I love this place! If you are looking to tone in a supportive environment this is the place. All of the teachers are amazing. I like that they know everyone's name and are very encouraging throughout the class. There is a class every few weeks for beginners to make sure they are comfortable and understand the exercises. I would highly recommend signing up for the free week and taking the newcomers class. No two classes are ever the same. Even though it never gets easier, each class makes you stronger. It is my "me" time. I have been at this studio since they opened and look forward to going to class. I really like that they have so many class times. There is a time for everyone. If you are looking for a little more cardio, they are adding a new type of class in August. I can't wait to try it. read more

Wow! Words cannot even begin to describe how much I love Pure Barre!!! It's so awesome! The Pure Barre and Pure Empower classes give you a one of a kind workout experience. Each workout is so different and challenging in its own way, making me love it even more. I've been going for a little over a month now and I can't imagine going anywhere else to workout. Also, the instructors try to build a personal relationship with every member of Pure Barre, making everyone feel loved and welcomed. Having a personal relationship with your instructor makes you feel important everytime you step through the doors into the studio and makes the workout more enjoyable. Pure Barre is the best workout I have found with results I see and feel daily! It is a low impact workout that absolutely anyone can do in 55 minutes and is great for building strength. Pure Barre is all about small isometric movements to fatigue the muscle areas to make them shake and then stretch everything out to create the long, lean muscles. It is a full-body workout, with a warm-up, arm-work, thigh work, seat work, ab work, and back work. Pure Barre West Cobb is my favorite location because of the friendly team and environment. Although the first classes were hard enough to be frustrating, I took the advice to stick with it until I learned the moves. Within the first 10 classes, I could feel strength building and body reshaping. After that I was addicted. There really is some kind of mind-body connection that I've never experienced doing anything else. Now, after 20 classes, I enjoy it so much that I look for chances to get in another class. Even two in one day! The instructors have been great about modifying the moves to protect my hip, and the classes are full of the nicest and most supportive people. Signed up for a free week and was quickly hooked! The studio is clean and welcoming. This was my first time taking a barre class and the instructors were so helpful. Not only do they model the moves but also point out if there are other instructors in the class to watch. They also move throughout the class providing adjustments and tips to correct positions and challenge each individual. The classes are encouraging and positive, regardless of skill level or ability. After the first week, I signed up for a membership and will definitely be continuing... this is the only "gym" where I will consistently wake up at 5 am to attend a class. read more

I love the cozy vibe of this West Cobb neighborhood studio. The instructors are more "seasoned" than other studios I have visited. They have strong backgrounds in dance and fitness with excellent teaching skills. I love how strong I have become, mentally and physically after just a month of Pure Barre. I have been taking classes for about 6 weeks and really love it. All the instructors are great. They give great feedback and correction during class to help make your workout the best it can be.
