I toured this condo community recently, and the experience was concerning enough that I want others to be aware before investing time or money here. We arrived a bit late due to a delayed prior appointment, and instead of handling it professionally or offering to reschedule, the leasing agent became visibly annoyed the moment my husband checked in. Her attitude shifted immediately, and the tension was obvious. A simple, courteous explanation would have been completely reasonable -- but that's not what happened. Throughout the tour, her demeanor remained discouraging and unwelcoming. At multiple points she stared at me in a way that felt more intimidating than professional, without a single attempt at a smile, acknowledgment, or basic courtesy. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere that no prospective resident should have to navigate. Her energy alone ended the tour before she ever explained a single feature. The property itself didn't make up for the poor interaction. The unit felt worn down, lacked attention to detail, and didn't appear well cared for. A nearby dog barked nonstop, and several patios were cluttered enough to impact the overall appearance of the community. Apartment hunting requires trust -- in the environment, the staff, and the management. This visit showed none of that. When the person representing the property is this unprofessional during a first impression, it raises legitimate concerns about what the actual living experience might be like. Trust your gut. If something feels off, it usually is. This is not a place we would feel comfortable calling home, and we will absolutely be looking elsewhere. read more

Regarding my wife's visit yesterday to this property : Yesterday, I visited Club River Run to meet my good friend. Upon arrival, I parked in the "future resident parking" area, as the handicap spot was occupied. Being a disabled individual with the legal right to park in any merchant spot with my handicap placard, I felt justified in doing so. However, upon returning to my vehicle, I was shocked to find a warning notice threatening to tow my car. As someone who has been disabled my entire life, I am well aware of my rights. I promptly went to the leasing office to address the issue. To my disbelief, the staff there informed me that even with a handicap, I was not allowed to park in that area. I took it upon myself to educate them about handicap parking laws, even suggesting they Google it for clarification. Despite my efforts, the encounter ended with a dismissive "okay, goodbye" from the staff, accompanied by a smile. I felt compelled to bring attention to this matter as it poses a significant liability for the company. Imagine the repercussions of towing the vehicle of a disabled individual simply because their disability wasn't recognized or understood by the staff. This lack of awareness could result in serious legal consequences, including lawsuits and settlements. It's imperative that the company educates its employees about handicap rights to avoid such situations in the future. Personally, I would hesitate to support a business that could potentially be a liability due to its employees' ignorance of basic legal rights. Been here over 7 years but the quality of the complex has gone way downhill over the past year. I don't know who took over recently but there's trash and dog shit everywhere. They advertise being a dog friendly complex but my dog has been attacked twice by people who walk their dogs off leash. One cat of my neighbors was literally killed by a dog walking off their leash. I could go on but just get rid of whoever came into the office. Even maintenance said he wasn't good when I asked them about what they thought of him. Bring back the community feel here. read more

The security and staff at this location don't care about the guest parking rules. They state in emails that they enforce the parking rules to 3 days but some cars don't move at all. If you call or email them they just act dumb and say they don't see the car that you're talking about. Looks like having over friends or family at this location isn't a good fit since they have to find parking on the street which is always packed as well. River Run is my new home, and I've been here for seven months now. I always know that at the end of the day, I'll be returning to my apartment, regardless of how stressful my day at work or my life in San Diego may be and that comforts me. Both the maintenance team and the personnel are incredibly cordial and diligent in their work. The 24-hour fitness center was being used by a non-resident who was smoking, using drugs, and leaving horrible messes. Miss Paige from the rental office made sure that security was closely monitoring that area, and when the people were discovered, they were escorted off the property and I haven't seen them since. I'm glad that my safety and the safety of the other residents is on top of their list, something that other apt. complexes don't seem to share. read more

