I tried another reformer competitor before coming here and there is no comparison. You can really feel their presence and passion for teaching at The Pilates Haus. Everyone is always so chill and welcoming, constantly walking around the room, helping correct our form. I am a working mom with limited time to workout- this is a great option to add on to my typical routine. Their intermediate class is challenging but doable and is a true full body workout every time. Follow them on social too in case they drop any special promos.

Caitlin was an amazing instructor who made us feel comfortable while encouraging us to push ourselves. The studio was clean and organized, and everyone was so welcoming and supportive. My favorite part is that the one-hour class is broken into three 20-minute segments: cycling, circuit-style strength training, and yoga. There were definitely moments when I wanted to give up, but the energy and encouragement in the room kept me going. I left feeling strong, energized, and amazing. As first-timers, my friend and I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

I was drawn to the diversity of exercises in their signature SPENGA class (spinning, strength, and…read moreyoga), so I went to try it out. The people at check in and my instructor Liliana were all very friendly, and the energy in the class was amazing and motivating. You can do the spinning and strength exercises at your own pace without judgement, and Liliana provided several modifications for exercises too. The only minor things I would point out would be that when the instructor would say "5 seconds left" or "10 seconds" it didn't actually mean 5 or 10 seconds and was usually longer than that, sometimes based on the beats in the song, and when you are pushing yourself and getting tired, it can be misleading because you think you're done but you're not. But it could be perceived as a good challenge depending how you think of it. I was also disappointed that my name didn't appear on the screen like everyone else's did, so I couldn't see if I was meeting my fitness goals. I thought it was interesting that the people in the class as well as the instructors were all white women (except for one man who was also trying out the class for the first time), and people tended to stay within their groups. Overall though it was a nice workout with a variety of exercises, so you won't be bored. The music was great, and being around other people working hard will keep you motivated.

They have everything you need from :resistance bands, Mats, weights ranging for all pounds, machines and a nice touch of the vibra wave to warm up or cool down your body. Music was great it was an 80s playlist. They offer TVs on the treadmills with individual remotes and channel guide. Only 1 bathroom, co-Ed. No drinking fountain for now so make sure you bring your own water and towel! It's affordable, clean, inspiring quotes and photos on the wall. I travelled all over coast to coast not once have I ever been informed that, I proceeded to contact source sneaker to understand the rules for the membership, I was told u r allowed to use it at the lactation on silver sneaker website After I spoke to silver sneaker, the owner called me and said we have a misunderstanding I am try to understand the misunderstanding when I say I have slilver sneaker and he says he only except for local residence, I must pay $10 if I'd like to use the gym for the day Why was there a misunderstanding after Io contacted silver sneaker and informed them that they're not using their services correctly Then he txt asking to go back!!!!! I would not suggest the gym he was rude about the membership and not allowed there Was not an impressive gym one person you're working out only why would you turn down getting money when nobody's in your gym?
