I just found out that the lady was *Ashley A* the Yoga Instructors girlfriend. Not a very good look for both the company and the instructor. On multiple occasions her gf which i now know who she was, would have a sour tone/attitude whenever I would be the last one to leave. *P.S* I AM always the last one to arrive and to leave. I like to take my time and never rush, especially after a yoga sesh when i feel so relaxed. And the other yoga instructors can confirm this about me. And on this day I wasn't the last one, there was about 5 members there that left bamboozled and shocked at the disrespect that they had witnessed. Besides that, Lisa, Natalie, Maricel are All VERY GOOD instructors. And I am thankful to have learned from them. I can say the same about Ashley, but that incident and her not being a professional and letting a member of Urbancore get blatantly disrespected is a very bad look. Keep your personal life situations outside of the workplace !!!

The instructor was really good at pointing out areas of improvement during the class and guiding everyone in the room (about 10 of us, all women that morning). There was more dance style technique than I expected, however the slow focused movements really helped to target specific muscles which was great.
