Classes: they have different levels so do not worry if you are just a beginner like I was ! They make sure you start out at the entry level classes so you can build your way up to the more difficult ones if necessary depending on your goal ! There are all sorts of ages ranging from twenties all the way to seventies ! They have such a variety of classes from HIIT, suspend, Cardio, and stretching to many more ! They do such a great job at mixing it up as well! Even if you take the same class again it is different in its own way so you never know what to expect in a good way !! The classes are mainly women but there are also guys like me in there so do not feel uncomfortable ! They make sure you do not feel out of place or anything ! And believe me these workouts are not only for women ! They are extremely tough depending on which level and class you take it will kick your butt lol!! I have been involved in college sports athletics and workouts and these are just as tough if not tougher !! The environment : the trainers are all very passionate about their jobs and you can really tell by the way they teach you and give tips on how to correct your form if needed ! They usually have music playing in the background and they are 50 minute classes ! They give u really small breaks to get a drink of water and it is back to business ! If at any point an exercise is to hard they remind you to take a break if needed ! They also have filtered water for you to fill up your bottle if needed ! Be prepared to try and get your money back from Club Pilates in Addison. I was so impressed with their customer service and what seemed like their desire to help me with some issues, I signed up that day. Then it all went silent. No calls no appointments made. Just give me the money and then we'll forget we ever saw you. I called today and got a very nasty person telling me to wait till tomorrow afternoon. Then the person I wanted to work with me calls, assuming she was told to. Trying to apologize for her lack of respect to let me know she had a family issue and I guess couldn't get someone to at least reach out to me to let me know. Starts back peddling and tells me when I come back. Why would I come back...right!! Hopefully my refund won't take a backseat like my lack of getting a lousy appointment! All of the best bodies that I admire do Pilates! So I decided to start my journey, to being in the best shape of my life. This particular club is in Los Colinas so the demographic is predominantly white probably ranging from early twenties to 60s. -- I think the instructors are GREAT except for one instructor named Lisa who yelled at me for opening up my camera because I wanted to see if my form was good, but accused me of trying to record her class, it was a very weird experience (she embarrassed me in front of the whole class) but it was just her so I just don't book with her when I see her name on the schedule. But I think it's weird we should be able to record a glimpse of the class to show our friends and family who may want to join. Especially since social media helps with getting new customers. But it's not my business. -- Classes are challenging but not too hard, the instructors do a great job with showing us the exercises. Another thing is the music isn't that great. They probably have strict rules with what music they can play. I do hear a lot of oldies which is cool and all but that's not what I want to listen to when I'm trying to workout lol. -- Another thing they do implement is that you have to do at least three months with them so you can see the results I started in October so December will be my last month. Im looking for a more diverse group with better music. Thanks for the start in Pilates, Club Pilates but after December we do have to break up lol bye! read more

I had a free introductory workout and enjoyed the workout a lot. What I disliked was the membership process. Here is the email I sent to Ashley, the Las Colinas club manager: I came to the studio today. I had attended my free intro class already. I had also read about the membership options on your website. I planned to purchase the 8 pack membership. When I arrived, Ashley pulled out papers I had never seen before and let me know: 1) I was required to join on a 3-month contract. 2) There was an enrollment fee for joining in addition to the monthly costs. None of this information is included when you go to your website and they do not tell you this info when they show you the membership sheet when you attend an introductory class. I expect the "bait-and-switch" approach to membership if I were joining some gyms. They know a certain percentage of customers will decide to join anyway and it raises their revenue. I thought I was dealing with a different level of fitness studio that treated their customers differently from that. I will not be joining the studio at this time. I feel my time was wasted and I felt disrespected. Please feel free to share this feedback to your higher level leaders. I did like the experience I had in the intro class but the experience when joining the salon felt like a totally different level of experience. Absolutely loved my intro class today at Club Pilates! I received several texts to remind me and prepare me for the class--including bringing grippy socks (btw I was able to find some at Target for $7.99!!). I arrived unfortunately a couple of minutes late, but the staff was super nice and understanding. Brittany was my teacher for myself and two other students. She was so friendly, encouraging, and just overall made me feel very welcome. It was my first time doing this type of pilates and I was confused, but she kept encouraging me and correcting me with positive words!! This was such an awesome work out and I felt a lot of it in my arms and legs. I signed up for a class the following week to come back! I think that this will be a wonderful addition to have a part of my workouts and healthy changes going forward!! read more