I am from San Diego. I was born here in 1960-ish. I have lived in a lot of places here. Some were not so nice. Some, downright shit holes. I had to take a couple to court over it. I am a USAF veteran and was granted a housing voucher (FINALLY) in early 2012. I have two service dogs. Even with a letter, it's been difficult to find a home that I can afford to move into with limited income, especially the deposit. The places that I CAN afford are teeny, tiny spaces run by slumlords. After the last place in City Heights, I decided to look for something more spacious and dog friendly with assigned parking, since parking anywhere in San Diego is at a premium and hard to find with my income limitations. After an almost two year search and an insufferable living situation, I found Club River Run. I had looked into four other complexes in the area, but the search was over after I read the reviews for all five. I decided that two stories was high enough for me. The deposit I paid in installments and the office staff here was much obliged to help me do that (shout out to Damoni!!!). The fact that I never have to worry about losing a good parking spot ever again is a gigantic plus. There is a small dog park and poop bag dispensers everywhere. Let me tell you though, that I did have a couple worries when I first moved in.... I unintentionally imported cockroaches from my last apartment. Club River Run allayed my anxiety by spraying three or four times in probably two months to get rid of them, plus let me work closely with the exterminator himself with all my questions of maintaining a roach free home. (Dewey's, thank you!!!) Since I live right behind the pool/jacuzzi/BBQ/tennis/basketball courts, there were some noisy individuals after hours, but since I asked the staff, they helped put the security detail on it and it has been an issue since a couple weeks after I moved in. The staff has changed a bit since I moved in, but from a person like me who has many needs, I have nothing bad to say about any of them. In fact, I can't say enough GOOD things about them. The maintenance staff is the most on point and prompt of any I've encountered. I have gotten a brand new full size washer/dryer that is smarter than my iPhone and the apartment has Google Nest thermostat, too. I have fruends living in nearby complexes and I need to say that Club River Run is the best overall. It's not just my opinion. Its facts. Nowhere else compares for the price and location. Probably the best community in terms of friendly staff that genuinely cares about their residents, best vibe of feeling your living on a house (even if it's an apartment). All buildings are just 2 floors. Lots of green areas, nice pool spa, gym and great location. I have been living here for a few months, and are extremely happy with the management and maintenance staff. I usually put maintenance requests online, and they are taken care of in most cases within 24 hours. Kerianne and Jacqui from the office are both super sweet and always super helpful (I ask a lot of questions). My wife and I have bonded nicely with them. Club River Run has maintainence staff in house 7 days a week. Omar, Bryant and Ricardo have all been super helpful and friendly maintenance staff. They have helped fixed issue with medicine cabinets, toilets, blinds, kitchen cabinets, faucets and even gave me a quick hand finalizing the installation of my TV mount. read more

It seems more and more people are posting the same thing. Club River Run is charging for carpet replacement and coming up with individual excuses to make people feel they are responsible for the carpet that was already in a condition to need replacement in the first place. It seems both disconcerting and part of an alarming trend. They need to change their business practices immediately. Also, the club river run resident manager sent a picture of a carpet cleaning company recommendation that the carpet replacement was warranted due to "heavily soiled areas and heavy stains". Not only was it suspicious this was sent a week after I disputed these charges but also that they come up with every excuse to make me feel responsible for a carpet. It also contradicts her original statement that there was pet damage in the apartment and contradicts my pictures attached above. This is clearly fraudulent behavior. read more

So I owe the company $95 because they needed to replace the carpet and as I stated in my post before or I believe I did. I have never been charged to replace a carpet because an apartment has to replace it as some point here they just choose to blame the last tenant (us).We spot cleaned the carpet before we left and made sure it was spotless! But who knows how many tenants lived there with that carpet before us. And I think it's stupid to have cream colored carpet. Don't live here if you want to get charged for everything. Also make sure you take pictures of every corner of your apartment when you move in including horrible paint job and door frame corners. And management posted on my original comment making it sound like there was a resolution of some sort or things were taken care of. Nothing was. I had complained about at least two or three things in my previous post and they didn't take care of it before I made the post and surely didn't when they called me. The day before I moved out I also complained about algae in the spa. Don't think they are putting enough chlorine in it. It stinks and the spa is green. It's always a great experience when you're moving in. They pull out the red carpet and tell you how amazing it is. Until you move in..... moving into club river run has been one of the worst experiences to date with a management company. Once your in here they will try to take any penny from you and yet not lift a finger to help. Here are some points to look for. 1. Homeless issues: there is homeless running throughout the property and jumping into all the trash. I've had my identity stolen a few times since I've moved here. I've repeatedly complained and sent them documentation on it and still have not done anything to resolve the issue. 2. Office management: once your in the door they will do anything to not lift up a finger. They will give you any excuse so they don't have to get up for their chair. 3. Forget about your deposit: it's notorious that we have heard from several tenant and we'll hear it too, that they just keep your deposit for "redoing all the floors" even if you don't have pets and without an inspection. 4. Neighbors: since I guess they let anyone in, this place has the creeps come out all day. Ohh and let's not forget they 50% of the residents here do AIR BNB and the management companies knows these tenants and allows it to happen. 5. Don't forget to pay: I pay on time all the time, but one time it slipped. On the 4th day they will threaten you with an eviction letter. Also they will make you run in circles in order to make the payment. It like they intentionally want to make you homeless. Maybe they are the reason for all the homeless here. Think twice before moving here. They are all nice and the main frat boy in the office will give you a great act, but once your in all they see is your money and find anyway to take it. read more

