Before finding this place getting my nails done was so stressful because I had to constantly monitor the quality of any place I went, and keep an eye on what they were doing. I've never gotten so many compliments in my life. And not only was the design good, but when I was too lazy to go back to get my nails redone for a full month, they lasted without issue. All the other place I've tried in AZ, before finding this place, the nails are coming apart after a week or two. These looked brand new (minus grow out) for a full month. Mine was fabulous but I could tell by looking at my husband's face his wasn't up to par. I asked him later about it, he said he barely got the leg massage, it was so light he couldn't feel anything. His whole thing lasted a total of 15 minutes. If you look on their website it says 35 minutes. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

I asked if I could get an ombré on my nails and that I would like them done first before my pedi (I like to get them out of the way so I can relax and enjoy the pedi and massage chair). I had a vision of what I wanted in my head and how I wanted it done. My nail tech, Thi, was more then willing to do them how I "thought" I wanted it but gave me her suggestion as well. I was thinking I wanted to cut my natural nails and put tips on but she suggested to keep my natural nail as they were long and in good condition. I was hesitant at first but decided to go with it. The whole time I was in her chair she was friendly and really seemed to know what she was doing. Not only was she professional but she was meticulous and made sure each nail was perfect. Needless to say, they came out AMAZING, better then I imagined!!!!! Thank you, Thi, for being fantastic!!!! I will be coming to you from now on! The pedicure was just as great! First, I was impressed with the pedicure options and the services that were included in each one. And...I was shocked at the prices! Very reasonable!! My tech Ryan did a great job!!! I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and provides better training and customer service when mistakes occur.

As a walk in, I waited about 15 minutes at the front desk just to get an answer on whether they could fit me in. It felt like there should have been a quicker way to determine availability. I was also surprised by the $2 sanitation fee. It's not the amount that bothers me it's the principle. Maintaining clean, sanitized tools and equipment should be a standard part of doing business, not an extra charge passed on to customers. To me, that's simply part of the service I'm already paying for. The quality of the pedicure was great, but the wait and additional fee left me with mixed feelings about the experience. I don't believe I will be back.

I looked in the mirror and noticed my lashes were so thick and my right side was fuller than the left. I told her my lashes weren't this full. She offered to remove some. I told her I will just wait for them to fall off. I asked her do I pay up front or with you. Again, this was my first time there. She told me to pay upfront. Worse customer service. Beyond disappointed. This place should remove spa from their name. There is absolutely no spa vibe there. I can't speak for the rest of the services but if you need lashes, avoid this place!

The basic pedicure comes with a sugar scrub, lotion massage and of course the basic heel scrub, nail cut, and cuticle care. While the staff was friendly, I felt that the service didn't quite meet the standard I'm used to. My "massage" felt more like she was just rubbing the lotion on me, my nails were not cut down enough (which is my fault I could've told her to go shorter), and I also felt like she didn't even try not one bit for my heel scrub. Also, usually my polish lasts for a good 3 weeks, sometimes even a month but I felt like I needed a touch up by week 1.5. Overall, I appreciate the effort and friendliness, and I think with a little more attention to detail, the experience could be even better.

I had an absolutely atrocious experience at this nail salon, and I feel compelled to share my story to save others from the unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright appalling behavior of the staff, particularly the male manager. I had called in advance to schedule an appointment and specifically requested two nail art technicians, Cindy and Jennifer, whose work I knew and trusted. However, when I arrived, the manager made it seem like I was the one inconveniencing him. He had the audacity to blame me for not fitting into his schedule and then had the nerve to suggest other technicians without my consent and we falsely promised "I'd be taken care of." Things took a nosedive from there. As I waited to be called, the male manager addressed me with a condescending and inappropriate term "baby". When I confronted him about his disrespectful language, he tried to play it off as if he hadn't said anything offensive. This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable! To make matters worse, the manager disregarded my initial request and assigned me to a technician named Tim, who was not even one of the professionals I had asked for. Tim's lack of skill was evident from the moment he started working on my nails. He was rough, rude, over-filed, and drilled my nails to the point where they bled. It was a painful and traumatic experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Before leaving, I confronted the manager and told him that if he wants to run a successful business, he should start by respecting his customers and taking responsibility for his actions. I left the salon in utter disbelief at the utter lack of professionalism and customer service. Ladies, please take my advice and stay far away from this salon. Save yourself the agony and frustration of dealing with this management and staff. There are plenty of other establishments that value and respect their customers. This salon is a disgrace, and I will never, under any circumstances, return. Spare yourself the nightmare, and find a salon where your patronage is appreciated and your nails are treated with care. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for pedicures and SNS nails for over a year. I changed to this salon because the employees and management always create a fantastic atmosphere. One can see that all are happy to be there, getting along well with each other and the customers. We have humorous, pleasant conversations. They have been very accommodating when I have had last minute schedule changes. I look forward to being with them every 3-4 weeks. Today there was a disruption. A customer shouted about being called a liar, disturbing the relaxing place for the rest of us. I could hear the management trying to explain that no specific technicians had been requested. Apparently the customer wrongly interpreted this as being called a liar. I am concerned that she is permitted to post a libelous statement regarding the management's language. As a docotally prepared professional and a minister's wife, I wish to affirm that no such language was used by the management or employees of this salon. The customer was verbally abusive, but those in the salon remained professional as always. The staff and management are always kind and considerate. I wish I could give them ten instead of five stars. read more

