The employee at the pure barre told my wife that it's fine and that they would not charge her until she came back. My wife noticed last month a charge on our account that was from pure barre and then began to look back at bank statements and found they had been charging her for a few months. She reached out and was told they would look into it but would not refund because of miscommunication from their employee, aka their employee lied to my wife. We have not heard back and are upset that the employee lied about not charging us until she came in. We never received any communication that they would be charging us again or we would of went and talked with them as my wife has not been able to attend from the complications and then healing afterwards. This place lies and we would not recommend now to anyone and will let everyone know about this.

We were in town for business so we wanted a place that would take ClassPass credits and able to accommodate about 7 of us with varying degrees of experience with barre. For me, this was my second barre class ever, first with barre3, and it blew my first experience out of the water. I had issues with my first barre class (again, not with barre3) with the instructor going too fast, not showing us what to do, and me being very confused through the hour. I'm no stranger to yoga, Pilates, and working out in general so it was a bit frustrating going into barre. This was not true with barre3-Coppell! We had the pleasure of having Mary Beth teach our class. She is helpful, engaging, and pushed us to do our best. She guided us all through the class, showed us modifications that we could do depending on our ability, and encouraged us throughout the class. I had such a great time and a nice workout for the evening. My only qualm with our 7pm class was that the room where we performed barre was very... dank and warm. Presumably from the last class and as an encouragement (?) to also sweat off our day. Which I did and I got a great workout, but a little air would help! After initially completing an interest form, they reached out via text and set me up for an intro class. After the introduction class I attempted to sign up and was told a manager was required to complete my registration. I left a note and my information for the manager to reach out the next day. I didn't hear from them. I reached out via text on the same number I previously used to arrange the intro class, no response. I called 2 times a day over the next 2 weeks and no response. I finally received an email response, at 10:30pm from the GM on July 31st stating she would call me the next day at 5pm. I replied at 10:45 agreeing to the time and that call never came on August 1st. I made my final call attempt today and have decided to try the Coppell or Addison locations. This is perhaps the most unprofessional member experience I have had in years.

It gives you the opportunity to try it out properly without signing up for a membership straight away. I am 20 weeks pregnant and I am so glad I found this program! Not only do they give alterations for different exercises( depending on your abilities) they are also such a wonderful group of women. I immediately felt welcome and supported. I very comfortably did what I was capable of doing without feeling pressured to finish a workout or 'keep up' with the other members. It's very good for anyone wanting to stay fit during pregnancy while chatting with like minded moms who offer advice and support. The barre class was by far my favourite. The classes were heaven sent! All I can say is try it out for yourself!
