I went to Chicago for a day to bring in the year. I stayed at this location. It is in a good spot in the heart of downtown. On arrival, I was greeted by customer service people. They took me to a kisok and had me log in. I completed the check-in. I was given my key and told where my room would be. It was on the 10th floor. The room was small but clean. There was a TV and coffee maker. This was new years, so there were some loud people. I also saw house keeping at a room. It seems that the people were smoking up the place with the maraJa juanee. Interesting New Years situation. There was also a closet. There was also a restaurant and bar downstairs, which was also convenient. I would stay here again in the future.

The location is perfect. The fact that my king size bed was just two mattresses pushed together, made me upset but I could live with it. But then I see a false eyelashes sitting on my nightstand. Makes me question if my room was even cleaned...

The Club Quarters on Adams Street is all about location, location, location. It provides good amenities. A clean room, with AC, and access to public transportation (bus and train). Most days you can check in early, no problem. This hotel has a small, but adequate gym. It has less than 5min access to running trails along the river or lake. The hotel is connected to a British Pub, but plenty of food options are readily available on all sides. You are not far from Willis Tower, or the Art Institute of Chicago. We walked to Soldier Field from here no problem. Because of a COVID policy, they only clean the rooms in between stays, but you can always ask for more towels, soaps, and other amenities. If you get here earlier than they can accommodate you or check out with day plans they will hold your luggage. I like it, it's a good hotel that puts me right in the heart if things in the Windy City.

Adrian at the check-in counter was a joy. She made the process easy and was very welcoming. The rooms are a nice size. Booked for one night, and it is perfect.

My first stay in downtown Chicago, and it was a pleasant one. Check in was simple, by touchscreen, and streamlined well. Parking was a little far, but not too much and the hotel lets you checkin, put your bags up to your room all while your car is parked out front. That made it so much more easy to then go park and not have the headache of rolling luggage from a couple blocks away. Noise was moderately low outside of neighbor guests going in/out of their room, which is to be expected. I had a King standard room, which was clean and just enough space for me, or with someone. The only downside was there wasn't a clothing iron, and the shower had very low water pressure. That's really the only thing holding this hotel back from a 5 star in my opinion. Affordable, clean, convenient.

Amazing hotel in the heart of downtown within walking distance of everything and close to delicious food no matter which way you turn. Keep in mind the rooms aren't the biggest (but if you travel to big cities you know that is always the case because space is $$$) and they don't have a fridge unless you pay for the room with a kitchen-- but they have water stations on every floor, an ice machine on the third floor and you can request a microwave in your room. They also have complimentary coffee in your room and an amazing coffee/tea station downstairs in the work lounge. We also asked for an iron because there wasn't one in the room and within 15 mins they delivered one with its board. They're also located on top of a bar/pub that has good food and can do room service. The tv has a couple of different channels and you can request for room cleaning daily. The people in the front are super nice, always greet you when you come in AND when you leave. Check in is done at a kiosk but they help you, check out is also at a kiosk and it's super simple. Honestly really enjoyed my time here!

The truth of the statement revealed itself as vaunted ceilings gave this cavernous room an aura of grandeur and the feeling of tradition. There were beings engaged in erudite studies with an inflexible concentration on laptops, notebooks, and in the back were old men going back and forth on the chessboards. It was still and had the eerie silence of a church chapel and sunbeams flowed in from the windows above. What an alien universe and there I was with a large foil tin carrying thirty of the best chicken wings Chicago had to offer. After the religious pilgrimage to Wings Around the World, Reuben H and Aurore L had the good sense to take us all to Reynolds where we wouldn't be bothered and be allowed to worship our wings in peace. For the moment, Reuben went to fetch pop while Aurore went off as well. I was alone and a heretic - a trespasser sneaking in and using up space that I had no right to, but the chess players were very old and had no business being there either. Then it came to me that everyone was allowed in and Reynolds was there for all to share, no identification required! Lined on the walls are large portraits showing various trustees of the University of Chicago. Lists of past Presidents line the wall and the fashion progression from long beards and robes to finely made designer suits and shaved faces led us to mock one portrait - he definitely wanted some of our chicken wings! We cracked open our wings and uncapped our pops only to find that the Cherry Pepsi was expired! While we munched and crunched on our chicken wings, nary a soul turned their heads nor noticed what fine dining we were helping ourselves to. The unbending concentration of the other people in the hall sustained itself except for the old chess players who all got up and went out for a smoke. We ate undisturbed and worked to get rid of the evidence. On our way out a young college student declared that he was going to have to retake high school chemistry. We laughed about it and then I thought that they were right - It really was just like Harry Potter!

Once we entered into a contract, the majority of our interface was with Kate who was awesome. The bar service at our event was fabulous - the service was seriously on point! Only constructive feedback we'd provide is around their client management cycle - we wish it was clearer to us sooner that she was our main point of contact - their transition of communication from Gretchen to Jim to Kate was slightly confusing. It also felt like the forms we had to fill out and send back were cumbersome and a repetitive, especially as compared to some of our other vendors, like our production company and photographer, where everything was electronic and super smooth.

That's Kevin Dorff (writer for Conan), TJ Jagodowski (umm legend for more than Sonic commercials), and Susan Messing (the spitfire that spits the hottest fire (and who I had the good fortune of studying under at the Annoyance)). The show was phenomenal. $20 for 45 minutes of pure, smart, incredible comedy. With the comedy 20 feet away! I saw in the back at a high top with a cider and a mocktail. Drink service comes through halfway through the show or you can order before obviously. A few snacks are available. This is such a cool venue that more people should be talking about.

Also, don't forget to add a donation! We got to the theater about 25 minutes before show time, they have a big lobby area with seating as you wait. The theatre itself is large with different types of seating. I prefer the high top tables in the back row. The show started a bit later than advertised but it was all good. The show was so funny! And of course in true improv style, they had the audience participation by asking for prompts and input. I would 100% go back!
