I really like WhiteWater Express Car Wash, but there's one thing that keeps it from being great: Unlike Quick N Clean Car Wash in San Marcos, WhiteWater keeps their vacuum, mat cleaning, and air blower stations inside a gated area...so you can only use them if you pay for a wash. I get it, this location is busy and that probably helps keep wait times down. But Quick N Clean built serious customer loyalty by letting people vacuum for free, and it made you want to come back and spend money with them. That said, WhiteWater still does a lot right. The lines move fast, the wash itself is thorough, and the vacuum stations are well equipped. I especially like the compressed air tools for getting into tight spaces to blow out dust and debris. The mat cleaners here are more of a dry clean (blowing debris out rather than washing with water), but they get the job done. Overall, it's a solid, efficient car wash. I just wish they'd consider a more open access vacuum setup to let people vacuum for free. You'd lose nothing and you'd have everything to gain. Think of it as free advertising. It's a small change that could go a long way in building customer loyalty. I'll still be coming back. read more

Where previously they used to always have PLENTY of clean micro fiber towels in the bins for customers to use..lately that is no longer the case. These days, only 1 bin of clean towels for customers to use is being filled or they're passing out the clean towels to customers 2 towels at a time. I love this car wash for a lot of reasons. It's neat and clean, and the service is superior because a girl definitely needs to be guided inside. I'm one of those people who don't know how to put their tire on the track anywhere. But this, by far, is my favorite place. I call it a power wash with plenty of soap to get the grime and pollen off my car. My car is actually clean afterward; it's more like spotless. There's no residue stuck on my windows, no water spots, and no leftover dirt spots on my hood. I normally visit full-service detailing places, but since finding this place, I haven't. The vacuum cleaner is powerful enough to suck up the smallest of debris on my rugs. I'm so pleased with the quality of this car wash; it's huge and spacious for everyone. I think what I got today was just twenty dollars, and I'm so pleased! read more

We recently moved from one side of town to the other and elected to move our recurring membership closer to the new home. Our old car wash vendor used license plate readers, which never failed us. Whitewater uses stickers that never worked on my car, We always had to flag someone down and was getting road rage from people in line behind me. I finally got fed up and walked inside to cancel my membership. The gentleman who canceled it said I had good timing, as I walked in on the 27th and the monthly billing date is the 28th. We then returned to our old location, despite it being farther away; it was worth the drive. A couple of months later, I noticed Whitewater did not cancel our membership and we were still getting billed $22.99/month. I disputed the charges via Citibank, who ruled in their favor as they claimed I had nothing to support my in-person cancellation. While that's on me, and I will now always ask for a cancellation receipt, I have re-opened my disputes and provided additional evidence to support our claim. Additionally, if they were to pull up our activity detail, they will find that we've not darkened their door in months. All-in-all, this location and corporation will give you more trouble than its worth and there are plenty of other options out there. This establishment was built to automatically wash cars, on Parmer Lane. When you enter, there are 3 gates which control the queue of traffic into the car wash. The leftmost one is for paying members. The middle and right one are for bozos like you and me who don't have memberships. What's awkward about the entrance is it's proximity to the road. On very busy days, you can expect a slight traffic jam at that entrance. When selecting your wash, usually there is an attendant who'll help you pay and select the particular wash type you'd like. Once you're through the gate, it's possible you might have a small issue with appropriately aligning your vehicle to the track, especially if you entered from the right-most gate and your vehicle has a large turning radius. Once you're out of the wash, make a tight turn to the right. You'll notice there is quite a bit of rubber on the curve near the exit---it is a small space to maneuver. From there, you can proceed to the covered area to use the vaccuums for your interior and microfiber towels to dry your exterior. Most of the time when I grab available towels, they are mostly still damp. An attendant told me they have a washer, so I suppose the towels get washed after use and before they are put out again. In the global ranking of car washes, there definitely exist better car washes (in terms of service and services provided), but as a simple drive through wash, it gets the job done. read more

Drive thru car wash with self service vacuums. It was okay, not the cheapest and not the highest quality. I went after work during the week. Car wash was fine, no complaints. The vacuum suction was disappointing and only had one type of nozzle. There was a pressurized air blower for each stall. Trash cans weren't full. They were out of hand towels but if you talked to the employee he would get you some. read more

AWFUL! Ive been getting charge wrong, and been trying to talk to someone to get some basic info on what is going on and NOTHING! Emails and calls and no one gets back to me. SO GIVE SOMEONE ELSE YOUR MONEY! It is impossible to talk to someone. I really hate that I have to write this (I usually only post positive reviews) - the car wash itself is great with amazing employees, so the ones working hard are great - but corporate... NO NO NO, extremely frustrating. :/ like just treat us like decent people, real people, if we are willing to spend money and a membership in a world that you have to pick and chose where your money goes.... Don't force us to sit on the phone on a loop of AI while you can HEAR people in the background.. It really was almost disrespectful. The membership is total value! There is also a location in manor in 290 going to Elgin. The services include a wash and vacuums and carpet cleaning. If you switch vehicles, they will make it very easy for you to change the vehicle tag. read more

Well this was a nice surprise! It was efficient, clean, and pretty full service for a self service-ish car wash. Love that they supply towels, vacuum, and air. Cost is to be expected. Certainly may see value in the membership pricing. read more
