I've been a monthly member since this place opened however, at this point, I'm reconsidering my membership. I went today for my regular car wash, and there was an inconsiderate patron that was blasting his music extremely loud. I asked this particular employee if there's anything that could be done since it is a nuisance and he responded extremely rude to me. I understand if there's nothing that he can do however, there are ways to talk to people, especially longtime members. Horrible condition of washing equipment. Staff was kind. Unfortunately my cancellation was the worst of it all. No one advised that there were any deadlines or dates to cancel within. Just after this confirmation of cancellation arrived in my email, they drafted my account again. I had to write them twice to get a refusal to refund the last draft as they required 5 day notice. I am completely dissatisfied with White Water Car Wash on Menchaca Rd. Their car wash is overpriced for the quality you get, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. I have tried to cancel my membership three different times, yet I'm still being charged every month. Their website is a joke--there's no way to reach anyone, and all my attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service I no longer want and to have no one respond or take responsibility. I expected much better from a local business. One frequent complaint about the Austin area is the lack of good low-budget car wash. I even complained about it when I first moved here a few years ago. Saw big signs advertising "Car Wash, Now Open!" on my way to Sprouts, and I quickly turned around. This is the car wash I've been waiting for here in Austin. Luckily there weren't a lot of cars when I got there (plenty using the self-service vacuum area), so it was quick card swipe at the pay station, then right into the wash. The basic wash was $7, next up was $10 (which I bought), then up a couple more levels with different extras added. The car wash was as good as any car wash. The air dryer at the end did great at the end. No one drying off the car at the end, and no pressure to tip. Pulled around to park and vacuumed my car. Very powerful vacuums and compressed air blower. Wasn't able to figure out where to pickup the towels, and didn't have time to ask. I think I saw a stand near the building with them as I left. Will definitely be back with both of our cars. read more

If you want your car to be scratched this is the place for you! Bought the most expensive car wash and while i was vacuuming i instantly noticed about 30 scratches. Definitely had to be the brushes the workers use, the reuse the same bucket and clean tires and debris from other cars dip in the same bucket and repeat. I don't recommend this car wash at all. read more

Paid $11 to just get the dirt smudged on my truck. Windows still dirty. Usually you still have some dirt but this left so much behind that I had to get it washed again. One vacuum worked the other didn't. Hose was to short and difficult to pull. There were plenty of clean towels and staff was friendly. read more

I had an unlimited membership for about a year on my older Honda Pilot. I took my wife's new Honda Pilot in and purchased an unlimited plan for her car. I had an issue the first day. I always clean off bugs on the front before entering. When I came out I noticed a black scratch mark on the hood. The manager was nice and said he looked at video and didn't see the mark going into the wash so it should be no problem to get it buffed out for me or to send me to a check to get it taken care of. He said someone would call me in 3 days. A week later, no call. So I called and they said they denied my claim because he just inspected the cleaning clothes and there isn't anything that indicates it could have scratched the car. This was over a week later! When I spoke with corporate they said there was nothing they could do. I have it 2 stars because the vacuums are actually really good. But if you decide to use them, I would advise taking pictures of your car before it enters the wash. read more

As locations of Whitewater Express have been popping up all over the place, I decided to give them a try, back in March. I pulled into the Round Rock location on University Blvd. That day they were offering that if you bought a single wash, you'd get a full month of unlimited. What a deal, right?! The staff were amazing, and they had a license plate reader to I could literally pull up any time, drive thru & then use the really powerful vacuums. All of that changed when I went to the Hutto location. The "Manager", Elijah, told me, didn't ask me, that I needed to come in when I was done & get a sticker to go on my window. I drive a luxury car & simply don't want any stickers on my windshield. His response was that I was inconveniencing him by him having to come out & type in my cell phone. I so badly wanted to say, for him to do his job is not inconvenience, it's his damn job!! I spoke with corporate who apologized & told me not to worry about it. I didn't need to have a sticker. Some time went by & I was fortunate to have Elijah come out again and tell me that by him having to come out, was an inconvenience. I simply replied that I didn't spend the money I did on a car to have stickers all over the windshield. I attempted to speak with someone at corporate (346) 367-2500, yet nobody ever answers. Note that I would use their car wash once every 1 or 2 weeks. I guess their getting an easy monthly fee from me, and having to type in my cell #, was not worth it to them. So, I have now cancelled my membership and will take my business elsewhere. How a company could hire someone like Elijah and give him the title of Manager blows my mind. He is arrogant, self-centered, sloppily dressed and most likely driving away business other than mine. If you have a choice of car washes, do not give this company/location your business. I love whitewash it so easy. I wash my car sometimes 4 times a month and do the inside and outside cleaning myself once monthly. I love how I can take my time in the cleaning bays and get my car just like I like it. It's a great price, I have the monthly membership. Sure you have to wait in line if you go at peak times, wake up people learn how to relax and share with others. I noticed comments about scratches after the drive thru wash. I have never got any on my car. Possibly these people noticed this after the the wash gets dirt off. Staff who I've had contact with always been friendly and professional. I like this car wash. Line goes by fast, the basic wash is very affordable and does the job. Lots of stalls for vacuuming/cleaning your car so you don't feel rushed by people waiting on you. This place does get busy after a rain storm but that's normal. They have the air hoses which come in handy that not all car washes have. Whenever I'm in the area I always stop by. read more

I've been a member since October last year. I've had my car and included my sons car. I canceled my sons car due to wreck and switched membership over to my sons new car in June 22. My son didn't use car wash so I canceled his membership in June 22. Yesterday 10/21/22 I was looking at my bank transactions and it showed Whitewater. I had already seen it was pulled out 10/14/22. I searched Whitewater transactions and that's when I realized my sons car was never canceled at all. I went in and spoke to a new young guy. He told me he didn't have authority to refund me over $50 and had to get his manager approval cause it was well over $50. I received a phone call today and the same young man from yesterday told me he got the approval and he will refund my card for $59.98 I said okay what about the other months? He said this was it, he not even suppose to be refunding me anything. I said and you manager couldn't have called and told me this. An apology for the inconvenience would have been really nice. I get it things happen, I myself never noticed a difference until yesterday. I also thought when you canceled membership it's officially canceled no question about it. I myself need to do better with my checking account and services I choose to spend money with. read more
