Fist time at Club Car Wash and it's a newer location outside of Saint Louis in the O'Fallon area. The exterior has a clean look and the landscaping gorgeous! Spent $20 on a mid tier package and was impressed. Prior to entering the tube there was some prep. After the was there is self serve vacuums and compressor guns to remove drops from glass. The area was clean. Everything worked well. My only negative was the aisle was self serve vacuum area is narrow. Be careful backing out. I would return if lived in the area. I pulled up and was provided with the best service ever from a very sweet girl named Sanai! She was so helpful explained the difference between each packages and was very knowledgeable about the quality of everything and how it would benefit me if I signed up for monthly services. I came for one thing but got so much more from my service I was originally coming for. The unlimited washes a month is so worth it! Her service was top tier from the moment I arrived until I exited the wash. The car wash did such a good job with my car and once I was done the free vacuum and towels to use were even more helpful. I have been a member for over a year and enjoyed the service in O'Fallon UNTIL NOW. I'M IRRITATED with their new scanning system. It isn't able to read the scanning label inside the window of certain vehicles if you go to the member lanes. Therefore, those members are required to go to the pay booth and be manually scanned from the inside of the driver's door so they can enter for a wash. As a member, it is very time consuming when there's a long line of patrons waiting to pay for the service. SUGGESTION: ASSIGN AN EMPLOYEE TO BE STATIONED AT A DESIGNATED MEMBER LANE (instead of the pay booth) TO MANUALLY SCAN THE VEHICLES THAT CANNOT BE READ BY THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM. Otherwise, Club Car Wash will lose customers to its reliable competitors. read more

After confirming the account needed to be extended for one more month at full price, I recieved an email from Club Car Wash offering to extend my account at 50% off, but when contacted customer service they shared that that email was expired for action. I tried this car wash after the auffenberg one down the road tore my license plate off the front of my brand new car. Did the same to 2 other people i know too. This car wash, while not touchless like i'd prefer, at least has the vacuums and the compressed air and doenst rip my plate off! read more

I do love my membership. I do not have a garage so my Black car needs a wash several times a week. This place does a fantastic job on the entire car and wheels. If there is a negative I'd like the dryers to dry a bit more. They do supply micro fiber towels to help dry and clean inside. read more

I signed up for 3 months at $10 deal. When I signed up was told as military family when promotion ended could get higher wash for one level down price. I set a reminder on calendar and went in to change plan. Representative at car wash told me they couldn't do it at location and gave me flyer to call. I called customer service and they said they cannot do it over phone. So how do you change it???? I requested to cancel my membership and wanted my $40 back that was charged. Totally rude people that work there...specifically a boy named Nick. So rude and condescending. They're all like bullies that back each other up no matter what. No issues with the amenities though. I would rate zero stars if I could. I was told by the manager that I would not be charged and that my membership would be cancelled. However, I was charged $40, which by the way is way too expensive (Almost twice what we paid for the same service in California). I had the promo for the first couple months, and it was ending. I went in to get it fixed, but the worker said to either get in line (which requires a membership) or call the corporate number as they were too busy. I called the corporate number and the lady was unprofessional and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and the person on the phone said that they didn't have one available and that I would not be refunded the $40 because it was in the fine print of the receipt. Buyers beware. There is a lot of car washes around, and competition is a good thing, especially if you have bad customer service. read more

I signed up with this company because they were running a special for 3 months at $10 per month with the understanding at the end of this period I would pay $20 for a $32 Elite membership being military. Well I went in today to make sure they honored that commitment only to find out they changed the agreement. Now instead of $20 for Elite package it's going to cost over $27. Bad business, surely when they sold me the package they knew the pricing would go up, they should have told me this at the time. I decided because of the bait-and-switch to cancel my membership of both of my vehicles. I had to go into office to have the manager cancel. I read another review where this cancellation did not take place to be ware. I called the corporate office, because that's the only way to get in touch with any given location. I called to get the manager's name of who I spoke with and they told me his name is Lucas. Lucas was very nice and canceled my membership; however, it would have been good PR for him to grandfather me in being I was promised when I signed up the better rate. I canceled mostly on principle, as well as that's a pretty hefty increase for the military rate. read more
