I made the appointment online, they have a pretty legit cancellation system in case something comes up and you have to cancel short notice. I liked that! When I arrived, they were ready for me which was great. Two gentleman tackled my car and got all of the crooks and crannies that im unable to reach. I sat in the lobby and worked (legit WiFi) and it took about an hour and 10 minutes. My car wasn't that dirty so I can imagine it might take a little longer if your car has some deep, detailed work it needs. They did a wonderful job and my car felt like new when I got in. They're easy to find off of Watson, and I really appreciated the customer service. I'll for sure return!

I liked how quickly they could fit me in and give my car the full interior and exterior detail right before a holiday. My car was an absolute disaster- bird poo, feral animal prints that the drive through wash wasn't cleaning, something sticky on the passenger door, and three years of white dog hair on a black floorboard. I wasn't expecting the level of literal detail they out into getting all the nooks and crannies inside and out. My car looks awesome and I'll be back frequently to keep it looking good.

The car wash itself does not have anyone manning it instead there are signs that tell you to pull forward and when to put your car in neutral. This is the first time I've been to a car wash that does not have someone navigating you in it so I was a little nervous but I had no issues at all. The vacuum that I had must've just been so full or maybe had something stuck in it after the car wash because I did not have a very good suction. The only thing I would encourage the location to add are rags with spray on carts like I've seen at other car washes so people can wipe down the insides of their car without having to buy some thing from the vending machine. I think this is a nice bonus to add.
