She was very interactive in the class and was constantly talking. Studio is clean and well maintained. The studios late policy is quite strict. If you are later than 3 minutes (on the dot) your class will be forfeited. If you cancel late, your class will be forfeited. They are quite open about this, so I recommend reading the rules/conditions so that there are no surprises.

I surprised myself at how natural I felt on the machine and my practice only continues to become more intense. My body LOVES the slow mind to body movements, and while my focus has been on health and strength, as a result I've also dropped 15lbs in the last year. Moogie gives me excellent instructors, dependable 7 a.m. classes three days a week, and a location close enough that I can bike there. The studio is bright, spotless, welcoming and extremely well run. Classes start on time and end on time, and after working with three or four different instructors, I haven't encountered a weak one. Olivia is clearly both a Pilates expert and a very good business owner. Hillary is another outstanding instructor I've worked with several times. There's even a great coffee shop next door. I highly recommend Moogie Pilates.

The space is beautiful, warm and feels SO relaxing, you can tell they put so much thought into every little detail. The Pilates studio itself is nice and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Parking can be a little tricky, especially during busy times or rush hours. There are a few spots right in front of the wellness center, but they fill up quickly. You can also park on the street or by the café next door, which is really good too, by the way! The space is beautifully designed and so aesthetic. The parking lot is small though so I recommend coming early to snag a spot. The Pilates Reformer class only has about 7 reformers which makes for a really intimate setting. Maria was easy to follow and walked us through everything you can do with the machine, including equipment I had never seen before. While it was a great introduction to the reformer, the intensity was a bit lacking. We all walked out feeling like the class was too easy. My suggestion would be to let students know they can increase resistance with the different color springs or offer modifications for different levels so everyone gets a more personalized challenge.
