Great team and quality of wash. It has improved greatly since the new management team started. It's an express wash, and your car will not be super clean if it has caked on dirt. That is not the purpose of the wash. For what i use it for, it is perfect. Also, the location is better than the competition down the street. You have multiple ways to leave at Whitewater, versus the other where you only have 1 way in and 1 way out, straight out onto 290, and have a better chance of getting into a car accident than not. I spend a lot of time on the road and accumulate quite a bit of dirt, bugs, and other detritus along the way. As I need to maintain my vehicle often, a car wash club membership is the most cost-effective means to get the job done quickly and frequently. WhiteWater is a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, it's convenient and local for me, and the automated gate for wash club members makes it quick to enter the facility. Staff is very helpful except when it comes to actually washing the vehicle. There are plenty of parking slots for completing finish work such as wiping down the vehicle and vacuuming, and there is an automated floor mat/carpet cleaner machine on site. The monthly club fee however is very reasonable and includes unlimited washes. As far as negatives go, the facility gets backed up at times and there can be a wait to get into the wash line. Inside, the line staff only do a mediocre job of pre-washing the vehicle with scrub brushes. The wash system is not touchless yet it often leaves bugs and residue on the vehicle that requires a second pass through the system. Overall, it's worth the money but it's only an adequate solution and not particularly noteworthy as car washes go. read more

If I could give this "establishment" a lesser star I would. I have been a member for over a year. On September 4th I went to have my car washed as I did every week. During the washing process I looked down and found that the trim piece on my brand new 2024 vehicle had been ripped off and bent. I immediately notified the manager, Will, and started opening up a claim. I was told by Will that I would be contacted by the general manager shortly, but it may take up to 30 days for them to make a decision about if the company would cover and take responsibility for the damage that ensued on my car during the washing process. I called my insurance company because I couldn't wait 30 days for my car to be fixed. If I waited that long, more damage would have happened leading to more money needing to be spent to get it fixed. I was able to take my car to crash champions in Hutto that Friday, September 6th to get it fixed. Due to there being a back order on the said trim piece that was damaged by the car wash, crash champions said that they wouldn't have the new trim piece in until after Halloween. I got my car back from them on September 20th. As of September 20th, 16 days after the damage had occurred on my car due to the car wash I still had yet to receive a call from the general manager of the white water car wash in manor. I tried to call the car wash on September 20th to see where we were at with their claims process. I was able to speak to Will, the manager of the store again and he said it was denied. I asked to speak to the general manager and Will said he was busy and asked what I wanted to speak to him about. I told him that I wanted to speak to the general manager in regards to the damage that was done on my car at the white water car wash in manor on September 4th. The general manager refused to speak with me, stating that he was too busy to talk to a loyal customer. I requested that he call me or email me regarding this matter today. 1 hour and 45 minutes later another manager called me, not the general manager who I had requested to speak with multiple times. I asked him why it has been 16 days and the general manager had yet to call me regarding the damage to my car. He said that they did call me, they called me today (that phone call was the first time anyone from that business had called me, only after I called them asking for an update) when I gave the manager that information, he seemed flustered and said yes ma'am this is your phone call, again only after I had called them did they finally call me. For being a member for over a year, this is not the way that a loyal customer should be treated. The general manager has refused to speak to me. I have already made a call to the corporate office and will be making a complaint with the BBB. Do not go here if you like your car. It will be damaged. And they will not pay for it. read more

This is usually a place I like to come in if I need a quick wash and to vacuum the inside of my car. Usually no issues and even got the monthly packages since I use to do Lyft and instacart. Then today some pipe broke and started covering the cars in oil! The service here is poor alongside their quality of their wash. The wash leaves streaks and never cleans lower sections nor trunk of vehicle completely leaving muddy/silt streaks over semi clean sections. They never have wraps to dry nor other "complimentary items" they "offer". Do not recommend a membership nor giving any form of money to this business. read more

Quick, easy to get in and out, and a really great wash. Staff are there to scrub your windows as you enter, ensuring a thorough cleaning, and my wheels have never looked so good. There's a self-serve area for vacuuming, drying, and cleaning your mats (either wet or dry!). Staff are friendly and helpful, and there are multiple price/wash options to choose from. The monthly pass is definitely the way to go, though. My car has been notoriously filthy, but now I wash it twice a week! Only con is that I've gotten a few new scratches that could only have come from the car wash, but they aren't bad enough to keep me from coming here. After seeing only 1 star reviews I didn't bother to go here. But one weekend I saw about 40 cars here and knew if that many people were there it had to be a good place. The staff here is super friendly and the washes are affordable. It's a drive through car wash but the soap and wax they use left my truck shining for weeks. They have vacuum stations where you can clean out your vehicle, throw out any trash, etc. It's also conveniently next to Walmart gas station if you need to fill up as well. I'll definitely be going back and may even sign up for their unlimited monthly car wash. read more

I have been coming here for awhile and for the most part the attendants that wash my car in the beginning could care less. I'm ok with it since the service is convenient. The other day I came in and a new associate, Celeste, gave me incredible service!! I had some serious bug issues on the front of my car and she really got in there and helped me do some deep cleaning before the actual service started. I was super appreciative. I went to cancel the unlimited pass I had so they won't charge my card anymore and the attendant said The refund is going back to the card on file. I just realized the receipt I got says Cash instead of the last numbers of my card where the refund was supposed to go back. Anyway, they don't get paid enough she kept my refund money. Don't let them use the brush on your car it will get scratched and they hit the car every time they use it. read more
