Cardio classes are only 15 minutes, I tried out the cycling class. Stretch, Pilates style classes are 30-40 minutes. The box is rather small, I'm under 5'5 and felt my head was close to the ceiling on the bike. This gym is very self driven. You watch a video and follow along inside of the sauna. I personally like completing classes with a live instructor so I don't think this type of gym is for me. But, the positives are it is open 24/7 so it can work with your schedule. You definitely sweat because of the heat. The gym also offers a free weights section in the back. The price was reasonable at $60 per month. Initial fee of $99. They also have an option to pay extra for the traveler so they can use all the hotworx gyms. But I do feel like you could do a lot of these exercises at home without the fee as it is video based. Went here on Saturday as a private event with some community groups I work with. The space is small when you enter and see the desk and apparel, but there was enough space for us to bring in additional table (we had someone come make a grazing table for after the class, so this is great if you have an event and need a snack table afterwards). BUT once you get inside the room, its quite large and spacious! Because of the 14 people (capacity) attending our session, the staff took their time to check everyone in, and gave us our full hour of pilates despite starting late. I loved that the class wasn't very basic and spent doing stretches the entire time - it was definitely a work out, and Joyce checked on everyone's form and gave each and every one of us the proper attention needed while making sure we were challenged. She educated us about the types of classes offered and seemed very passionate :) The staff is all women and this location is quite far out my way, but I had a lovely time! I'm hoping to be able to return and have my free intro class since we paid for the private event. Also there are restrooms in the back and equipment is cleaned between sessions. I'd recommend!
