Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Things feel steady now. After years of chaos and headaches, this kinda stability is worth way more than I thought it would be. Thank you Chambers.!

Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!

I will admit my appointment time was scheduled at 5:20 and the time I got to the property was 5:26, the representative that was contacting me through text was very unprofessional. I didn't get a name, but they did not greet me instead just texted saying that they were on the property. After I greeted them and informed them that I would be there shortly then gave me a shorthanded response asking for an ETA. I then responded informing them. I was less than five minutes away and even asked if that was Okay and there response was a threat to leave if I didn't show up. Someone who has worked in customer service their whole life, I understand the frustrations of someone who is late but a 5 minute delay is definitely not a big deal in my book Especially if they gave you a heads up. The representative did apologize for being rude(which I thanked them for), but at that point, I went ahead and canceled the appointment because I was no longer interested in renting the property or viewing it. I hope in the future a situation like mine is approached the appropriate way especially for someone who may be a Potential tenant. Also the representative then said I was not at the right property, which I was and then blatantly lied and said they had been waiting for 15 minutes which was absolutely not true. I attached receipts hoping this reaches the right person.

Throughout the process they have been honest and transparent in all aspects from applying to moving in. We placed work orders after moving in and they were scheduled within a day and were completed by competent and qualified vendors. Thank you, Karen, and team for the great service! I don't do a lot of reviews, but I would definitely refer Valley Vista Properties to anyone looking for a rental home or home purchase.

I will give you my perspective as owner of a few rental properties in other states, in which we use property management companies. We are proud of our properties and always want to provide a comfortable, safe environment for our renters. This has meant, for example, replacing several HVAC units through the years. In all these cases, we either provided portable AC units or even paid for a few days in hotels during hottest times. This response given by Valley Vista under the "Maximillian" post is very telling: "Thank you for sharing your concerns, and we're sorry to hear about your friends' experience. At Valley Vista, we strive to provide exceptional service to all tenants. We understand your frustration regarding the HVAC issue. Our team worked diligently to address it, coordinating with the home warranty company and a reputable third-party HVAC company, which confirmed the system was functioning as intended. Unfortunately, the home warranty company's protocols limited our ability to replace the unit outright". To translate what this is saying: "Your discomfort and our responsibility to provide customer service to the tenant is secondary to our goal of maximizing profits to the property owner". Any reputable property management company would never let a "home warranty protocol" get in the way of providing a livable home environment via portable unit, etc., and would press the owner to make sure the tenants were getting good service. I went to my daughter/husband's house several times during these several weeks and can definitively state that Valley Vista's assessment of "confirming the system was functioning as intended" means having a house that is no cooler than the high 80s. That sentence in their response is quite telling of their disregard for the tenant's actual experience in favor of a third-party company's assessment that favors the property owner. Overall, if you are a property owner who is looking for a property management company that will always prioritize minimizing property owner costs no matter the deleterious effects on the tenants, I would give a 5-star review for this company. If you are a property owner who wants to provide a safe, comfortable property to your tenants and cares about keeping them happy, or certainly if you are a prospective tenant, then a 1-star review is too high.

They are the worst of the worst, they lie and scam people who need low income rentals. Zero stars…read moreif I could. I am a widower who lives with my daughter and nephew on the spectrum, and lateley, I have been dealing with kidney issues. This is suppose to be low income apartments. They get you in and raise the rent as much, and as high as possible, until you move. They make a profit utilizing high changeover rates and new tenants. When I first moved here, I was told I was getting a 2 bedroom unit for around 700 a month, then at the last moment the manger changes it to a three bedroom for 1300 a month, which I couldnt afford but had no choice, because it was too late to find another place, so I had to take it. I called the property management buckingham properties, and it didnt help at all. they ignored me. She lied and tricked me. I have been late on rent since she raised it three times to 1700 a month, and a day after I caught my rent up she files a detainer. I never recieved any notice posted or handed to me, and of course calling Buckingham properties again and emailing them didnt help, they never respond and she wont either. Just a bunch of scammers. They even knew I was suffering from kidney disease, I kept them informed. None of it helped. The manager thinks she funny waving at me the day she filed the detainer ileggally after accepting my rent, I have nothing to worry about, I have proof she never notified me and my rent was caught up before she filed it, so we will see whos smiling, regaurdless I am getting the heck out this dump. Its not low income they trick you and raise your rent unitil you cant afford it, and if you still wont move, in my case they lie, and file for a detainer to try and kick you out, because high turnover allows landlords to bypass long-term rent restrictions, frequently increasing rent, enforcing new fees, and utilizing loopholes to raise income. They are heartless and cold people and dont care about you at all. The place is a dump everything is cheap and poorly done, and I have had to put up wiith arguments between the manager and her husband early in the morning, her smoking, and her kids screaming, and her dogs feces. So stay the heck away if you value having a decent place to live.
