My daughter and I came her last weekend for pedicures. I chose this place based on reviews and its near home. We were able to walk in and get our services right away. The massages chairs were nice. They gave us each a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. My daughter really liked that and mentioned it more than once. Mimi did my pedi and I think Denise (the owner did my daughters). Both ladies did a great job! The basic pedi includes hot rocks which we both love. The nail polish selection is huge as is the powders for dips. The prices are very reasonable and appreciated in a time where everything is shockingly expensive. We will be back! read more

This is the third time I have been here with my daughter and I am so impressed with the gentle affordable service. There are many nail spas in my neighborhood but It is worth driving 15 minutes to get here. I forgot my nail polish last time and the owner remembered and gave it back to me. That's integrity on top of great service. It is not difficult to get appointments either - just call! Highly recommend. read more

I came to this location looking for an affordable nail salon with my best friend, and their prices are so reasonable!! Everyone is so lovely. It was an enjoyable, welcoming experience. I talked to a few people and enjoyed my time there, and we left, satisfied we would be coming back. It's a far drive, but it's worth it. We were helped right as we walked in. read more

We called ahead and made an appointment for this afternoon, the staff was super nice and are really good at what they do. My daughter got a mani/pedi and I got a full set. The staff made sure we were happy and checked in often which I love because sometimes there is something a little off or something you might want them to adjust and you're afraid to say but our nail techs were both so easy to talk to and we got exactly what we came for! Denise is AMAZING!!! I have very thin nails and decided, because one was starting to break, I'd get a dip done. I was nervous to do this as every place I've gone to for the last 25 years has destroyed my natural nails when they remove the dip/acrylic OR it's chipped within a week and then I have fungus issues because it's no longer sealing. Denise reassured me that if they chipped to come on and get it repaired. She fit me in as a walk in (although I do recommend making an appointment to make it easier on their staff) and expertly applied the dip powder to my nails. When using the drill, her touch was extremely light and she was careful to only rough up the top layer and not take off much nail. I did have one nail randomly chip the next day and I called and she was happy to have me come in and get it fixed at no extra cost. Denise was efficient and when removing the acrylic on that nail she only took off the acrylic leaving the integrity of my nail in good standing. I know I can trust Club Nails yo keep my nails looking pristine and beautiful year round and HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Denise for doing such an amazing read more

My wife and I had tried many over the years and are so grateful to have found this family owned salon. We are always greeted with a smile and have never had such a good experience, time and time again. My only fear in writing a positive Yelp is that I might not be able to get in as easily in the future. My wife loves the attention to Detail and a very large choice of colors. read more

I've been seeing Jay for over a year now. He's sweet, does amazing work and the spa is relaxing and fun! I saw Jay through COVID when he was allowed to be open and it's always clean and safe. Found this place on Yelp and booked a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. They were able to take me at the last minute. Denise, who appears to be the manager, did my manicure and she was professional, skilled and attentive. She had another staff member do my pedicure and she was equally great. The quality of both the mani and pedi are top notch and the service was excellent. Highly recommend and I will be back! read more

Trust and believe that this is the best nail salon in all of Arizona! I have spent over 2 years searching for a good nail salon and AT LAST I have found one! The customer service is amazing and everyone is so sweet and caring. They spend time and detail on your nails and they actually truly care so much about making sure your nails are exactly how you want them and that you leave happy. Jay and Denise and like family! I started going here before the pandemic and they quickly got to know my sisters and mom. They care about you and make the connection. They always do 10/10 work and if you're not happy they will fix anything. I've never had any problems with making appointments or with my nails. They are getting busy and becoming more popular!! They always have good colors and cute designs. They clean everything so well! You will see them clean up after each appointment! read more

1st time today here. Nice pedicure and manicure. Tracy hooked up my eyebrows. Very friendly. Update: on 10/13 mu daughter and I went for pedi's and the service wasnt good. Both techs were not friendly and one was actually rude towards my 15 yr old daughter! Will not be returning . This visit was completely different from my first initial visit. read more

I would only recommend if you're getting a simple pedicure or manicure. Want something "stylish"? Go somewhere else. Even after fixing my nails they were crooked, misshapen , paint too thin and bumpy. read more

This place is SO cheap - so if you're looking for inexpensive, go here! I think it was $42 for a mani w/ gel and pedi. My friend and I were blown away at the cost, which tempts us to return... but we wont'. We didn't make an appointment, but they were eager to get us into a chair. We sat with our feet in the water for a good 20 minutes before anyone was available to start with us. Not too big of a deal, but by then the water was cold and their massage chairs are NOT good. Very old... I don't like the gel/shellac polish they use. It chipped and didn't look good after about a week/week and a half (typically I can wear mine for 3-4 weeks without a chip). My friend's color was completely see through. Our toes both turned out OK, but again they chipped completely off some of my toes by the end of week 2. I think their product is outdated - they need to upgrade! Overall, if you need a cheap mani/pedi and don't need it to last more than a week - go here. read more

I decided to give this place a try after the very long "stay at home" order. My gel pretty much grew out except for the big toes. I ordered the classic pedicure for $25 and they didn't charge me for removing the gel. So I was happy with that, plus they're super polite and friendly. The place is very clean, air circulation is good too. I made an appointment and they're pretty on time unlike the place I used to go to. Definitely going back!! read more

