Supposedly, the room is kept at 90 degrees, and I could feel all 90 degrees. I'm not used to practicing hot yoga, and I don't think it will be a daily part of my practice, but it's nice to know that The Yoga Studio offers such a nice space for hot yoga when the mood strikes me. The instructor, Rick, was great. It was my first time visiting, so we chatted outside of the yoga room about what to expect: In his class, he starts with a led Sun Salutation A, then lets you go on your own, then a led Sun Salutation B, then lets you go on your own. The second half of the class is a fully led practice, with lots of variety. The room is small, but apparently they can fit 25 people in it! My class only had 12, so there was plenty of room. The room itself is clean and dark, with a couple of salt lamps around. It's a quiet, contemplative space to practice. There are showers here, too, as well as a room for cycling. The people who work here are very welcoming! Like I said, it was my first time visiting, and I got nothing but love from everyone. The Yoga Studio is a great place to practice yoga, and I'll definitely be back.

I felt bad for the two new students next to me who kept looking over to me to check their form. If you enjoy a hot space and freedom to do whatever flow you'd like, then this place might be good for you, but I was not a fan.

Did a charge back with my bank and decided to call once more. I spoke with matt who told me this was a "membership". I was not told this by Romeo who is the owner. He likes to tell everyone he is the owner, but does not tell you this is a recurring charge. I was refunded but now keep getting texts asking me to book more sessions. Absolutely ridiculous after being hurt by the manager of the store. There are better options for pain management. Edit: thank you for whomever runs the social media for the generic response. "I'm sorry you felt hurt" is crazy to publish. Also, just stop texting me? Remove me from the system. Golly. I also saw Matt in September of 2025. So summer is a lie.
