But now we are having problems with the company responding to our inquiries about problems with the flashing. Originally it was done poorly. It took months for them to call me back, get someone to look at and to "repair". Six months later this is what it looks like (see below). I had a contractor look who told me that despite H&S normally excellent work this was bad. All I want is someone to come fix it. But no one will call me back (same as right after I paid for the roof). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company at all.

I had never filed a claim with my insurer and I was not sure what the process was or how I would get my roof fixed. Bryon was my service rep and he represented your brand to the highest every time he came by. He initially came out and checked my roof, attic, ceilings, etc. and then he came back the very next day and met with my insurance adjuster to ensure I got a fair review. Once approved, he took the time to go over several samples, colors, and options available to me. He's a friend now and he's welcome to stop by anytime lol. Dave was my on-site rep the day of the roof installation and he and his team showed up on time ready to go to work. When I got home I had a new roof, my driveway was clear and there was not a nail in sight. They did an awesome job. He notified me as needed throughout the day of their progress and I didn't have a thing to worry about. Lastly, Alexis was the voice over the phone that called me and provided updates and confirmations throughout my service. I really appreciated how she stayed on top of everything. It helped confirm that I had chosen a great company. He was knowledgeable, likeable, and helpful. He advised us of the storm damage to our roof and helped us begin the claims process. In the meantime, Clay started Rogue Carolina Roofing while continuing to work for a different company. This proved to spread him thin with time and affected communication. The biggest area of opportunity is the communication with both the client and tradespeople. Production manager, Joe Yakaski, dropped the ball and was unresponsive. Our roof was scheduled to be replaced on a Wednesday, but Joe never provided the roofers our address. We work from home and planned our day around this, so it was frustrating. Joe did not call me back to let me know when the job would begin until I reached out to him at 8pm that evening. The job was finished in (2) half days, thus creating inconveniences with work calls and meetings. The best part of my experience was with the roofers that were subcontracted by Rogue Carolina Roofing. Gustavo from G and J Roofing was communicative and a pleasure to work with!

Alex arrived early, did a walk around the entire house, told me there were 2 additional areas that needed repair, he walked me outside and showed me the areas.
