After waiting several minutes one of the pharm techs told us the insurance card was not going through even though we had just used it at the oral surgeon's office. He explain that it may have worked there but it was not going through with the pharmacy. We took the prescriptions back and went to McKay's. Dr. McKay explained that if we had that problem at CVS it will be the same problem on his computer, which it was. However, he went into further detail explaining to us that we were having this problem because the insurance card was not up to date and that some of the numbers were different. This was something the CVS pharm techs did not explain to us. Dr. McKay continued typing away on his computer trying to figure out a way to help us. It is the only place to buy greeting cards, gift wrap and personal care products. Service varies from very helpful to occasionally cantankerous. We stopped by to print some photos and pick up cards. A clerk helped us with the photos which take only a few seconds to print. They carry a reasonable supply of alcohol including a few higher end bourbons and liquors. They have great clearance sales end of season and holidays. I always manage to pick up some fun trinkets at the end of summer. It is also the only place I noticed that has toys if you want to spoil the grandchildren. The selection is far from upscale but they do have bubbles and that's all you need on a hot summer day to put a smile on their face. Getting here is easy in and out. There is a drive through pharmacy that I have not used. They are located about 3 miles off 65.

He is targeting me because I recently dated his wife while they were "on a break" that she evidently didn't inform either of us of at the time, and since I've started using CVS, he's deleted my prescriptions, has lied to my doctors office and is rude everytime I call. I know not everyone will have this problem, and that he feels he has a "reason" to be prejudiced against me, but again, he's too immature to be in the position he's in. To use your position to postpone peoples medicine where their health is concerned is not only petty but dangerous. As an aside, I've never had any issue or problem with the other employees, they've always been wonderful, super professional, and polite and the store clean and efficient.

When i told them that walgreens told me you told them they can't fill this script the agent said there is no way that is true as thier clients use that pharmacy often and there was nothing about mine that would make anyone tell them it had to be mail ordered. So they lied about calling and lied about why they wouldn't fill the script. So they lied numerous times to me, refuse to be helpful and have lost my business and anyone else I can tell about it. I liked that they had 24 cans of Mountain Dew for $4.98. That's a much better deal than I see usually with 36 cans for $11.00 elsewhere. They had a good clearance section further back than the electronics although their clearance prices were much of a discount. The restrooms needed some attention, including the latch on the stall door, which needed to be closed with a finger--on either side of the door. They don't need to start over, but remodeling would help.

I was confused on what they were talking about, but then I asked her what she meant. They were talking about a completely different prescription... like hello? I got told it was put on "hold" which happens way to frequently there. So of course, I walk over to the other side to talk to another lady. She just stood there and looked at me blankly. My patience was decreasing by the second. So, I state my case and she just says, " I do not see that anywhere." When I say her eyes were rolling, I mean rollinggg.
