$12 car wash Tuesday's can't beat that!!! It was worth every penny spent. The MVP which is the top tier was is what's $12! Unbelievable! They pre wash your car before you go through the actual car wash , which is a plus for me. They also offer free vacuuming, my car looked nice and shiny. I'll definitely be able and hopefully I'm in the area on a Tuesday. If I lived in the area or close to one I would hands down get a membership. I paid for a MVP wash and was very disappointed. My car came out dirty and streaked like it was never even washed. I contacted them and was sent a free wash card with no apology note whatsoever. Really bad experience. Will not be going back. read more

They do a fine job cleaning the car, nice to be able to clean the inside with them providing the wipes and vacuum. The membership is easy and their customer support was good when I need to suspend my membership for the winter. read more

Had exceptional service today 4/22/2025 approx 230pm. Shout out to Manny. It is a hot Kansas day today- he went above and beyond. He noticed my dirty floor mats hanging... he not only offered to wash them off (and did amazing) but then he came back and proceeded to air dry them- they look so good and were so muddy! He legitimately went above and beyond. It is so hot and I could understand anyone wanting to turn a blind eye - especially when busy. I appreciated it so much! I purchased a new car and signed up for Club Car Wash. After a wash during my first month, I noticed a line of paint had been scraped off the edge of the rear bumper with an area of multiple scrapes/scratches below the bumper on my SUV. I notified the attendant and he came and took multiple pictures of the damage and submitted my complaint to the company. I requested to cancel my membership that day, but he said that was not necessary as this does happen, but they can just back the brushes off when I enter the wash to prevent further damage. He said the company would be in touch about my damage claim soon. I received a call about my complaint a week later. After discussion with the representative, she denied my claim as she stated that their brushes were foam and could not cause my damage. I explained this was a new car, and I was certain the damage happened in their car wash. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and was transferred to that person's voicemail. I left a message, but received no call back. I called repeatedly for a few days, and finally connected with the manager. I explained this SUV has a slightly pointed shape in the rear, and I felt that is what led to the damage. I asked what evidence she had to deny my claim and she stated that my claim was denied since their brushes would not damage just the bumper but would damage all sides of the car. I asked to speak to her supervisor, but she said this was my last option for dispute resolution of this matter with Club Car Wash. I requested to view the videos from my visits to the wash and she said the videos are not released outside the company. I requested a refund of my money and immediate cancellation of my subscription. Customer Service said there would be no refund and their policy was to not cancel for 7 days after verbal notice, so I would also be billed for a 2nd month. I advised I would be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office for consumer protection in Kansas. I also submitted a review on the Better Business Bureau web site, and I encourage anyone who has had problems with damage at Club Car Wash to read those reviews. I will not be returning to Club Car Wash. read more

Just like you I enjoy driving a clean car. I think that this car wash does an ok job washing the car. Even though not every time and not drying it evenly every time. But those are minor things. The problem is that the brushes scratch the car. They really do. It's bad. I have been a member for over a year and I have been noticing more and more scratches after the washes. Also the brushes try to rip off my rear wiper EVERY time I go there! Funny thing is that somebody's rear wiper did get ripped off 3 weeks ago. It was just laying on the ground by the bay exit and cars kept driving on it upon exit of the car wash. I will keep my membership for now but I doubt I will keep coming once I get a new car. Another thing to note is that location on 23rd street seems to have more space and better equipment? I definitely get better results there. Another problem that needs to be addressed - you got all these people who are not your members coming to vacuum their cars for free. That creates problems for existing members. I had to wait for about 10 minutes the other day before I could get to the vacuum cleaners. And what happened to windex bottles? They are all gone now read more

We decided to hike at the KU Field Station Trails. After a couple days of rain the gravel mixed with pavement roads were a mess. Our car looked like we went off roading. We were very leery that one wash would do but Club proved us wrong. Not only was the service friendly but we were offered a cloth sprayed with interior cleaner so that we could wipe down the inside of the car while we went through the wash. Coming out there is a bin to toss it in. Car was pristine and best of all the basic wash is only $6! read more

Car wash is fine but be aware if you sign up for the club it is very difficult to cancel. Staff on site didn't cancel my membership correctly so I was charged and then had to call their offices 3 times before I was fully refunded. On the last call the woman I spoke with was unnecessarily rude and that was my final straw with this place. Go for single washes, don't do the club. read more

My vehicle was wrecked - therefore, had a rental car for 7 months. Was advised by staff to use my phone number when entering. I just received an e-mail from corporate confirming my membership cancellation. I had not cancelled my membership that I have had since the location in west Lawrence opened. I inquired upon next visit - the teen manager said that in my account were notes that "You were rude" - I never had a single interaction with anyone there. I called corporate to see if this was some sort of mixup. Got an e-mail response back saying that indeed my membership had been cancelled and that I would never be able to have another membership @ club carwash. I am in shock for many reasons but mainly the level of customer service is way beyond what should ever be accepted by paying customers. I am not rude. I am never rude to anyone and there is no opportunity to be rude at a drive through car wash. Hard to believe that this is their company policy. Tommy's here I come! read more

since they deleted my review, i will continue to keep leaving reviews and keep recommending to not use this carwash. i'll just give a summary. their dryer blew the paneling off my car and i put in a claim for it and amy, the claims manager, went in and deleted my footage and proof of me entering the carwash with the paneling and exiting with it gone. the footage of me retrieving my paneling from their manager daniel also got deleted. do NOT use this carwash and if you do, make sure you get proof of EVERY. LITTLE. THING that happens(take pictures and videos of your car before going into the carwash if you could) i have evidence of the deleted footage as well and they're still trying to put the blame on me saying i had previous damage but yet never addressed amy deleting the footage. when i asked amy why she deleted my footage, she avoids the question and has yet to ever tell me when she deleted it. amy is the worst claims manager i have ever dealt with and then told me she took two months to reach out to me because "conflicting stories" because she claims she spoke to "every" manager at this location and they all said my situation never happened but never cared to call the customer, who put the claim in. remind you, the situation DID happen and i had evidence of it so i drove up to the office with amy on the phone and spoke with staff there. amy then hung up in my face after screaming at me that the footage was gone and there's no cloud storage to back it up but yet every customer that went in that same day for the whole day was still able to be brought up. again, this is a summary of what happened and do not recommend this place whatsoever. amy probably shouldn't have a job as a claims manager either since she's deleting footage and proof of them damaging my vehicle. read more

All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The car wash got all my bugs off and the complementary microfiber cloths was very nice. The vacuums were able to get all the crumbs. when i had trouble getting one of my floor mats unhooked, an employee was there to help me. They played music in the car wash and it made my vacuum cleaning time fly by. read more
