One of my favorite Pilates studios and my favorite club Pilates in town. I love the sculpt classes and flow 1.5 classes. Every class is different. I've been 100 times and it's always different. They also have TRX classes which are actually a very very good workout. Instructors are all good. Don't be scared of parking! They validate for the garage right behind. Sometimes mid day it's full. I have parked in 15 minute parking and been fine. Street parking is good for early morning classes. read more

I have taken 600+ classes at this studio and have studied Pilates in NYC and many other studios in Austin. For people who say it's expensive, it is much more reasonable than other studios. I love the variety of classes at all levels. It is always a good idea to start with a good foundation before leveling up, and here you can do that. As for difficulty, you can certainly get into very challenging classes when the instructors feel you are ready. I love taking classes from different instructors because something new is always a nice addition to the practice. The wide variety of times/classes means you really have no excuse not to go! I enjoyed the classes, and noticed improvement with my body toning.The facility was clean and instructors were great. However, it feels like to truly advance you would need to do more than 1 class a week. The basic package for $99 a month gets you 4 classes and to get 8 you need to pay $150. This is a significant cost for the average person which makes this club feel exclusive to those that have more money. So the bang for your buck is not there. Additionally, be aware of the 30 day cancellation policy. You must give a 30 notice to cancel. I will be returning to my local climbing gym that gives you unlimited access to the gym, fitness classes, yoga classes, and sauna for $94 dollars a month. Much more for my money. read more

I absolutely love Pilates but, unfortunately, I will be canceling my Club Pilates membership. The bang for your buck just isn't there. I had the 4-pack membership which was $99. This worked for me because I'm a member at another gym as well but after comparing the workouts, it was clear it was no longer a fit for me. For context, it's rare that I break a sweat or track a workout that burns over 100 calories at Club Pilates. In a sense, these classes turned into my slow-day/recovery classes. It's also so hard to get into a class, I almost always end up on a waitlist. The pros: I LOVED going to Jessica's classes. She was so great at correcting my form and supporting the class and I feel like I always learned and improved in her class. read more

I will say that I honestly enjoyed Club Pilates, but was very disappointed when I started getting hit with all of these miscellaneous charges to my account. I often went twice a day, but found that check in was unpredictable. Sometimes they would have you use a sign in sheet or rely on the instructors to check you in. Then at the end of the month, I would get hit with all of these miscellaneous "no-show"fees. I ended up canceling my membership. Very disappointed. read more

I'm an avid lover of pilates and the classes offered here are super low key like they did not raise my heart rate up at all. TBH I think its for a more elderly crowd which is great but so very light weight and not a good fit for people who are more active or trying to get a workout. When I was there I would try to test into the "Higher Level Classes" and they had no info on how to do that for MONTHS!!!... I kept asking and it got to the point where I sent an email being like ok tell me how to do this or I'm cancelling cuz you guys are WAISTING MY TIME. Then they were continually rude to me after that when I would show up for classes - which continued to be a waist of time & not a real workout... Also they were an absolute nightmare when I tried to cancel my membership. They were like oh you missed the requirement by 1 day so you have to pay for 2 more months. So I successfully got a chargeback on the charge for the 2nd month. AND THEN THEY LEGITIMATELY THREATENED ME = "We recently received a chargeback on your account. Please reach out to our studio to resolve the payment in the next five days to avoid the late fee and chargeback fee. Failure to make a payment in a timely manner may result in additional fees and possibly be sent to collections. " Its like um delete my card info and I havent been to your studio in over 3 months!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Had surgery and needed to freeze my account. Dealing with Marcus their manager was less than satisfying and I found him to be antagonistic and not helpful. Wish I had just bought a small package of classes. there are better places so I will cancel my membership and take the loss. do not recommend becoming a member here given the difficulty in communicating when you need help. Club pilates at the domain is not it. They are way to expensive and there are never enough spaces for reservation with and UNLIMITED membership. Management is so rude about cancelation. I didn't take any classes that I paid for and the money I deposited for said classes was not in my account when I tried to return l. I tried to cancel over the phone as I felt this was an unfair practice This is a copy of an email I received Hey there, Lisa. Hope all is well. I am just reaching out to you to discuss your membership. It looks like you have a past due payment along with some late charges/ returned charges on your account. We can NOT move forward with the cancellation without the final payment (or early termination fee). With that late fees/ monthly invoices will continue to accrue as well as go into collections if we do not get this resolved. Please see attached agreement stating the 3 month commitment we have on file with your signature. If you wish to terminate your agreement earlier than the 3 months, there is a $100 fee. I applied to get a free introductory class online and was contacted shortly after by Molly. She answered all my questions and set a date for a Wednesday evening class. I attended with my sister! We both really enjoyed the studio and instructor. We needed purchase grip socks ($18) I loved that I was using a tool to help my mobility and flexibility while gaining strength! I herby coin this mindful stretching. It is a nice workout, but nothing strenuous, so it was the perfect transition from half-assed home workout back to fitness in a studio/group setting. Some classes (the 1.5 or 2) can be intense, but the motions are all slow and purposeful that it rarely ever results in a droplet of sweat. Maybe because I'm older or because the world has slowed down, but I appreciate that (and the fact that we're inside). I never have trouble getting into a class and have pretty much attended consistently since mid-Oct. Every other machine is currently out of use, so you're spaced out enough to feel safe/comfortable. Grip socks are required. read more

Great studio if you're looking for reformer classes with experienced instructors. I went to a free introductory class for Yelp Elite before they opened back in January and then decided to join recently. Classes are easy to book via the App and they have done a great job handling their classes amidst the city/state restrictions due to COVID- 19. The studio is clean and the reformers are only booked every other station. I have enjoyed all the instructors I've taken classes from and they have differently levels to accommodate the newbies to the more advanced. I look forward to getting more practice. I started coming here in September after trying classes at their San Antonio studio and absolutely love it! It's 50 minutes of pure bliss (stretching like you've never done before) and full-body coordination that will leave you sore for two days. I highly recommend this studio in East Austin. The instructors are fun, the studio is XTRA clean and it's only every other reformer right now, which makes me feel even more comfortable. Start with the intro class and ease your way up to the 1.5 & 2 classes. 2 will KILL you and every muscle you never knew you had. It's great. read more
