The vibes were relaxed and welcoming :) I called in about 20 minutes prior for 2 pedis and a mani (for two) and they said they would be able to get us started right away. We got there at 330, we waited maybe 5ish minutes and they got us in chairs and started. My mom got the #3 pedicure and I got the #2. Nails turned out nice, my mom liked that they soaked her finger nails before the manicure (cause the place we normally go to don't for the plain manicure) she was very satisfied with the experience!!! (She gets her nails done more often then I do) My only complaint/area of improvement is they do longer massages for the pedicure- most places do 8 minutes for all the pedicures, this place only did 4 minutes for Basic, 6 minutes for #2, and 10minutes for the #3... otherwise, overall very satisfied!!! read more

Came here for the first time yesterday with my girl friend! We both got manis and she got a pedi. Staff was super pleasant, the spa is big and well lit and super comfortable. Since my post got deleted: I absolutely loved my nail tech, but it's only been five days and four of my nails have completely fallen off. I was able to go out of my way and buy nail glue to stick them back on because I have to go out of state tomorrow. I have pictures below some. I could not get off because of the nail glue I put on which you can also see looks like shit. I paid $82 days ago and I'm not happy at all. I called and there was nobody I could talk to apparently . I also found it weird that the salon had me pay them in Zelle, which I have never done before. I just got off the phone with them as I was crying my eyes out because I'm not having the best day and I don't even live close to this place. I just happen to come on accident to this location and the lady on the phone told me that she cannot give me a refund on my money that I can only come in in person because they don't do refunds on fills. Well, I live 35 minutes away. I am just completely blown away at the fact that they have proof, spoke to me on text and phone and still refuse to give me a refund because I only had a fill at their location, not a full set. I don't even want to come back in for my free fill, but I will for my girl Tracy & that's all. First time trying this salon. This was the shortest pedicure I have ever had. Pricing was confusing not sure if there was an add on charge for services usually included at other places. Female doing my pedicure had a hard time communicating. She cut my nails to the quick. They are super short. Not sure what she did but I am still in pain from her. It's painful just putting on a sock. The polish did not even cover the entire nail. I am still experiencing pain and I am worried the situation will get worse. I don't expect for anyone to talk to me the entire time while getting a pedicure, but also don't make it awkward by not talking at all, or asking me questions about how I like my service, and or if I'm liking the pressure or anything that comes with my service. The pedicure wasn't even relaxing, neither for myself or my partner. The pedicure felt forced for both of us. We didn't enjoy it at all. Even when we got the hot stones, it was a quick thing they both did and didn't even use pressure. My 7 year old could've given me a better massage. Amazing experience! My friend and I were able to get a last minute evening appointment & they were extremely accommodating. They made sure to sit us together for both our pedicures and manicures so that we could chat which was great! The environment was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. I got my nails done on Wednesday of last week, had 4 nails lifting and popping off 3 days later... I went in and got them fixed. Now A DAY LATER I had 2 more pop off and one lifting. Seriously? I pay $80+ for nails to be done AND TO LAST. I'll be going in today to get them fixed AGAIN. And I will not be going back after. Really bummed with my last visit there. I think that the tech was annoyed that I had made my appointment and requested her specifically. She did a great job once, so I requested her. I've been getting dip nails done for the last 5 years, and I know the steps involved. The tech skipped a bunch of steps, and I knew the nails would not last. 3 days later and I have 3 chipped nails. I would give zero stars if I could. I went in for dip powder, they rushed me to pick out a color and there was NO-ONE else is the store! The guy didn't even soak or remove all the previous powder I had and then he filed my nails so hard he cut open my finger and then did it again on the other hand. After the second finger cut he changed to a different file blaming the other was too new! My finger was bleeding and he didn't even try to clean it up. My daughter got gel nails at same time, her guy didn't even speak to her or ask if she wanted a color. She asked for pink French and he did white. He also cut her finger with the cuticle cutter. Extremely unsanitary do not go here! The male nail tech started my manicure by putting on old/used gloves that were clearly dirty/stained from a different manicure. When I asked him to put on a fresh pair he gave me an attitude and told me it was okay the coloring was just dip from the last person. I was appalled because latex gloves should be fresh for each client, it doesn't matter if it's "just dip powder". They used files and drill bits that were very clearly heavily used and hadn't been cleaned. He did not know how to use the drill either and nipped my skin a few times. Not to mention he belched loudly while working on my nails. Aside from uncleanly practices, they are not on the top of their game. They did not know hoe to remove my past dip and filed it down aggressively and left the removal incomplete before putting on the new color. My new dip was applied uneven and they didn't know how to shape. My nails look like blobs now. read more

Went back a second s time and the women that did my nails I asked numerous times to file them down because they were lumpy. She informers me she had been doing nails for many years and they were good. After two weeks they all popped off and my nails are all to the skin hurting and absolutely terrible.
