For starters, I have been going to HOTWORX since the opening (almost four years ago). I have bounced around locations from Dallas, Fort Worth to Keller. I actively workout without a shirt on while I'm in the 130 degree room, because it's a 130 degree room. Last night while working out (after hours) I was told it's company policy to have a shirt on. Mind you, I've never been told this from Fort Worth to Dallas at 6 other studios. After following up the next morning, I was told by the HOTWORX customer service that it's not in the policy, and they said "wear what you are comfortable in." I would love a phone call from the Keller location to address these concerns, and will be posting this to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. read more

This place is great! The staff is great and the owner, Angie, is so kind and friendly. I love the vibe in the studio and that you have so many options to choose from. The great thing about the workouts is that you can go at your best individual pace and push yourself how you feel fit. The saunas are very clean and the equipment is modern and always sanitized. I would consider myself in good physical shape and i still lost just over 2 pounds after my first week at the Hotworx studio. Whether your looking for a new/fun way to mix up your fitness routine, recovering from an injury, on a weight loss journey, or just want to get a great workout in, Hotworx is definitely for you! Tried out this gym for the first time bout 3wks ago and I highly recommend it!! If you're looking to get a quick work out in from HIIT type of workout to Yoga and burn lots of calories in a short time, give this place a shot. I was hooked after the first class. The benefits of working out here is: convenience (24hrs), clean, friendly, you can book your class on the app, they have a free weights section in addition to the hot saunas. Don't let the word sauna mislead you, there is a difference here due to the infrared benefit. Regular saunas heats up the air whereas this type of sauna uses infrared heat to penetrate your muscles. My experience is less soreness afterwards, skin improvement, and you feel amazing after you worked out. The one thing I do love is the staff, friendly welcoming and knowledgeable about the whole program. Angie is wonderful so kind hearted and helpful. Make sure to bring your water bottle!! read more

I am so grateful that we are able to be back in the studio & am just getting around to writing a review (been meaning to do this since I joined). I was reading through a few of the others and shocked to see anyone would call the owner, Angi, anything other than kind, genuine, knowledgeable & professional. She's a BIG part of the reason I joined immediately after taking a tour. However, it sounded like that person hadn't even been in the gym so I am unsure why that person even posted (strange). This is such an amazing workout & the classes offered, virtually, range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes so I can always find time for at least 1! I love shedding all the toxins out of my body with the infrared heat and leave there knowing I got an amazing workout in less time than I would have at my previous gym. As a busy, working mom, it is a huge perk that they are open 24 hours! I cannot think of one thing I don't like about this gym & highly recommend it to everyone I know. read more

My fiancé joined and loved it and convinced me to try it out. I joined having basically zero yoga experience and really didn't have any expectations for the workout. But, I quickly learned that this is no joke. You will sweat your butt off, and will be challenged no matter your experience or strength level. I do weight lifting workouts at a gym down the street and then come here and it's been a nice change of pace. Additionally, the staff (Kelly is awesome) and the owner, Angie (super sweet and very helpful), have been super professional and I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that if you are over 6'2" I don't think you'd be comfortable (I'm 5'10" so I have no issues) in the saunas as they can be a little tight. The owner is incredible and has amazing workers. They always make you feel welcomed and cared for. It's not just a gym, it's a healthy way of life. I've never felt better! Since starting almost a year ago, I can't miss a class or at least 3-4 a week. If I could go more I would but I always take advantage of anytime I get to spend there. They even have all the essentials you could need to get healthy and feel great. I've tried a lot and love the clothes too. I've even made a few life long friends there that I will cherish. My FAVORITE gym ever! I have tried many in the area and this one is the best. It is always immaculate and the people working there are amazing and kind! Angie the owner always goes above and beyond. Her and her staff are always available to answer questions. They always great you and give you a sweet goodbye. Angie even helped me find an AC guy when my home AC went out. Again I say ABOVE and BEYOND. She did not have to do that but, I am thankful for her kind and helpful heart. This gym is the overall real deal. I feel more energetic, healthy, and in a better mood when I leave HOTWORX in Keller. I highly recommend this gym! read more

Great workout. The heat makes me more flexible and starts burning fat immediately. The row machines are incredible. The small gym in the back has everything I need for when I want to weight train with my cardio/hot yoga. The studio is always clean and fresh and it's still easy to book classes even in the busy gym times. And, if I am going during the staffed hours, I can call ahead to get my room preheated for my session. read more
