The worst gym I have ever been to. Way too expensive for the lack of cleanliness, lack of space,…read morelack of *quality*, working equipment. The place is grimey, nobody cleans their machines after using them. The lack of safety is insane to me -- multiple people just throwing weights, not in areas that it is meant for. People walking under, through, around your squat rack/machines is so unsafe. There is so much non-working equipment. It is way too expensive to be constantly busy and never have enough room to workout. Icing on the cake is I requested a cancellation due to moving out of state. Emailed, called MULTIPLE times, and consistently got ignored by Jordan, the one person that manages accounts. He requested multiple forms of proof of move, which I happily provided, and again was ignored. My card continues to try to be processed, I have called and emailed yet another person multiple times, and get ignored. Extremely unprofessional and quite possibly the most ridiculous place ever.

Best PF I have ever been to, hands down. In the west coast, at least, PF doesn't have a good…read morereputation so I was hesitant to try them here... but wow, I was amazed at how huge, modern, and well kept this gym is. There is plenty of parking, the staff are attentive when you need them, and it is not a bad gym at all. The machines are hardly ever out of order, they recently added new equipment, and it's not dirty at all compared to other places I have been to. The price is great, their in-store items are reasonably priced, they're open 24 hrs... just great honestly. It is nice to see all ages and athletic levels coming in to workout; it is also a very diverse spot. Yes, it gets busy, but I never had to wait more than 2 min for a machine. Lastly, you can cancel online if needed now... that alone is a great perk nowadays. Overall, I'd give this PF location a 9/10.

The management at this location needs to be investigated immediately. Her name is ABIGAIL BLOSS…read more On June 30, 2026, at approximately 5:30 PM at the 250 Life Ln, Lexington, KY location, a woman who identified herself as the manager got extremely close to my face, yelled at me, cursed at me, and behaved in a way that made me feel as though she was about to physically fight me. This occurred in the middle of the gym in front of other members. She made unprofessional remarks including "ya mama" and "I don't care, I'm still getting paid," along with other disrespectful comments. She was not wearing Planet Fitness clothing, so I am unsure whether she was officially on duty, but she repeatedly stated that she was the manager. This behavior is completely unacceptable for anyone representing Planet Fitness. Regardless of the circumstances, no employee or manager should yell at, curse at, intimidate, or aggressively confront a member. If corporate reviews this incident, they should identify the individual who was acting as manager at that time and investigate using security camera footage and witness statements. I will be filing a formal complaint with Planet Fitness corporate. I hope this incident is taken seriously so that no other member has to experience this kind of treatment. UPDATE (July 1st 2026): I've tried multiple times to contact the home club itself (250 life ln lex ky) and the managers refuse to speak to me on the phone. They've also blocked multiple numbers I've called from. They are not willing to help or inform me on how I can file a formal complaint. They also refused to give me the full name of the general and regional managers. But I do know that their names are Reina and Porsha. I've been told they will contact me today so we shall see. UPDATE (July 2nd 2026): I finally was able to speak with REINA the general manager. I was told corporate already handled it, that IM BANNED from all 3 location, and nothing is going to happen to ABIGAIL BLOSS. She was "on call" but in workout clothes and working out "on call" because apparently they can workout "on call" and still be a manager on their lunch breaks whenever they want. That's what I got out of that conversation. Mind you, I've only been a member at PF for only about a MONTH!! I've never been to PF before in my life, I don't know their policy's, rules or regulations, I am a NEW member. And within a month I'm banned from all 3 locations I can't even imagine how badly they've treated their other members if this is how badly they treat a member who's only been there for ONE MONTH! This is a very unfortunate situation for PF, because it just shows what type of people they are willing to have on their team representing them and their business. Apparently they have looked into it and they are "just done with the situation" and don't want to deal with it anymore. They have to "stick up for their employees" of course, so it doesn't look bad on them and their business. No one from corporate has reached out to me personally, but apparently they have gotten my request and have handled it. I will continue to reach out to corporate and speak to PORSHA the regional manager and whom ever I can get in contact with, because I truly believe that this woman needs to be TERMINATED INDEFINITELY. All that said to say that I would not recommend this gym, or any of the locations, because ABIGAIL BLOSS works at all 3 locations (life ln, Bryan station, and E Lowry ln). And with her being there I would not feel safe as a member. I would not spend my hard earned money on such an establishment that treats their members this way, and doesn't have any consequences for their actions. They are very unprofessional, the gym is either super hot or super cold, the bathrooms are dirty, majority of the complaints and one star reviews from other members still stand to this day, parking is difficult, it is very packed, the front desk worker tried to hit on me, this is more so a hookup place rather than a gym, and obviously their management is BS.

TLDR: My first massage with one therapist was the opposite of what I asked for and was painful and…read moreunhelpful. My second massage, the Ashiatsu massage with Ashley was wonderful. This is why I gave five stars. Tale of two massages: I've had two massages at this place. The first was a 90 minute Swedish massage. I asked specifically for a gentle, relaxing massage and specified nothing deep and "no elbows." Must be something about all of my trigger points that therapists take as a challenge because my whole massage was intense and full of elbows. I gave some feedback that the pressure was too much, but should have been more specific in saying, "I really don't want any of this, just a nice, easy massage," but the masseuse seemed so intent on what she was doing. I understand that massage therapy has many facets, but I asked for a particular thing and didn't get it. Like another person said, I am still very sore, but not in a good way or a way that has loosened my muscles. In fact I think my neck, which is where I wanted the focus, but didn't get it, is worse than it was because I spent the whole time tightened up by pain. The 10 dollar scalp enhancement add on is not worth it either, as it was just a small bit of essential oil followed by a minute amount of time with one of those wire head scratcher/massage things. I thought it would be delivered by the masseuse. My second massage was the two hour long Ashiatsu massage, where the therapist suspends themselves with straps and bars to perform massage with their feet. I had this service with Ashley, who was wonderful from the beginning. The room was comfortable, the table was warm, and she explained how everything would work. She was very mindful of my pressure points and checked in with me from time to time to make sure her technique was not painful. For anyone looking for deep tissue that's not filled with sharp elbows, I can't recommend the Ashiatsu massage enough. Use of the feet may seem weird in the beginning, but it actually allows deep massage spread out over a larger area, with long, broad strokes that feel relaxing. The treatment was two hours and I couldn't believe it was over as fast as it was. I felt great after. The environment is clean and you can smell the salt. Everyone is professional, despite my initial poor encounter. I would go again, but ensure Ashley was my therapist.
