Dino was AMAZING! We rented from another company for a convention and the item they showed up with looked like they picked it up off the side of the road. We were devastated and felt we had absolutely NO time to try and find another activation for our event. Luckily, I was able to find Clowns4Kids! Extremely unprofessional. It has been extremely frustrating to coordinate with the owner on booking a claw machine rental. The owner was very rude and also hung up on me twice over the phone - no goodbyes, nothing, and never proceeded to call back. The team is also extremely unorganized. I gave my event details more than 3 times over the phone, and I found myself repeating the same information over and over and over again. It's been a few days now that I've tried to coordinate with them to have them at our event, but I'm giving up because they've showed me in many ways and broke my trust that they wouldn't be able to successfully execute even if we did end up booking them for our event. Please save yourself some time and find another company to work with. It pains me to write this review because I love supporting small businesses, but I needed to share this experience. Terrible customer service. I waited over a week for them to tell me if they have clown available and still never got an answer. They kept telling me to give a few more days three times. Do yourself a favor. Do not do business with this company. They are a mom and pop service and have used them before. I had issues with the equipment upon arrival. It was not cleaned properly and had mold. The workers cleaned it when I pointed it out. We the leaked all of the product all over the place when they put it together. As this was an adult party they had to replace all of the adult beverages that were no all over the ground. The same year I rented the dunk tank. It leaked so badly that I had to use my own tape to make the tank usable. This year I decided to give them a shot figuring let's start fresh. The prices were correct on the online quote. When I went to place the order. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude, unfriendly and down right disrespectful. I figured hey.. it's the end of the day. And maybe she was having a bad day. So I let her know how she came off. Instead of apologizing. She defended her negative tone. Going on to tell me that there is nothing wrong with how she spoke with me. If you are looking to get cut rate problematic party equipment this is your company. Actual products were nice if they arrive to your house! Had a party with them in June. Customer service was absolutely terrible. We spent over $1000 and I had to basically harass them for an itemized invoice. Please by no means should you deal with Dave! He is non responsive and sends random conformation emails about things you're NOT ordering. No contact day of the party. The poor delivery never got an accurate time and he was rushing to set up tables 20 min before guests were due to arrive. It was so unreliable that I bought back up stuff from Amazon just in case they didn't show. Very unprofessional and disorganized I do NOT recommend using them. It's unfortunate because their huge slip & slide & table games were great...just not worth the aggravation to deal with them. read more

Terrific company with quality products. We rented the mini golf course for our Church fundraising event. The staff they sent to set up was extremely professional and efficient. Elsa and Anna sang with approximately 40 kids, played games, gave them all cotton candy, spoke with them, took pictures with them, even sat on the floor with them! They were amazing. This is the best company for all types of parties. We have used Magical Productions many times over the years and it's always been a positive experience. Everyone always loves the dunk tank, the inflatable's, the snowcone machine, the characters, and all of course the magic shows. From the time my kids were little they were mesmerized by the puppets, the magic show and the bounce houses. Now they are 11 and 12 and they can't get enough of the dunk tank, the big inflatables, the cotton candy machine and the snowcones. Dino and Jennifer are wonderful and are always looking to go above and beyond. I highly recommend this company because they are on time, honest, dependable, and everything they have is high quality. I purchased the 2hrs of entertainment package for my sons 1st birthday. The character costume they used was dirty!!! The "clown costume" was pretty much a vest with some red paint on the mans face. The equipment they use must be from 5 decades ago. The music was skipping, the volume didn't go up, the bubble machine was practically blowing 5bubbles at a time...... definitely not worth 375 bux for 2hrs. I'm glad i had the event at a park and the kids still had a good time. This company was a huge disappointment. Would not recommend this to anyone!!!! read more

This company is HORRIBLE!!!! Don't use them... I had a party for my 3 year old.. They promised me Princess Tianna.. About a hour before the party was suppose to start.. They inform me that Princess Tianna wasn't available.. And they would send another princess... Leaving me with little options!! The manager (Dave.. I think his name was ) proceeded to argue with me like it was my fault that he couldn't deliver what they had continually promised.. I had to remind him that this was his business! Not mine,. We have used magical Productions several times.1st time was World of Disney bouncer & cotton candy machine for my sisters birthday, next was my brothers birthday we had the dunk tank and on our family party last year with an amazing comedy magic show with rabbits and birds. They double booked my daughter's party for the "Elsa" winter princess. I had spoken to their company 2 times prior to the event & they called me 3 days prior to the party & asked if I would like the "Anna" winter princess instead? How do you explain that to a 5 year old girl that is expecting the most popular princess to appear at her party?! Very disappointed. Horrible! I called this company for the wedding bounce house a month ago. Got a price of $650. My boyfriend called them 3 weeks ago to confirm pricing and the guy who answered the phone said it was $600. When he told the guy someone gave me a price of $650 the guy said "No its $600". We spoke about it and once we decided we wanted to book it my boyfriend called again. A woman answered the phone this time and said yes it was $600 and all they needed was his credit card number (she also stated she had all my information already which I NEVER gave to anyone as I just called for pricing). We are required to show the venue certificate of insurance and was told they would send by monday. Once monday passed we called again and Dave picked up the phone and said "It's a good thing you called because the girl who we just hired never wrote your name down with your credit card number" and that they had no information. Dave proceeded to tell my boyfriend that the price was wrong and it was actually $795. Once my boyfriend told me that I told him to call back and let him know this is the 3rd time we were given a different amount. He spoke to the girl and told her to destroy any information of his credit card and to cancel the bounce house until he spoke with Dave. My boyfriend has called numerous times and the girl on the other end always says Dave isnt in or he is busy. Now this company has his credit card info and isnt answering any phone calls. I called to get a price for a 1st birthday and they told me $285 for 2 hours for clown, facepainting, bubbles, cotton candy machine and music and dancing, but that they would have to call me back to let me know if a clown was available for the date. After 3 days I called back and they said they could do it but no clown, no music and no dancing for the same price. So now $285 for face painting, bubbles, and cotton candy. I asked for a character and was told that is too much time so then they would have to take away facepainting. Dave was extremely rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessional. I feel that all these reviews are written by friends and family because there is no way that anyone could give more than 1 star (0 if I could have). I was also told that 30 kids is way too many yet there are reviews for over 30 kids. So obviously made up b.s. I gave Dave my number numerous times and I got excuse after excuse why he lost it and never called back. Personal issues, driving, etc... They dropped it off at right time explained to me on how to use it, they were very nice. They provide great customer service. I hired this company for my daughter's first birthday which had a DocMcstuffins theme. The person they sent was late. She did not show up and begin entertaining the children until 40 minutes after I was expecting her. That three off the timing for everything in the party. She did not look very professional just a black t-shirt and leggings. What made it worse was that when it came time to put on the Doc Mcstuffins costume character she claims that her manage forgot to give her the head. I was very disappointed and so were my children and their friends. She spent the rest of her time making some more balloons and texting and playing on her phone. So upset with her that I did not even say anything to her when she left. Ug!! I will never ever use this company again. I wish I did not pay her up front for the performance so that I could deduct for the substandard service. read more
