The two instructors were so patient and kind, especially with the silks and the bar--I could not hold myself up to save anyone's life. But, again they were super patient and I did great with the hammock. I was able to not once, but twice flip myself upside down. It gave me such a free and fun feeling, I definitely want to experience that again. I love that they are encouraging, honest and up front. That is definitely what has me wanting to come back.