Words cannot describe how much I LOVE my nails! I was a little worried about if the idea I had in mind (picture below) would be able to be executed, and I decided to give Cindy's a try after seeing really good reviews and designs. After I showed one of the nail techs the designs, she made sure I was transferred to another tech who could be able to do it, which I really appreciated! Chloe did my nails, and she is absolutely incredible! Super sweet and takes her time to make you feel leaving satisfied. I've never had a tech pay so much attention to detail and do the most like that which made me really appreciate them even more. My phone even died halfway through when she was doing my design, and was really patient about it and free designed the rest! I also got a pedicure done, however I didn't catch the name of the woman who did it. But that was also hands down one of the most genuine pedicures I've gotten, the time and treatment they give to make you feel cared for is great. I've been looking for a good salon for such a long time, and I think I've found it! I would 100% recommend this place. read more

I almost don't want to share this little gem of a secret (for fear of them getting toooooo busy to accommodate fitting me in)... But Tim is BY FAR the best nail tech I have ever encountered. I've been having my nails done regularly for over 30 years & have never had anyone use the technique he does for white & pink acrylic. I absolutely LOVE it!!! I am super busy & am VERY hard on nails, but have had ZERO lifting or breaking since going to Tim (4 times total so far). He is extremely meticulous & does a beautiful job! He & everyone at Cindy's nail salon are VERY kind & attentive. They always offer bottled water, and are very concious about making sure you are comfortable. They definitely go above & beyond in their service. This kind of customer care is becoming a rarity these days, so I am more than happy to recommend this business to anyone looking for quality, affordable, top notch nail services. My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner. read more

Cindy has been my service provider for nails/pedicure/waxing/facials for almost 9 years. It started back in April 2005 when we were living in Scottsdale while our home was being built in Trilogy and continues to this day at her very own nail salon - CINDY'S NAILS. In other words, I followed her. My experience with the service provided by Cindy is beyond expectation and relaxing. All my friends comment on how nice my nails are after each visit with Cindy. She would always suggest what is best for you, one of the reasons I seek her. They are always accommodating with schedule. Their shop is clean and nicely taken care of. Everyone is pleasant. OVERALL RATING - GREAT PLACE to go. I highly recommend them. It will be worth your time and money. Note: The only reason I went to Queen Creek Nails (Cindy's previous location) was because of Cindy, otherwise I would have left years ago due to the numerous change in ownership/management. read more

Cindy's Nail and Spa is by far the best salon in the East Valley! They always deliver 5 star service at affordable prices. Their new salon is stunning! So modern and sleek. Extremely clean and very relaxing. The staff are always upbeat and happy! The management will not settle for anything less than every customer leaving with a positive experience and 100% satisfied. Best nail salon I have ever been to! The employees talk to you and they are always asking you if you are comfortable or need a bottle of water. I have been going here for 3 years and I have never had a bad experience. All the technicians are good at what they do and they are very accommodating if your toes are not the average run-of-the-mill kind. My friend has overlapping toes and she is very self-conscious of them. I brought her to Cindy's and they didn't bat an eye at her. They told her it was no problem and she walked out with beautifully painted nails and a confidence boost. Wonderful people and wonderful service. read more

