Enough is Enough…read more I've been a member here for about 10 years, and the outdoor hot tub is CONSTANTLY broken or closed. And guess what? They never bother to update the app when it's shut down. You show up, pay their ever-increasing fees, and the amenities you came for are just... unavailable. And suddendlty the hot top ( when is working) is closed at sunset... since when? I've complained to the front desk multiple times, and absolutely nothing changes. It feels like they don't fix things until people blast it publicly. For a gym this expensive, this level of upkeep and communication is ridiculous.

I had an appointment with Drake an sat under the sign that says "class meets here". Many staffers were at the desk but just ignored me. Irritated After 5 minutes I walked up there to inquire why the trainer (or anyone) hasn't greeted me about the class. They looked lost and were asking one other if the trainer was showing up? After exchanging confused looks at one another, I was told he was sick and not coming in. I grabbed the managers card even before they told me. He was gonna hear about this! Thank God for Allie! She stepped in an not only gave me a tour but explained how many of the equipment worked. Thanks to her I'm not clueless about the machines. She definitely needs a raise btw, that or a promotion! I was given a free drink too at the end of it all. Shawn is my go to guy when I come in! He's great! Always greets me, always waves when I enter and depart and never takes long when I need an ankle strap. (I started bringing my own though because it is an inconvenience to have to go to the desk twice every visit to get this and bring it back!) Shawn went to another shift and dang do I miss him. The new girl that replaced him seems to always be a little spacey and her BF (or the guy that's always hanging out at the counter) shadowing over her every move. Odd.... There's plenty of equipment and it smells good in the gym. Typically clean but they need to turn the music down!!! I have no desire to go to any other Planet Fitness!

Caring, experienced instructors…read more I have done yoga for 15+ years and have had many different instructors in different studios. The instructors at Diana's are experienced. They know their yoga, postures, modifications, adjustments. They care about the participants' experience. The studio space is large. There is also plenty is blocks, rugs, etc. for use. The reception area is small. Bring as little as possible as there aren't many places to keep your stuff. You can register and pay online or you can pay at the studio. If you haven't done yoga before, let the instructor know. This would be a great studio to start yoga as well as continue your practice.

I recently joined Planet Fitness. This is the first time I have been to Planet Fitness, and I am…read morevery impressed. They just moved into my aera, and I needed to join a gym badly. I used the excuse that there was no gym near me. Now I cannot use that excuse anymore. They are located in a shopping center with plenty of parking and open almost all the time. The place has a lot of equipment from cardio to weights. Plus, they have PF classes to work out with a trainer and this is included. I went before noon, and they had a smaller crowd so no wait on equipment. I'm not sure if they are really busy after work but most places are. Since they are in a newer location the equipment is very nice. The men's locker room is a good size with lockers and showers. Easy to join online with two different plans. I first went and checked the place out and the person at the front desk gave me a nice orientation of the gym. She also went over the two plans and showed me what was different. To join you have to go online and get their app. Now I have to work out and get healthy, no excuses.

It was a smoking hot, fun and challenging class! The teacher was exceptional, and she has very positive energy! The class allows you to flex to your fitness level, and I left very sweaty with a nice pressed juice that a lovely member bought me, my body was challenged and relaxed, and my mind was completely at rest and so happy!
