I really really enjoyed this class. The facility was very clean. The class sizes are small (can only hold 12 people), but this means that the workouts can be even more personal and individualized. The trial/intro class is only held on Saturdays at a specific time. This class was at 10:45am-11:15am. The workouts are all modified initially, which I didn't care for but I understand why they're modified on the first class. The instructor was friendly and really helped us get an understanding of what Pilates is like. The membership is PRICEY!! However, they do offer discounts to military, students, nurses, and teachers. Unlimited plan for the West Cobb location is $199/month. The other plan is $159/2 days per week or $29 per session if you don't want a membership. There is also an enrollment fee of $59. This can easily add up. Overall, I really liked it. I would join but I'm currently already in another gym membership and can't add another cost right now. I would look into in the future though. read more

I booked a trial class and loved it. Then purchased a one class credit, never got into the class (was waitlisted even though I booked a week out), and then my credit disappeared. Then I received a unknown charge on my credit card that I never authorized. Horrible app for booking, hard to get in touch, huge wailists (they continue to sell memberships), and unknown charges. There are other pilates studios that are much better in the area and easier to get into. read more

The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly. (The Good) My T3R Membership 3 provides the option to book the maximum amount of classes and see visible results with consistency. I've noticed decreased cellulite, scheduling less trips to the masseuse for deep tissue massage because the CP workouts healed aching pains. Not to mention arms and legs are definitely more toned and sculpted. Bow-chica-WowWow! :) Another great benefit are the class times ranging from as early as 7am to 8pm so no excuse for me. (The Bad..for your wallet if you splurge more often than not) The instore Tavi merchandise is so cute! I've splurged on a few Tavi active leggings..pink of course and a nice collection of Tavi grip socks bc..treat yourself! (The Uuuuglllly) Not being able to take advantage of classes that work best with my schedule because there are 2 instructors who go out of their way to target and mistreat (some, not all) of the Club Pilates attendees. I've both witnessed and experienced mistreatment. One day while leaving during a five minute class transition ebbie 7pm class had just arrived, grabbing weights, bathroom break etc, quick chit chats per usual. She starts yelling at a girl in her 7pm class who was laying on a reformer before class started, 3 minutes before class start time. The girl was laying on the first reformer nearest the parking lot in front of the instructor station, bbie was standing almost directly in front of her at the instructor station hence unnecessary yelling. Drawing unprovoked attention she yells "What are you doing? Get Up This is Cardio Sculpt 1.5 we jump in my class?!...hahaha" (For context the girl she went out of her way to yell at before start time...looked like a young Hailey Bieber-esqe model/influencer). Against my better judgement, to meet my weekly CP fitness goal, I took her class and she started with a "compliment" followed by constant corrections during the majority of my jumps, changing my spring during jump and jack sequence without my permission, conflicting information on leg stance during jump sequence, singlehandedly providing all stations spray bottles during class, save for mine. When I go to the front desk to get a spray bottle I'm told she took them ALL and "handed them out" when I return to my station a spray bottle magically appears. There really are women in the world who for whatever reason want to sink their proverbial fangs other women and guise the mistreatment as correction, or joking or concern. I'm a girls girl through and through and it's disappointing to pay over $200 monthly and not take advantage of all classes because 2 instructors can't put their own insecurities, being authoritative in a rude way vs encouraging and empowering the women they are paid to instruct. read more

I came with a friend for the 30 minute intro class. Even long before we were able to come the team that worked in this were wonderful, making sure we were informed about all things necessary prior to our class. I did have to reschedule due to a family emergency and they were able to accommodate. The day before we received a text letting us know to bring socks or purchase at the studio and also informing us to arrive 5-10 minutes early. Unfortunately I was a couple of minutes late because I had a hard time finding the location as my GPS took me to the other side of the shopping center. However, we were still able to get into the class and not miss much of the intro. I ended up purchasing grippy socks at the front which came out to be about $16. They had cubicles for us to leave our stuff. The instructor was very helpful throughout the class. The reason I wanted the intro class was to see if Pilates was for me and while I did enjoy the class, I'm not sure if this was for me at the moment due to cost. I would definitely consider Pilates again in the future. read more

This owner and brand charge members right of the start a 'hidden $35 fee' for their administrative costs which is a horrific way to begin a relationship with new members. There's NO value to the member with this fee and approach. Should we also pay a fee for your water, electricity, and insurance costs? I booked a demo class which was good except there were several hairs from several different people on the equipment. Afterwards one of the employees said there was a holiday special of four classes for $78. I gave them my payment and then proceeded to ask another employee to book the classes for me. He then tells me that it was only three classes for $78 so he got the manager who told me it was only three classes for $78 and I could have my money back. too much confusion, and poor communication for me. read more

