After they stood around and spent the next 15 minutes or so, flushing the toilet repeatedly, they suggested having my toilet reset "might" fix the problem. Other that, they didn't know what's to do because they couldn't replicate the odor. Charged me $120 service call and left. Technically, it was a service call but there was no actual service unless you count numerous toilet flushing "service". Rich has always been my go -to for plumbing issues. I expected better. Rich has $120 of my money, and I still have toilet odors wafting up from my shower drain. I won't be in a hurry to call them again.

I had a…read moreleak in my kitchen and the man who came out claimed it was a drain leak...unfortunately...that is not what it was an in fact a neighbor had fixed that specific drain he claimed was leaking. I can state now the cause of the leak was the line coming from the refrigerator and specifically a crack in the connector to the pipe because I came home to squirting under my sink and called another neighbor who quickly came and diagnosed that. I had been gone for 6 months and the damage IS extensive...I am walking on the studs in my kitchen. I called Chmura Plumbing after we got the leak under control and had to call 3x before The owner and his sidekick came out and the damage was not as bad in January...I never got a call back and it might be because when they left they left my private gate wide open which was marked with beware of bad dog...and when I let my dog out (I cannot see my gate from my home) he took off and was gone for 5 days. You can imagine my worry and I left Chmura a "steaming" message as they opened the gate...both of them and didn't bother to close them upon leaving. Needless to say they have not returned any of my calls about the damage they caused on my plumbing leak and so they are leaving me NO choice except to spread this news about them so you are NOT their next victim of BAD plumbing repairs or carelessness. I should have gotten their licensing and insurance information but since it was neighbors referring I didn't think it was necessary. Don't HIRE this firm they don't care about your job just the money they will put in their pocket and heaven forbid you end up like I did.

We called them back once, when the project was only about 6 months old. They never corrected the issue and when more erosion occurred behind the wall again, I let it go until this year. We did the traditional method this time - filter barrier, stone and repack the top. Ironically, it cost 7K with LRE and 7K to repack it 3 years later. What ever foam they used has completely disolved when it was dug out or very little evidence foam was ever used. Do not waste you money and go the old tried and true method to repair your wall and just dig out.

The guy doing the utility survey prior to the work being done wasn't told by LRE what he was doing. When the LRE crew showed up, they asked me what they were doing when they arrived. That is on me for not realizing right then and there that they should not be doing any work on my foundation. They were supposed to fill a void under my foundation and ended up raising the slab to the point it damaged the flooring in my home. LRE admitted to causing the damage but ultimately only offered $500 for the repair. I had to pay another company to remove the flooring and then pay a second company to level out the floor, and replace the flooring. I have no idea of the long term effects the foundation damage will have on my drywall where the slab was raised. I have attached a picture of the damage and how much they raised my slab. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company. I'm making sure to tell my family, friends, and co-workers to steer clear of LRE.

I called and the dispatcher informed me I had the diamond plan and it would be 30 something dollars for the call. I booked the call and I got a call from the technician Kyle. He came out explained these valves always leak (my house is 22 years old) I never turned these valves, ever. Kyle was not only professional, but very friendly and explained his every move.