I'm only giving 1 star because zero isn't an option! I went in for a pedicure and the lady tried to use a towel that she set on the floor. I asked for a new one cause that is not clean now that it was on the floor. She argued with me and then threw the towel across the room. It was not handled professionally at all. If they think towels off the floor are clean, then what else are they not cleaning? Just gross and unprofessional. read more

First time here because the other place I use to frequent put me with a new nail tech that was rude; she ruined it for me. I had Tracy [I believe was her name] provide the pedicure service. She was nice and friendly but a little rough on scrubbing my feet; I made it known and she quickly adjusted her pressure. The foot and calf massage was not a massage but the hot stone all over my feet and calves was relaxing. I wasn't impressed but I wasn't too disappointed. Mind you, I go the Hot Stone pedicure, so I guess that was the main focus of the service; guess I was expecting more of a massage like other places. I think I'll be back to give it a second shot :) Wasn't terrible where I wouldn't consider going back; it's close to home so that's a huge plus! read more

I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and provides better training and customer service when mistakes occur.

Been twice & disappointed both times…read more My first visit, I got a French tip gel manicure over my natural nails. French tip turned ok, some were filed crooked to one side, and the painted tip was crooked as well, but not the worst. I could see the nail grow out from underneath the clear pink polish because the tips were painted to far down almost immediately. Within a couple weeks, the gel polish started chipping off and my nails would crack close to the nail bed. It would snag my hair in the shower and the cracks would hurt so I had to clip my nails down super short to where there wasn't a free edge anymore (stubs). I had to start picking off the lifted parts of the gel polish so it wouldn't snag things and eventually just took off all of the polish by hand. My real nails underneath the polish suffered greatly. I gave them a few weeks off, kept them short and natural. (Also received a pedicure this visit, which seemed okay but they started to chip as well and were slightly crooked too, but not as bad) My second visit, (different tech) because I had my short natural nails (stubs), I got acrylics for a little length with French tip gel polish. Not only do they not look like the simple French tip design photo I showed, you can see the nail tip growing out from the nail bed underneath because the tips are painted on too far down towards the end of my nails. I tried to say something about having that fixed but then he would've had to completely redo the polish and some of the clear acrylic because it wasn't noticeable until painting the clear topcoat. I just don't have the time nor can my nails withstand being drilled down again. It should have been done correctly the first time. Some of the painted tips have more of an arch on one side than the other, and the white line is messy on a lot of them. You can also see the dust that was left on and painted over underneath the gel polish. I did not get to pick out the pink/clear acrylic that went underneath the polish. My cuticles were drilled over and are extra sensitive on some fingers. I did not receive any nail soaking to push my cuticles back or an arm massage this time. I'm heavily disappointed because I've paid about $75 each time plus a 20% tip on top of driving 30 minutes one way. I've had to wait weeks in between having my nails done. They were heavily damaged from the first set cracking and lifting, requiring a lot of downtime to recover despite being a healthy length prior and almost never breaking. Im familiar with proper nail care. Normally mine are in great shape, all I do is maintain a reasonable length, use gel polish, and can go up to 4 weeks between (but usually aim for 3). But they have been pretty annihilated after these two visits, weeks apart. I don't feel confident in returning and feel both visits were a waste of time and money.

Kali came to get me and brought me to the bed I would be laying on for the duration of my appointment. The nail salon is separated from the room with the massage beds. Each bed is separated with a curtain to provide you with privacy as you change into a wrap. I would highly suggest wearing clothing that's easy to remove so you can get settled in faster. I wore a short dress so changing took me no time at all. Kali went straight to work by putting plastic bags over my feet, then wrapping my legs in the inflatable leg massagers. The pressure would build up then release for a relaxing massage on my lower limbs. She then started with my facial and eventually on my hair. I don't know what she was using, but the tools she used on my face felt AMAZING!!! She also put on this eye mask thingy that felt so cool and calming. I was in lalaland!! I took a nice long nap as she massaged my face, scalp, arms, hands and décolletté. When I tell you I was on Cloud 9, please believe me!!! The Deluxe Head Spa is worth its weight in gold. Luckily for me, I got it at a great price, too. Thanks to their Instagram post, they are currently offering 20% off their regular prices so I paid $116 instead of the regular $145. What a steal!! After my service, I was offered water, soda, or lemonade. I chose lemonade but unfortunately, they ran out so I just had some cold water. Kali asked if I wanted her to blow dry my hair, but I opted not to since I was going home right after I was done. Besides, my hair is NOT the business if it isn't straightened or curled after drying! Trust me!! Lol I was totally impressed and felt like a new woman when I walked out. Other than the fact that they ran out of lemonade and that my hair was damp when I left, I'm still giving this place 5 stars because it was such a relaxing experience! While I walked in with no appointment I was able to check myself in on their kiosk and get sat in a massaging pedicure chair within 5 minutes. My nail tech Billy came over and helped me for the next 5-8 minutes confirming heat was okay, which pedicure I wanted from their menu, the color of my choice and topped. Once this process finished a drink menu was sent my way. My Pinot Grigio ordered and headphones in, the next 50 minutes spent in heaven.
