Club Pilates and instructors was a great experience. But I didn't realize that my membership was for three months and if I wanted to cancel that I had to do it 30 days out. And this was my fault cause I didn't ask all the right questions since I had never been a member of a fitness club, lesson learned. So if you want to do the unlimited/monthly, you are committed to a three month plan with a 30 days notice. So just be aware when you go to that free class that is not mentioned and this is just letting anyone that is interested in becoming a member. This is a great place. The people are wonderful, but there is that enrollment policy that you need to consider...enjoy!! read more

DO NOT join this club. You will pay for a membership but will never be able to go because of the lengthy waitlists. I paid for 3 months and was only able to go once. Did a trial class on Saturday and a full class this morning. The full one hour class is definitely worth trying to get an appreciation for how challenging Pilates really is. The instruction was excellent, and even as a beginner, I was able to follow along easily. The class sizes are small and the equipment and facility are in great shape and very clean. read more

The staff is awesome! Friendly and very concerned about your safety. The instructors do a good job of giving modifications to each exercise if you need them. They like to stretch you a bit but encourage you to go at your own pace. I have been a member of this club since it opened. Highly recommend it!! read more

I love working out here. It's a bit pricey but if you are looking for a place where you won't injure yourself but still get results, this is it. Kim is the BEST but all the teachers are great. The studio is super clean and conveniently located near the Keller Town Center. Make sure you understand which class you signed up for . . . Restore is more like physical therapy and cardio sculpt is like a jump class (except you are horizontal). I have tried most of them and enjoy them all but Cardio Sculpt is probably my favorite. read more

Clubs Pilates is a great addition to the Keller healthy and fit community. The instructors are fantastic and the staff are exceptional! I love my work outs at Club Pilates Keller. This is the only work out program I have ever stuck to consistently in my life. Working on the reformers is different than a mat Pilates and really helps with stretching and flexibility. The strength training and Pilates practices are exceptional as well. The instructors are helpful and make each class worth it. They are all so good I don't have a clear favorite at this time! They are also very safe in these times. The clients clean after each workout followed by another cleaning by the staff before each new class. Temperature of clients is taken before you start your class as well. The general manager Jen is very friendly and helpful. All of the office staff is as well. I highly recommend Club Pilates Keller if you are looking for a work out studio. read more

Great studio, horrible management. I put my account on freeze and in the same conversation, I told them I wanted to cancel after my 3 months was up. This was due to the fact that classes were consistently full for weeks out. Moving forward, the lady I spoke with told me she would cancel my membership and that was all I needed to do. I did request the terms and conditions via email 2 times and did not receive them. I do agree it is my fault for not looking on the website and trusting what they said over the phone. Turns out they needed 30 days written notice via certified mail to cancel? I then received a charge for 159.00 after I requested the cancellation. They would not take the charge off. I then disputed it with my bank and the club still made me pay it and stated if not it would go to collections. Also, they tacked on additional late fees. I went ahead and paid for everything because I want nothing to do with these people again. My bank AND the billing department even agreed with me. However, the managers would not budge. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of. I would think a new business in Keller would be more than willing to understand the miscommunication on their part and work with the members. But unfortunately​, this was not the case. read more