I didn't cancel because I had any personal issues, I cancelled because of the greed this franchise exemplified during our time. I will not pay for any classes that I'm not taking! I will not condone any unreasonable policy used to suck money from ppl. They courted us graciously when they wanted our money but when we decided that the service no longer fit our principles they were difficult, rude, and inconsiderate. They behaved unprofessional in an unpleasant situation and projected like we were violent and aggressive . We had to talk to 3 different people and we had to say the same things over and over again. The young lady at front desk especially seemed untrained and unaware of what to do. Their general behavior seemed to indicate that we were doing something wrong, and they could not understand why we were doing it, much less be bothered with helping us with our request- which was to change a yoga pant I bought but did not fit properly. What logical organization refuses to allow their paying customer to not exchange the pants that was bought less than 30mins prior for a more fitting one. I believe in principles and this franchise behavior is Despicable. Leah, one of the instructors is a controlling, un responsive to feedback, and unkind/ uninviting spirit. NEVER take her class. Please people, learn to speak and challenge what does not serve you well and be ready to walk away. read more

Although, it states it's for all fitness levels. I left feeling after my free day, I would need private lessons. I took one private lesson and still felt as though Pilates would be too difficult for me. It is also too expensive. I was motivated enough to keep going. I give four stars based on others who seem to love it and get the results they were looking for. So, while it may not be for me. Pilates can benefit others. I would say, give it a try. read more

My 3 friends and I went last Friday to what was supposed to be a fun, stress free, no cost, intro class. Never tried Pilates so was excited, we all were! And the 30 min class was wonderful and informative! But then after our instructor was done, 5 salesmen came into the studio and rounded us all up like cattle and proceeded to aggressively pressure us into signing up for a contract. They wouldn't take no for an answer! Finally, feeling like we weren't gonna get to leave otherwise, I said I'd like to just try the 1x week class membership for 3 months...our salesperson Will made it clear he wasn't happy with that and was trying to force me to up it. Said I'd never lose weight with that kind of commitment. I explained I was new to Pilates and working out in general and a very busy mom of small kids and just wanted to start off slow...These guys were worse than car salesmen to say the least! I thought that'd be the worst part and at least I could move on and was excited to sign up for some classes. Only to get home, download the ap, and find out there was virtually no classes available for more than 10 days out?!! After talking to my husband about this terrible experience, I decided I should go ahead and cxl. Well, it took my husband 2 days and talking to a very rude Owner, Nicole to eventually get them to cancel the membership and refund. My other friends who signed up haven't been so "lucky". Will is refusing to cancel the membership and that the owner is a "silent partner" and won't be speaking to anyone?!! BEWARE!!! I've posted a part of their ridiculous contract for you to see. I'm a Pilates and yoga professional. I have clients from a prior studio who attempted to recruit me to teach at Club Pilates when they opened. I did some investigation and found it wasn't a match for me. I own my own studio now and all my prior clients from my previous studio who didn't follow me to my studio have left Club Pilates and many are back with me at my studio. Most were unhappy w/ billing policies or difficultly getting into classes similar to other reviews. It's a great location. I've wanted to check it out as an opportunity for me to take class but reading these reviews makes me wary. I'll stick to my friends in the business whose business approach is more in line with my own. read more

Beautiful facility and state of the art equipment but it is impossible to register for classes. They do not offer /train in the traditional Pilates method although the classes are fun albeit a little lacking in complete instruction. I gave two stars because I registered over a month before the center opened and was given a sales pitch which promised MUCH more flexibility in terms of classes; schedule and ease of scheduling. Truthfully, I think they have seriously oversold their memberships and are struggling to keep up. I have spoken with several others who bit the bullet and paid for a high number of classes a month which they haven't been able to use because they can't get in. They either need to increase the number of classes, limit the amount of prescheduled classes or enlarge the facility. Otherwise "unlimited" memberships are just a rip-off. read more

This was my first time doing Pilates, and I will have to say this is by far better than any boutique studio I've ever been to! For a studio that's only been open a month I was pleased with the number of classes offered, and how the owners took the time to find classes that worked for me when I signed up! The owners promised me a 8:30am class and sure enough a class was provided the following week. I love the family business and how detailed everyone was when I asked questions regarding my contract. I love Club Pilates ~ Merchants Walk!! The classes are challenging but not impossible, and the instructors are great. My favorite is probably Jim, because he gives us a good workout and is entertaining with his music selections as well. The front desk ladies are also super nice ~ today, Elena was the one who took our temperatures and did the announcements... She did a great job. Sarai is also really helpful. High quality equipment and facilities. Very good quality instruction and cueing during the classes. As anywhere you go, instructors vary in their experience and fluidity. I really enjoy going. I selected the unlimited sessions per month and I'm trying to go every single day. At that rate, classes are $6.67 per class which is an excellent value. The place is spotlessly clean which is super important to me. Their phone app is excellent and super easy to use. There are lots of classes offered throughout the day taught by many different instructors. Classes do fill up quickly so you have to book in advance and manage the waitlist process, but it's easy to do so. All in all, very satisfied. The only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that this is corporatized, sanitized Pilates which means the classes and moves are always on the conservative side, thus mitigating their risk that you will hurt yourself. read more

