Big problem it was Sunday and all the studios were closed. I've drove around and found Just Breath Pilates. Even though they were closed there was somebody inside the studio and I knocked on the window and explained my problem. Around an hour later I was outside again, with a back that felt a whole lot better. Thank god for all the stretching and those special exercises :-) Just Breath Pilates saved the day. The girl who helped me was very friendly and the atmosphere was very open. It was also extremely cool that they helped me, even though they were closed. I thanked them for that one a lot. But the girl brushed those words of with 'happy to be of service'. One thing that was funny is: the studio has machines that looks like set pieces form 50 shades of grey. But they helped ;-) The stretching helped my back, but afterward the girl who helped me said I had let someone help with my back when I got home. Which was good advice.

There's a rec pool that maybe goes to 4.5 ft depth so it's perfect for just enjoying the water when you can't lap swim because the pool is crowded. A large picnic table area can be found in the middle of the center too so you can being lunch and snacks too. There a larger Olympic size pool on the west end of the center that can be used for lap swimming so overall it's great for all ages and swimming levels. We're planning to be here quite a bit for the summer! There's also cabanas to change into and showers to rinse off before and after swimming.

Been coming to Club Pilates Camarillo for almost a year now. I started at twice a week but quickly upgraded to the unlimited pass so now I attend 5 days a week. My favorite things about the schedule are: - Easy to book and/or cancel through the app - Reminders for booked classes 24 hours & 1 hour before a class - Many class times to accommodate any schedule - A variety of class types to choose from The class atmosphere is always uplifting and enjoyable. Classmates are friendly and supportive. Instructors are always super helpful in making sure form is correct to avoid injury. I have taken classes with Tatiana, Veronica, Lisa, Doria, and Stephanie. All of them will challenge you but also keep you safe. I always feel like they make substantial effort to change routines every now and then so you are doing new movements and learning new things. In my experience, staff is friendly and helpful in addressing issues you may have with your account. Andrea is always a friendly face at the front desk and greets everyone by name and checks us in with ease. Pilates is a great daily exercise that is low impact on my body, challenges muscles that you need for life, and is exciting to do day after day. I never had a regular workout schedule until I came to CP Camarillo. If you are looking to try pilates for the first time or to change studios, I could not recommend them more. read more

This review is about the magnificent teaching of Tatiana. Her teaching and every one of her many classes I've taken have been outstanding. She is able to push each class just to the point they are capable of and she gives us ample time at the end to enjoy while stretching the accomplishment of doing a hard class that challenged us in the best way. Her classes are unmistakably thoughtful and have the spontaneity of someone who is so well-versed in fitness that her classes are never dull or repetitious. She enjoys helping people find new fitness levels, so make sure you are ready to work with a true professional. It's obvious she has had incredible training, and I'm glad to be one of her loyal students. I'm weary to write this review because I don't want word to get out that we have such an experienced/incredible instructor. Annette is the reason I decided to continue coming to this location. January was my last month, a thing I had decided in November, due to some upsets related to two charges. So, even if I liked it, I was 100% decided to cancel and that was it. But Annette, the new teacher, started to teach the night classes and I was so amazed by her warmth and knowledge and by the way she treated us all, that I started having second thoughts. By the end of 2019, I was already regretting not taking classes with her in the future. And last week, I finally decided that I am so grateful to her, (she also inspired me to lose 10 lb over the tough Holiday period), that I decided to keep coming. But then to my great surprise and delight, I found B2 Fitness here in the Camarillo area. I would highly recommend anybody looking for local spin studio, that you come here and check out the vibe! Cassie (owner) and her daughter Jessica, Are an amazing couple of ladies who are super sweet and fully engaged with their clients. Plus, this is a private 24 hour seven days a week full access gym, which is rare for a private spin studio as well. I recommend and hope to see any and all of you who are reading this yelp review. A few months ago I was experiencing chronic pain and…read moredecided to try them out and was convinced after my first session with Scott ( the only good thing about that place ) I wanted to try out membership. Don't do it !!! Policies make no sense you can't transfer sessions, give away stretch to a friend or extend pass a time period. I was going into knee surgery and left 5-6 sessions on the table they would not budge in accommodating my time off, rather they wanted to keep charging me until I returned. Fast forward almost six months later they reached out to me to return, really ? GM Sam gave me back my credits and started booking without my knowledge and reneged on commitment to complete my sessions. All they wanted was my CC again. Run aw Be careful of them just sticking you with a therapist that does not meet your needs. if you have chronic pain or surgery not all of them were trustworthy of my trust. Ask questions and make sure they don't hurt you Bottom line for the hype and cost not worth it, however if you come across a good therapist stick with them. I give company policies & membership a 1 star only because they took the time to write them.

Instead of offering to work out anything they went straight to I owe them for another two months. I finally got them to just charge me a cancellation fee of $150, instead of paying $189 for two more months. I understand what I sighted up for, but there are always circumstances that arise, and they could have cared less. And honestly , the stretching did not really do anything for me. If it works for there's, great, but they won't get any good recommendations from me.

The one on one coaching sessions are tailored to your personal skill and strength levels with incredibly knowledgeable trainers who modify the exercises to address any concerns you may have. And the classes are always interesting, with different exercises every time to switch it up. Even in the classes, the trainers will work with you individually to perfect your form or address your concerns. Friendly, family atmosphere without that competitive attitude that you see in many gyms. I can't say enough about this fantastic gym. So glad I found it.

I signed up for the cheapest membership, which only included group classes 2x a week. It's not cheap, but it's what keeps me accountable. Their limited schedule forced me to become a morning person and wake up early to get my workout done. I've realized I love doing that because I have more time in the day. I'm so grateful for the trainers Abby and Terra, who enthusiastically teach the classes with energetic music, fix my form, and motivate me to be better. I feel a significant difference in my mood, energy, overall strength, and confidence level. I'm so grateful for the owner John. He's always supportive and always greets me with a smile on his face. From day one, he was welcoming and made me, someone who's always been intimidated by big box gyms, feel at ease. Go check this place out! It'll transform your life!
