Fun but challenging! I used to do Pilates but now I prefer Lagree. It's an effective workout that targets all muscle groups by pushing you to your limits. Staff is very welcoming and the studio is clean. I recommend it for everyone but the first few classes might be difficult for beginners. This place is no joke! I've done many forms of workouts and LVL is by far the most challenging, and it's so addicting! I just want to get better at it every time I go. This is NOT Pilates!! I repeat, NOT Pilates! Definitely more challenging and the instructors are right there ensuring you are following the proper form to get everything out of the workout. Everyone I have taken with has been amazing and patient (especially on my first time). I'm so glad I tried it out even though I left my Pilates studio, this was exactly the challenge I was looking for. I have mixed opinions on LVL fitness. I took my first class with Brittany and have nothing but amazing things to say about her and the way she instructs. The atmosphere with other instructors/classes was not as positive or as welcoming as I had experienced initially with Brittany. I think it's hard to want to come back here when it doesn't feel as welcoming for new members/beginners compared to other studios! :) read more

Let me first start by saying I HATE exercise. It's one of those things that I know that I have to do, but really REALLY don't like it... A friend of mine convinced me to go to LVL for a class about a year ago. Reluctantly, I agreed to go thinking it would be a one and done kind of thing but OH MY GOSH. It was like nothing that I had ever done before! It only took one visit and I knew that it was something that would be a permanent part of my fitness routine from then on. It is no impact so it's easy on my joints, super challenging, and that calorie burn! The instructors are so fun, friendly, and super helpful. This is an incredible workout for your entire body. It as been a great supplement to running and has given me strength and definition. Each class is unique - but they are all challenging. You can modify as needed and it is fun to feel yourself improving and getting stronger. The teachers are high energy and take the time to make sure your form is correct. They go to great lengths to make sure the gym is clean and sanitized after every session. LVL studio and all the instructors are incredible but the best part is the results you get! I have tried all the workout "trends" so to speak and this has been the only workout that has produced incredible results and I finally saw definition in my core area. What an AWESOME workout! Different than anything I have ever done in my many years of working out in gyms. I had a great workout at the new LVL Fitness in town! This was a totally new workout for me and I've never done anything like it. I was a little nervous going into it but both instructors were really great at explaining the megaformer machine as well as the moves we were going to do. Since I am also starting from scratch at working out again they also provided modifications, which were great. I attended a lunch express 25 minute class, but regular classes are 45 minutes long. I'll work up to those eventually. I was shaky and sweaty at the end. The workout I did was leg focused and I was feeling it. I did appreciate that working out on the megaformer is very low impact. Initially, I noticed other classmates right away wearing socks prior to class. I did not bring socks, but they had some for sale with the little grippies on them. I have another class booked and am hoping to integrate this into my workout schedule a couple times a month. Once again I applaud Wendy and Kristi for making me feel comfortable during the class. This is a workout like no other! the classes I go to are 45 minutes this is the longest session they have but feels like just 20! they have lunch express classes that are 25 minutes long for those who cant come in early or later which I heard those are just as awesome as the 45 minute classes. Challenging moves that strengthen your entire body, always able to modify if needed or want I still modify! Each person gets there own mega former machine so you are distanced from being too close to another person. If your looking for that workout that keeps you motivated all year long, want to tight and tone while having so much fun with energetic music and amazing instructors this one is for you! I never thought I would love a workout so much! I am addicted and this is a great addiction to have. LVL keeps things interesting, exciting and fun, I feel like just when you think you have it down a twist is thrown in to really get that shake or burn to transform your body which is great, the classes really do fly by. This studio is always clean and neat. If you are ever hesitant to try something new, like I was afraid of messing up or doing the move wrong or others watching me, get that out of your head now because every one is so focused and busy there is no time or room for that, everyone is helpful and understanding. love love my LVL, Ive been going consistantly for a couple months now and can see lifting, toning, and strengthening happening, this is just the begining for me, this place is keeping me motivated.