**BUYER BEWARE!!!*** Was so excited about this place, took an intro class with 3 friends then came the sweet talking vultures! The "GM" Will, got a few of us to buy some classes. However he failed to tell us that getting into a class would be nearly impossible. As soon as we all tried to schedule some classes via the app, ZERO availability in the foreseeable future! Talk about not being able to deliver what you sell! Be aware that each class only has room for 12 people. Total. I called to cancel the same day for a refund and Will talked in circles until my head spun! A Saturday class opened up so I decided to just take it. Wish I hadn't because it was lackluster and I ended up with a pinched nerve later that day. Called Will after I saw a doctor to let him know I won't be able to attend for a while (and to maybe put my 7 remaining classes on hold for a bit) and Will said the classes I purchased will be lost if not used in the current month and even demanded a doctors note! (That's NOT in the contract btw) The contract states you have 7 days to cancel. No questions. The manager will attempt to intimidate you and would like for you to believe otherwise. He will even go so far as saying the owner is a silent owner who wants no involvement with client issues when you know your friend had a phone conversation with Nicole, the owner, and she canceled and refunded on the spot! He's yet to cancel and refund my money. (5 days in) OR let me speak with "Nicole". While you may get lucky and get off the class waitlist at some point, don't expect to be able to do classes when it's convenient for YOU. But most of all....be wary of quick talking, used car sales like talk and shady dealings. Too bad, because it could be a great club if ran properly. read more

I love this Pilates studio! Great variety of classes, hours and instructors. Easy to book online- In addition they offer ancillary classes such as essential oils,meditation and more ! Great staff as well. I definitely feel better after just a few months! Let me start with the good. They have excellent equipment, it's extremely clean and great staff (front desk and instructors!) with a multitude of classes. Now the downside. If you are not going to sign up for unlimited classes, monthly draft, and schedule a spot everyday for your level class at the time you can make it, you are better off paying by the class- which is pricey, even for a boutique workout. The selection of classes dwindle when you try to schedule during times that work for you, and then more so because you can only take "your level" classes, and then even more because of the unlimited members taking most if not all of the open spots, whether they come or not. When I first expressed the difficulty I was having with this, the front desk assured me I would "almost always" get in if I put my name on the wait list because their unlimited members don't show all the time (BUT THEY CAN RESERVE A SPOT?!?) So I tried said technique, rearranged my schedule for when I waitlisted and was not able to get in- twice. I called the studio to discuss and probably cancel my draft and just do drop in. The front desk person again was so nice and accommodating. She said she totally understood and took my info and said the manager will call me to discuss in the morning. No call. No call for four days, so I went to the studio to talk to a manager. Again, I explained and again the front desk person was very sweet and sympathetic. She had me fill out paperwork to stop my draft but explained that I was to be drafted the next week and they need written notice 30 days in advance. I told her I understand that is in the contract but i have reached out about this issue last week to talk with a manager and expressed my concerns a month ago about it as well. She said the manager "just stepped out for a moment and would be sure to call me as soon as she was back". No call that day. No call the next day, or next week, but you guessed it- they drafted me. I can't stand behind a business that operates this way and doesn't care enough about their members to even give them a call after they call, and come in twice to speak specifically with a manager. There are many workout and pilates places out there that do care. It's a shame because they have a great product and instructors (the ONLY reason I gave three stars) but a horrible setup and even worse customer service. read more

I signed up for the free trial class with a few of my friends. The actual class was great. However, after the class the sales people came in, and we felt like we couldn't leave. He asked us about our fitness goals and schedules and talked us in to signing up. When I only decided to sign up for 4 classes per month he kept pushing me to sign up for more. When I didn't agree to buy the bigger package he told me he would put a note on my account to try to upgrade after my 3 month trial. They also said they would email the contract to me, but they never took down my email so I found that to be concerning. I pushed for them to send the contract that I signed to my personal email for my own records, which they did only after I left. Thankfully I asked for my contract because when I got home and logged onto the website to sign up, there were no classes that fit my schedule. The whole time the salesman spoke to my group of friends he never mentioned that class availability would be a problem. I found them to be very deceiving and misleading. I am not sure why they would push us sign up for more classes knowing there isn't much available. read more
