I know he's booking into July, but understand he keeps some early morning appointments open for people who only need two windows done, which was perfect for me. His prices are great, he offers 30 years of experience tinting auto windows, and considering he uses nano-ceramic window film and has been using a company thats been making window tint since the early 80's, it's win-win!! The Tint Guy is true pro and offers a lifetime warranty on his service. He provides you Information on what to expect over the next couple weeks, how to clean the tinted window film, and makes it clear that should anything go wrong, he'll replace it for free, for the life of the vehicle and same owner. I'd recommend him 10 times over anyone else!! The fact that he uses such high quality product to tint the vehicle windows and provides a lifetime warranty is extra fabulous!! I actually looked at him like he was crazy because it was a Sunday afternoon. He assured me they were still open. I have to confess that I did not entirely believe him. LOL. He said, "They can fix it in 10 minutes and it will cost you about $16." Yeah, right. So I headed Westside 66 and kept my fingers crossed. The cashier told me to pull around back and they would look at the tire. Honestly, within ten minutes... the tire was fixed and it cost $16. I could not believe my good luck on finding this place. The mechanic who worked on my tire was nice, professional and he knew exactly what to do to get me fixed. He did not waste time with small talk and he got me right on my way. The cashier was very nice and courteous. She, too, was professional and very helpful. I appreciate her guidance. I asked her if they had been busy and she said it was a slow day for them. It was hard to believe it was a slow work day because both bays were filled and other cars were lined up for service. I will definitely go back to this station for service. I had counted on being there for hours but it was quick, efficient, professional service. WOW. Still cannot believe my luck with this wonderful shop.

I brought the car back to Pennzoil and they claimed they fixed the problem. When I got home, I inspected it again and there were still two screws missing from the cover plate. My truck was blowing hot, and I assumed I had a ac line leak. They told me there wasn't a leak, just the control panel needing replaced. They charged $350 to do this, and when I got the truck back it didn't blow at all. They continued by putting 3 or 4 new control panels in, and in the end said they finally fixed it, but now there was a leak and needed another $530 to fix it. I ONLY agreed to continue because they confirmed the truck was blowing properly now. I took it home and it's not blowing at all again. I went in today and they now say it's likely not the control panel at all, but they only agreed to refund $335 dollars or leave the truck with them again after being argumentative and treating me like an idiot. My issue is simply the fact they tried the control panel multiple times, never fixed the blowing issue, lied and said they did so I'd spend another $530 to fix the leak, and now they say it's not the control panel at all. Such a scam. Stay away!!!
