Our dog loves coming to club pet. We have a Weimaraner and he literally follows me outside in the morning expecting to come here. On the way he is so excited. We are pretty picky about where we take our dog but after seeing his reaction to going here after a couple trips we can't keep him away. The staff is super friendly as well if there is even the smallest nip which happened one time they called twice over the weekend to check on our dog which I thought was very responsible. read more

Earlier this year I had to board my greyhound while I took a trip out of town. I was nervous about boarding in general, as this was his first time, and decided to call Club Pet. It was a fantastic decision! They answered all my questions, and ended up being able to accommodate Grim for an extra night. They prepare the food to your dog's specifications, and separate them into play groups for the day. They knew I was nervous, and encouraged me to call and check in on him while I was away. I waited a couple days and called. When I asked how he was doing, they laughed and said he was having a great time. This was definitely true, as he didn't want to leave when I picked him up. They also gave him a bath and trimmed his nails (for a small price). The next day I received a call to let me know that they still had his jacket, and when I went to pick up they remembered who I was. Cannot recommend more! read more

While we didn't use Club Pet for boarding, upon recommendation, we did use them for grooming our golden doodle. On our dog's first visit today, we were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff. I received a call from the owner who let me know that they had stopped Sadie's grooming because they observed some unusual bruising and were concerned that she may have a blood clotting disorder. I picked her up and immediately brought her to the vet, where she was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder. Had they not made me aware of this bruising and she went untreated she would surely have died. I am endlessly thankful, our dog is truly a member of our family and it would be devastating to lose her. read more

I have never used their day care or boarding services. However, I have used their anal glad expression and nail trimming services. They are fast and do a good job. I really, really love that they take your pet in the back to do the services, so you do not need to witness or hold. It is stressful for me when I have to get their nails trimmed as they are nervous too! And my energy only makes them more fearful. So, me not having to be involved is a huge bonus. At Petco and Pet Supplies plus, they have you hold your dog. Outside of my vet, this is the only groomer that gives me that kind of piece of mind. read more

we've taken our dogs here for years and they've always done a good job grooming and caring for the dogs. I however cant say the same for there customer service. On a few occasions the staff has been extremely rude over the phone and very short with you. On my last call upon telling her that we wouldnt be able to make the appointment time that she offered she just hung up on me. I will never take my business there again read more

I can't imagine anyone giving Club Pet a negative review. We brought our dog, Spencer, there for 7 years before we moved, and board him there whenever we return to Michigan. The women who work there are uniformly competent and caring. They love Spencer and he loves them and always gets excited when we bring him there. I can't imagine them ever being rude; it must have been a very bad moment in a very bad day for someone, and unlikely to ever happen again. Club Pet is the best place we've ever boarded our dog. read more
