Well, I don't know if they were fired, but none of the old crew is there anymore. That's unfortunate, because they used to do an outstanding finishing job! My truck was always turned over to me in spotless condition, inside and out. The new crew is more interested in getting your vehicle done so they can pick up their tip. Quality service has become a thing of the past here. Makes sense, because it was taken over by a GM dealership owner! See, pretty much everything the Government Motor Company (GMC) touches, turns to crap! So upon close inspection of my "brand new" Toyota 4-Runner, the truck came out of the detail shop with scratches, that weren't there when it went in. Of course the manager takes no responsibility for this! Won't be back!
