Went & took my first class here 8.9.2025 at 3pm. When I first walked in, I was not greeted which was a little strange just because the other Pilates I have gone to have been super friendly. So right away that threw me off. But I was like still let me give them a chance. A couple days ago I had inquired about hosting a birthday party here and they told me someone would reach out and they never did. So when I went I guess the front lady, not sure if she was the owner recognized my name because she asked me if I was the one who was inquiring about hosting a birthday party. I let her know yes it was me. She stated only members can host things like this which is totally understandable, just don't know why I was never called or emailed and told. After that I figured she would ask for my business or if I was thinking of signing up to be a member but nope none of that. Mind you, I already booked Carries Pilates to host the birthday so that is totally fine. Secondly the instructor didn't greet me when I walked into the class either, again this was all very different for me just because the other places have been so friendly. The class was awesome and I got a good sweat in. Once it was over I wasn't asked how I liked the class or if I wanted to come back, again all new I guess other Pilates studios have set the bar high for me when it comes to greatly friendly customer service. If the customer service was better I would deff give 5 stars. Will I be back? Absolutely not, definitely felt out of place and not wanted. read more

I've been coming here a few months now. I am SO GLAD I found this Pilates studio because I sorely need someone else to motivate me do ab work and leg work, and these instructors are all so talented and good at their jobs. The front desk staff is also helpful if you have any questions. This studio is in a shopping center, and parking is always convenient. They recently added more classes to their schedule which I appreciate because they keep pretty busy. read more

I would not recommend this business. I went to an intro class where they told me going to classes and getting in would not be a problem. So I did the 3 month commitment for $89/month for 4 classes. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I paid the start up fee ($24), one month fee ($89) and a cancelation fee ($100). Tried to talk to the club manager about my concerns and about how I'm not getting into classes like they said I would be able to. Poor service. I feel like I got scammed. Something like this will only work for those who have time on their hands. I told them I'm a graduate student so my only availability is some evenings. Yet again, they told me they have evening classes. Yes, they have the classes, but getting into them on a waitlist is almost impossible. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I love this place, though it's far, The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is is that it's very costly! Other than that It's very very nice. As a black woman myself, the last thing I want to do is give my hard earned money to an establishment that does not appreciate me as a customer. This place kept charging my credit card after covid hit and I had ask that my account be frozen. Im a nurse taking care of covid patients and did not want to expose any of their clients. I found out they were still charging me when I was notified by my credit card company the charge was declined since I didn't know they were charging me I was not paying the bill. I called to cancel and to make sure I was not charged any longer and club pilates mansfield charged me for two more months! So now I've paid $180 a month for a year plus and only used the club 3 months before covid hit and I had to stop. Please do yourself a financial favor and go ANYWHERE else for pilates. Just finished an awesome introductory class. I was a little intimated at first, but the Instructor explained everything in great detail. Can't wait to try a full class now. A trendy environment and very clean too. No long term contracts and a lot of class times and choices to keep you motivated. If you're willing to become a member where microagressions abound, join here. The instructor of my trial class spoke normally to her other students but when she spoke to me she would change her way of speaking and say things in a stereotypical "Black" way. It was incredibly offensive. Checking in and checking out, I was looked over and when spoken to, it was unfriendly and unwelcoming. It was a stark difference to the warm welcome the women and man around me were receiving. I called to speak with someone about it, thinking perhaps I misunderstood. I got Errin, the same woman who dismissed my presence on Wednesday. She cut me off to fact check text messages saying she was looking for evidence of what I experienced. She then said that if I didn't like the treatment I received that maybe this wasn't the place for me. Wow. You're right, Errin. All people should be treated equally and Club Pilates Mansfield is operated by women who need to check their subconscious biases at the door and receive cultural sensitive training to interact with the diverse crowd of people looking to spend $200 a month on health and fitness. This is a great workout for strength and balance control. I enjoyed it very much. I am a female of color and felt very welcomed.

Love the classes here as well as the instructors. They give you individual help and I can really see an improvement in my range of motion and core strength. The gym can not compare! This is great therapy for your entire body. They offer classes for everyone. read more

Absolutely love this place! I loath working out and Club Pilates Mansfield has completely changed my view of exercise and wellness. The instructors are all amazing and if you catch Kelsey there, you are in for a treat! I've now been going for a year and have seen incredible results. I feel amazing and my body can move in ways it never did before. I used to have issues with my hips and knees and they are getting so much better. Mansfield club Pilates is amazing. All of the instructors are caring and very well trained with an amazing variety of styles. Nichole at the front desk is always kind and accommodating and very welcoming to everyone who comes in. I have personally seen amazing changes in my body, Strength, and flexibility since going to the unlimited package and attending 5 to 6 classes a week.