Ok... So I joined this place back in April when they first opened and I can't tell you how much I love this place and their coaches/staff!!! I always feel great when I leave. Several different types of classes to choose from and different levels. They have fun Pinot and Pilates and Mat and Margarita events on Friday evenings for members. Super fun!! You know a place is good when classes are booking up early!! They let you have fun with the music for class... if you have a playlist you want played or a certain pandora station. We sometimes do Throwback Thursdays with old school music, a good change from top 40. They have free 30 min demos to come try out. Definitely worth it!!! read more

I'm new to pilates reformer and I feel totally comfortable attending class in CP in Las Colinas. The instructors are super nice and very good at adjusting to different level of fitness. They also offer varieties of classes not just the classic reformer workout. And the studio is very clean. After couple weeks of classes, I already felt much stronger in overall strength! So I found of this place on FB that came across as a Ad. I wanted something different for my workout routine. I decided to sign up for the one day free pass, it was pretty simple to do and it went step by step. I received an text message from someone that works at the place congratulating me on signing up and if any issues let them know. I missed that first class I signed up for cause I was super tired but they noticed I wasn't in class, so they sent me an text asking if I wanted to reschedule and I did. Long story short.. went to the class and it kicked my butt (in a good way). The instructor Brittany was amazing and made sure as a first timer everyone was doing each move correct. Signed up for unlimited membership but am very unhappy. Classes are always booked and I'm always on a waiting list, even when I sign up 2 weeks in advance! Have only been able to take classes less than half the time! After I tried to call to resolve the issue, the were not willing to help. The idea is good, but some of the instructors are a tad awkward. They seem a bit unfamiliar with the equipment. Repeating exercises and routines actively. I only had one instructor at the studio who was amazing, but apparently she is no longer there. The management seems off as well. I was hounded to sign up, and when they don't post the prices online, you know they do that for a reason. They lock you into a package and when you are ready to not renew, they say your auto renew is next month on the 17th and you'll have to pay for one more month. How does that make any sense? It's a scam. These folks are new to pilates, and I'm all for trying new things, but this studio was not great. read more

Just finished my 16th workout and am floored by my results so far. When I first started, I could barely balance on the Bosu, burned to muscle failure after only few 'jumps' during cardio sculpt, and my arm strength was simply pathetic. Now I can do all of the basic moves, and seem to pick up the newer ones with much more ease; I complete all sets (I might be about to die, but I complete them!) and find I even enjoy the intense burn that is often part of the prize. I can almost not believe how quickly my body has responded to the workouts and neither can my husband - especially in my arms, core and butt. The most amazing thing? I am very rarely sore following the workout and really not at all the next day. Similarly, despite a lot of good cardio and weight training, nothing has been strained, sprained or pulled! I have never had such a pain-free fitness experience - even with yoga! It's not cheap, but I have no doubt I made a great decision in joining. read more

Started my Pilates journey during the evening classes. I was so happy that they offered 7:30 pm classes with my work schedule. Unfortunately, work started going later and I was missing my soreness so I've been committed to going first thing in the morning and couldn't be happier! I joined Club Pilates Las Colinas before the studio opened and have enjoyed every class that I have taken! I am much stronger than I was in April and more flexible, too. I like being able to plan out my schedule of classes through the app or website. They have a variety of classes and the Instructors are motivating as well as attentive; always correcting form if someone is doing a move that could cause injury. I like it so much that I am able to pull myself out of bed for a 5:30 class at least twice a week. I highly recommend! read more

I really love the full body workout I get in every single class! There is no other studio in this area with the variety of classes that Club Pilates offers.
