Was informed at the CS desk that they don't take items back after 180 days anymore. I told the lady that that wasn't the policy when I bought it. She then said it was a Covid thing. I kid you not!!! I looked at her and said "what the hell does Covid have to do with my vacuum not charging?" She looked at me with that deer in the headlights look and ask if I wanted to talk to the manager. Staples like MCL, Stein Mart, Teresa's School of Dance, Weight Watchers, and Royal Mandarin, which have been around for a while, are responsible for getting folks in the door, but new stores like the Meadow's Cafe, Antiques at Meadows, Ace Blind & Drapery, The Classic Man, Darrell's Diamonds, Repeat Boutique, and the Farmer's Market are welcomed additions that keep folks entertained and coming back to the mall. 2018 saw a lot of changes for the Meadow's Mall - new ownership and new tenants - and I'm very excited to see what else is next for this Terre Haute gem!

Most recently my Mom and I dropped by on a Sunday afternoon to do a little shopping. The employee Julia was so kind and even stayed after the shop closed to allow us to browse a bit more! She showed us a table of designer denim that one customer consigned including many pairs of Joe's jeans, Paige and other big name brands...at excellent prices! She also explained that they had a selection of very gently used formal gowns in the back. There is a nice assortment of jewelry and household decorative items for sale, as well. Something for everyone! I found a nice cardigan sweater for $18 that looked brand new, as well as some local honey and salsa. Love the RB!!

I will not purchase an extended warranty again because it does not good. Not even a full year later, the Cub Cadet abruptly stopped working. I tried to get it to the only authorized repair shop (Complete Outdoor in Terre Haute). I have now been going back and forth with Asurion telling me they should be getting to the repair soon, and going around in circles with Complete Outdoor. It has been at least THREE MONTHS now, and STILL no repair! I then contacted Cub Cadet customer service, and they told me I could use "any reputable repair shop," but when I called another shop, they said "no." So now I am stuck with a useless "warranty," a lawnmower that will not run," and credit card bill through TSC. Not a good way to do business, guys, and I definitely won't be buying anymore lawnmowers here. Rest assured, I will be sharing my experience with anyone thinking of buying a new lawnmower.

Wild Rose Outlet saved my daughters wedding. After a last minute delay on an online order, we were…read morescrambling! It was worth the 3 hour drive. We found a beautiful dress that fit right off the rack for $500. The boutique outlet was clean. Nothing fancy but certainly a pleasant experience. The employees were friendly. My one gripe was the $50 mandatory appointment fee. Just seems you should be able to walk in a store and see the inventory without having to pay. They said they carried sizes 6 and up. However when we arrived, there were very few smaller sizes. I'm happy we were able to find a dress but I would have been perturbed to have driven all that way, pay a non-refundable $50 to find that they only had a handful of dresses in my daughters size. They also carry mother of the bride outfits. Again.. Limited sizes and you don't know what they have so it's like a$50 gamble. They do allow you to put that$50 towards accessories.. But being an outlet their accessories were very limited. We didn't need anything they had but I wasn't leaving without "spending" the $50. So we got 1 Mr & Mrs mug with a 2019 date, a shot glass, a couple pair of princess shoes for my granddaughter that'll fit in like 4 years and a memory jar. The veil options didn't match the color of the dress and they had no head pieces. Now I get time is money. But it just seems ridiculous they wouldn't put that $50 towards the dress. All in all we were very thankful for the outlet. We hope to never return though lol. Married till death do them part!

He said there was a bomb scare yesterday and that they were behind.