I just love love this Nail Salon !!!!! The best place around HANDS DOWN !!! All the workers and the salon Owners are so helpful and caring ! They always do exactly what I always ask for ! I have been going here since Cindy and Allen have taken over and when I try other places I'm always sadly disappointed. In the beginning no one knew about my "secret" place, but now it's always packed when I try to get in. It's important to make an appointment or call ahead to what the wait time is. My favorite technicians are: Cindy, Michael, Tim, Megan, Chloe, and John. Keep in mind everyone's nails are different, but my gel manicures usually last 2-3 weeks and toes 3 weeks. This is my favorite nail salon to go to, every time I go I have an amazing time, and the staff is always friendly. Cindy did my nails today and almost always does, and she does a fantastic job! My nails look absolutely amazing and the point is super stabby! The acrylic always last a while unless its my own user error, and still then they are really hard to break. I really like this place. They are very friendly even when I have to bring my kids! Cindy does a great job with eyebrows. Even when busy she will slow down to take her time and do your eyebrows perfect. Talked me into trying the Henna on them and I am hooked! She is shy and quite so some people could mistake her as rude and not friendly but she is all but that! There are not enough stars to give for this spa! I have been to many different places and I didn't feel like home at any of them. I always tell friends, coworkers, and my customers at work to try Cindy's next time they need mani and/or pedi. I've never had an issue getting my nails done here, and even when I'm unsure of my new color or design, Cindy always has great suggestions. I just love coming here for a pedicure. The atmosphere is lively and there are lots of smiles. There are all ages groups and families enjoying a relaxing experience together. If you are a regular, you are greeted name when you arrive. Alan keeps the place hopping with his positivity and jokes. I have been to Cindy's a few times and each time was a treat. The service has been great and the quality too! Today's pedi was so outstanding I had to YELP about it. This is one of the best I have ever had. Alan did my pedi and it was exceptional. Cindy did the design on my toes and it was OUTSTANDING. I just went here for the first time today and I don't know how anyone could say anything bad!! Their customer service is incredible and my nails look amazing!!!! Great prices and Great massages too! Omigoodness! I have been to 4 different nail salons in the last 3 months - desperate to find nail techs that were awesome! This is the place to go if you live in QC or South Gilbert!! Nancy fixed my terrible nails done by another salon (which the gel was way too thick and chipped within days). She ended up doing a fabulous job and I'm so happy!! I will always come back to Cindy's! They treat me so well and always make sure I am satisfied with the results. Megan is my favorite nail tech and i've been going to her for probably more than a year. She is so sweet and makes my nails look AMAZING every single time! This is the best bail salon I have ever been to. I have Been coming here for now a couple years. The service has never changed and is great. Tim does my nails and he always makes them beautiful. Cindy also dies them when Tim is on vacation and I have never had a bad experience. I been in the Valley for 10 years and just sorry it took me so long to find this group of great people! read more

I've been avoiding nail salons lately because I've had bad experiences in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. The massage chair worked perfectly, and the massage on my legs and feet was exactly what I needed. I usually do a backfill of acrylic on my nails, but I'm over that and wanted something less maintenance-intensive. So, I decided to transition to natural nails by going with a gel overlay and a gel polish. I'm happy with the results. The nails are shaped well, and I like the overall look. The pricing for the gel overlay was a bit high, it's not like it's a full set of acrylics but the price was as if it was. I'm not thrilled about that, but everything else went great.

Before gel, I hated paying this much money and having dinged up nails. Pros: Today, my technician smiled and didn't talk to the next person who was helping my daughter. She didn't speak much English but she asked for help when I asked for the hot towels to be removed from my legs because they were cold. She removed a ton of dead skin from my heals, gave a firm massage and my gel nails look great! Cons: We did sit on the chair for about 40 minutes waiting for our pedicures. They could have called and said they were running late. We enjoyed soaking our feet, chatting and getting a massage from the chair. Facts: we had a deluxe pedicure for $45 which included an 8 minute massage, paraffin wax, exfoliating massage, callus removal and polish. The gel was $12 extra. They want tips in cash. I would go again and I don't say that lightly. Try it out!

Some nails are round, others are square, some are bigger than others, and the gaps are still there. Overall, very poor quality work and disappointing service. I would not return or recommend this salon to anyone.

I was seated about 15 minutes later and waited with my feet in the water for another 10 which is just fine. The lady who did my pedicure was probably the roughest I've ever experienced! She cut my cuticles to the point I thought I would bleed and I lost layers of skin when she was rubbing them with salt. She cut them jagged and didn't use callus removal serum/lotion, just a cheese grater. The polish job wasn't great either. I waited a bit and ended up putting my own sandals back on. The owners seemed nice/funny, but Iost definitely won't be back!

I wear my nails all natural and was looking to get them buffed up in preparation for my engagement…read more If you're getting acrylics this place is probably great, but despite bringing a reference photo and coming with my nails long so that they could be shaped into anything, the technician essentially butchered my nails -- fingers and toes. She didn't buff the ridges off like I asked her to multiple times and her idea of shaping was literally just cutting off the entirety of the whites on my toenails. For my fingernails, she chopped almost all of the whites off claiming she was "making them even" then cut the sides into a truncated coffin shape (coffin only looks good on long nails, and my reference photo was not a coffin shape!). She left them Jagged and Uneven, even after I asked multiple times for them to be filed down or corrected because of how insanely sharp they were. I work with children and nails that sharp could cause injuries. I could have done a way better job at home and should have saved myself the money, but I was really hoping they'd be able to do something extra perfect for my big day. Instead, my nails look like I asked an 11-year-old to just chop real quick -- anything but professional. Also: Fragments of the edges of my toenails that didn't cut cleanly were left shoved under the left and right edges of my nail bed after she tried to cut up the sides and I told her not to because that's one of the fastest ways to cause in-grown nails! Basic stuff any professional should know. I'm deeply disappointed. TL;DR: The technician I had was friendly but not professional at all. Don't come here if you want them to shape your real, human fingernails without adding acrylics or anything like that -- they'll chop them like you chop your preschooler's nails when you're rushing out the door to daycare. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience.
