ordered the Lychee Chia Green Tea at full sweetness, and the drink was not too sweet even at 100%. I liked the chia seeds and the flavor of the lychee and green tea mixed together. However, I was disappointed my drink was not filled all the way to the top (see photo). All their drinks are one-size, and my drink had at least a one-inch gap from the top. For a drink that is $6, at least fill it with more tea (not ice!). I would have given this drink a 4.5 out of 5 if it was filled all the way to the top, but instead I give it a 4 out of 5. I also ordered the Mango Sago Grapefruit & Kiwi Dessert Bowl. The grapefruit didn't really pair well with the pureed mango; it was a bit tart and overpowered the rest of the fruit in the bowl. The kiwi was also very sour. I did get to sample their Taro Mochi bowl and that one tasted so much better, so I will order that next time. The robot is cute and talks to you. It looks like you can ask it questions and it will answer. Cool concept, especially for the kids. I probably won't come back for their drinks but would come back for their dessert Taro Mochi dessert bowl. read more

I've always walked past this cute shop, but today, I finally decided to walk in! Dog friendly (with a nice water dispenser outside by the entrance) and a very clean aesthetic inside. Not too big, but a few nice tables & chairs to sit and do work or chit chat both inside + outside. Service was quick & the barista helped top up the drink once Adam (the robot barista) was done with his part. Said to be interactive, but I didn't try too hard to chat with him this time haha. The drink itself was nice! I got an Ube Jasmine Milk Tea with boba 100% sweet - I'm typically a 50% or less kind of gal, but I wanted to see what I was working with. It was very sweet, so I'd definitely take it down a notch if that's not your thing, but the jasmine was strong while the ube provided a nice subtle taste to the mix. Their robot is a cool gimmick, and it was self-sufficient in handling most of their orders while I was there. Unfortunately, drinks themselves were very pedestrian. Milk ratio was heavily skewed in both drinks, so much so that they were essentially sweetened milk drinks with no hint of matcha/tea flavors whatsoever. It was a cool place to check out, but I don't plan on returning imminently. read more

Going in this place is really cool looking, they have a robot named Adam who can make drinks. They also have little comics about Adam throughout the store too. That was the height of our experience. My wife and I got the same drink, a matcha crème brûlée milk tea, mine with boba. With how long they were making it we thought it was about to be delicious, but it just tasted like milk and Oreo pieces (that was the crème brûlée part). There was no matcha flavor at all. We paid $16 for milk, one with boba, and Oreo pieces. The boba was alright. I'm sure they have better drinks because I saw plenty of people walking around with it around town square, but I don't plan on going back. read more
