As far as automatic car washes go, this one is above average. It gets my pickup cleaner than others I've used, but still misses areas. I've read reviews for those who have had bad experiences and I can see where there might be concerns about safety. I noticed that each time I enter the attendants try to get me close to the vehicle in front of me, also they spray the windshield, then expect me to be able to see their hand signals. At least this time, they waited until I was lined up with the track before spraying the windshield. Still, as I am a member, I will continue to get my truck washes here and hope I never experience a serious incident. read more

The only issue I have and to me it's a serious one is the put no room between cars, they run them on top of each other . Problem with that is at the end of the dryer today's cars make you hit your brake to get back in drive and on multiple occasions the car behind me is within inches of hitting me. I went to this new carwash to try out as they were doing promotion for their businesses. I am in the middle of wash and something happens and shut down. I get rear ended in the wash. Worker gets it going again and when I get to end has me pull over where they vacuum and he took pics of my damage. He tells me some one will call me the following Mon or Tues. I leave messages all week with no call back. Finally I get a hold of someone and they tell me they watch video of cars in wash and there equipment is working properly. If it was I would not be posting on her. They denied my claim. I have 1800.00 worth or damage. read more

I wish there was an option to give these scumbags zero stars. My vehicle was crashed into from the back twice when I went through their wash in Shawnee. I completed a claim with them, which was unbelievably denied where they blamed the situation on a vehicle two cars in front of me. They pile the cars super close together and have no failsafe in place to prevent accidents like these from happening, then they take no responsibility. Their reps are horrible - completely rude and dismissive when communicating their BS decision. They're the absolute worst and should be avoided at all costs! read more

Buyer beware - they will break your car Took my car through here thinking I had just found a convenient and professional car wash. Unfortunately, their machines broke one of my windshield wipers clean off my car (they were never triggered by me or the wet windshield). The employees were apathetic to my car's damage, and had me fill out an extensive form in order to make a claim for them to pay for it. I received an email a couple days later explaining they wouldn't help and that they had to responsibility for the actions of their machines. Save your money and go elsewhere, don't wait for them to do the right thing. read more

This place is ridiculous. Two cars in front of us and it took us 15 minutes to even get into the car wash bay. We watched an attendant spray a muddy truck down for 14 minutes while they stopped the entire system and cars piled up behind us. We paid $25 for a sub par wash and a sub par experience. We've decided to keep our membership at GO car wash for $30 a month and drive thru the exact same system by a different name as many times as needed per month. read more

They are more concerned with getting you through quickly than taking care of their customers. My vehicle (which I am proud of and keep in great condition) was damaged in the wash. They had it on video, and admitted that there was no evidence of prior damage and that they would take care of the repairs, which I was happy with. Cooperation stopped after that and they have been totally unreasonable. They also damaged my neighbors brand new Tesla. Be very cautious with your rims as they don't do a good job lining you up also. Sadly - can't recommend them at all and buyer beware! Cancelling my membership. read more

Club Carwash is AWESOME! So glad they are in the neighborhood. We took our brand new Denali through this amazing Carwash last week. They were having a donate $5 get the MVP $25 wash. At that time I noticed they were offering a special 3 months for $30!! You read me right...just $30 for 3 months! It gets better bc that includes the $25 mvp wash every time you go through! The best thing of all was I was greeted by the SWEETEST attendant by the name of Tessa!! She was so helpful and explained everything to me. She was so helpful and I appreciated her so much!! Bc of her and the great Club Carwash, I spent the next 2 hours getting my 4 (yes 4) kids and their cars and we went back to club Carwash! We purchased the special and now my kids can keep their cars clean! Loved Tessa!! Thank you for all of your knowledge! LOVE CLUB CARWASH AND ITS STATE OF THE ART WASH AND VACUUM AREAS! The vacuum has a tiny wand that fits between the seats and gets the tiny crumbs. No other has this! The special is AMAZING! What a great opportunity for students who can't really afford to do a membership on a regular basis. At this price..that is a DEAL! So I am moving to Scottsdale! My kids are staying here. This is only my second time to be at this club car wash, but both times they have no towels out I've totally cleaned my whole car vacuumed it and still nobody has brought any towels out, that's kind of ridiculous that's what you're paying for. I won't be renewing my monthly subscription to this place. I can go to tidal wave or go car wash where they can at least keep their towels filled. read more

I mean it's a standard car wash that misses the rocker panel if you have an SUV. If your car gets damaged they will make you file a claim and then they won't cover anything. They ran me into the back of someone's trailer hitch and then had the nerve to tell me I was in drive. Brought it up to the manager and then he proceeds to brag about how he's the manager at 17... I did not ask nor do I care. I would definitely NOT recommend. read more
