I have a lot of joint issues-lower back, neck, hip, & both elbows. A doctor friend of mine referred me here several years ago, but I kept putting it off. When my hip pain became almost constant & the Chiropractor wasn't helping, I decided to try it. I started with 3 private lessons on the equipment & was amazed that Kelly Letalien, the owner & a nurse, knew my hip pain was due to tight muscles, and how to fix it. It helped quickly. She is also great at making sure you do the exercises correctly so you don't injure yourself. I take a mix of mat & equipment classes from multiple instructors and love them all. My strength, flexibility & posture have improved greatly!

The trial/intro class is only held on Saturdays at a specific time. This class was at 10:45am-11:15am. The workouts are all modified initially, which I didn't care for but I understand why they're modified on the first class. The instructor was friendly and really helped us get an understanding of what Pilates is like. The membership is PRICEY!! However, they do offer discounts to military, students, nurses, and teachers. Unlimited plan for the West Cobb location is $199/month. The other plan is $159/2 days per week or $29 per session if you don't want a membership. There is also an enrollment fee of $59. This can easily add up. Overall, I really liked it. I would join but I'm currently already in another gym membership and can't add another cost right now. I would look into in the future though.

So for starters, I had a hard time getting anybody on the phone at the times I was calling, which to my knowledge, were hours that they were staffed. There was nowhere in the app to message or cancel the membership. And I finally was able to reach out as a message on instagram, and I was told after several days before responding that I needed to come in person. And seeing is that I had a hard time contacting anyone that times that they were staffed. I called to make sure someone would be there before going over there. And the person that answered the phone was absolutely completely just rude to me. From the minute they picked up, the phone. And I was told no, you can't cancel your membership and was just cut off on anything. I tried to say I was asking questions. And this person was just completely just rude. Nope, too bad you signed up. You gotta pay for the membership, and it's gonna be charged your account every month. So as I went back to instagram to message somebody, hopefully, I would get a different person to speak with about canceling, as I was told, when I signed up after the first few months, you're able to cancel with no fees. Again, let me remind you this is a six months that I paid for this. They make you add 2 different cards on the app in which they charge for the membership. They continued to charge my card and tell me that they would cancel it after I paid the next month in full. Which I had already not been going to this gym for almost 3 months at the time. So it's an expensive price for the membership for starters, seeing as what is actually offered. The bathrooms always had things that were broken, they would run out of the disposable towels to wipe down the equipment, the scales in the back to weigh in were always broken and never worked. And their merchandise is over priced. I had originally signed up with a friend in which it made the membership a better price for the both of us on the same account, however she moved hers to a location closer to her which made my membership go up, and definitely not worth the price. #OVERPRICED #RUDENESS #NOTWORTHIT

The owner Kathy Hopper is the ultimate professional. Kathy makes it a point to remember everyone's name and if applicable physical limitations and injuries. All of the instructors are welcoming and friendly. Lagree can be tough but it's so rewarding. It's a full body workout and very efficient. You get an excellent mix or resistance training and cardio. The instructors are happy to offer substitutions for exercises, and give excellent cues. I highly recommend Sculpted Body. Not only do I get a great workout, when I through the door, I immediately feel uplifted and happy to be there.

When you come in you are checked in quickly and you can pick any Reformer you'd like. My class was taught by Kevin Cardone who is an excellent instructor. He walked around the room and made proper adjustments as needed. He was a very attentive instructor and was always very clear about the different things you needed to do for each exercise. I appreciated that, as many studios just leave you to figure things out yourself. The workout was excellent and at the same time low impact, which is great! I definitely felt the workout the day of and day after. I believe there is an option to try out classes without committing to a monthly plan and that's what I'd suggest everyone do. While the intro class gives you an idea of what Pilates reformer is, I don't think I could really appreciate the awesomeness of the class until I participated in a full class. Even when I spoke directly to someone and sent a text- which technically is a written request to cancel, they still manically tried to charge my credit card daily- sometimes 2-3 times a day. I kept getting notices each time. I sent an email. I called the 800 number. They were extremely rude and refused to cancel and threatened that they will continue to attempt to charge me until I pay the past due- a balanced they've accrued even though I've not step foot in the studio or received any service from them for over 4 months. I was told that they will continue to try and charge me until i pay my "past due " balance. I've contacted my credit card. They are trying to charge me for months I never attended classes. Customer service is awful. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