I'm writing this review based on my shopping experience there while looking for an apartment home for my parents. and during my several visits there and interactions with the staff and problems I encountered while on site. 1.) POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The leasing agent, Kelsey, was so unfriendly and genuinely seemed "annoyed" to have to tour us. We asked to see the clubhouse and she simply waived in the direction of its location without taking us inside. We asked to see the pool, she pointed to it but wouldn't let us in. We felt very judged by the way we looked or were dressed, something which shouldn't count when fair housing is involved. For some crazy reason (most likely due to pricing) my parents decided to go with this complex because of its location and proximity to the shopping center and trolley. I visited Mom and Pop and noticed their plant outside the front door had gone missing. We were really bummed because i had bought it for them, but hey I guess these things happen. Not long after that, during another visit we noticed that a tomato plant outside the front door had also mysteriously walked away. After the 2nd "disappearance" we walked around, and my dad asked a female service team member if she has seen his plant to which he is told "no". Later we found out from a neighbor that they saw the female service tech wait for my parents to get in their car, and had another service tech help her load the plant into the golf cart and place it in her car. Managements response to our complaint: "things left in common areas are considered trash and can be taken by whomever wants them." Apparently you cant leave a doormat out because that would be considered "common area" as well. After an ongoing debate the service lady finally brought back our plant - which was now DEAD and the ceramic pot now cracked and broken. While visiting my parents (guest parking is virtually non-existent by the way) I also saw employees digging through the garbage bins to take home recyclables for extra cash. All in all - bad practices and unresponsive management. I wouldn't even encourage a transient to take up residence here - although you'll see them rummaging through the trash bins at 6am. read more

My girlfriend and I moved in about 4 months ago and it has been nothing short of fantastic. We moved into the updated 2 Bed 2 Bath unit. Pros: -The management staff is as friendly as could be and does everything to make you feel welcome. Shout out to Kerianne! -The maintenance staff is accommodating and reliable -Free gym, pool, hot tub, tanning, dog park, tennis courts, basketball courts, grilling area, fire pits, business center with free printing, and weekly social event (yoga, happy hours, cooking classes) -In unit washer/dryers and ample storage for each until -Free parking for residents and ample free street parking for visitors -Dog waste baskets throughout the complex and a dog washing station (this place is extremely dog friendly -Walking distance to Costco, Lowe's and IKEA along with ample bars and restaurants Cons -Haven't come across any yet! read more

We lived here for two years and overall our experience was fine/good. We moved into a non-upgraded unit our first year and transferred to an upgraded unit after our first year was up. While the aesthetic of the upgraded unit is much better, the appliances....we probably preferred the ones in the older unit. Specifically the new microwave unit, it will NOT shut up until it's done yelling at you (even if you already opened the door). And it's not just the quiet beeps we're all used to...it's three blaring beeps/mini alarms that go on forever and ever. But overall, there's really no huge difference in quality between an upgraded and non-upgraded. It just looks nicer, but the quality of the materials doesn't really justify the amount of increase in price. When we first moved in, we were told that our water/sewer was going to be billed at a flat rate which is primarily what made us decide to stay the second year. However, when we signed our new lease it was never brought up that we would no longer be charged the flat fee and we found out via an email or letter of some sort that told us that we needed to set up our Conservice account. Not really upset at needing to pay for what we use, mostly upset cuz it was never mentioned as a change and it would've been nice to have that heads up. I've noticed that a lot of the reviews talk about the 'homeless problem' --personally, they are probably less of a problem than the actual tenants in the complex. A lot of tenants in this complex seem to forget that outside of their actual unit it's a SHARED space. Lack of common courtesy and decency for others who live there probably pissed us off more than the occasional homeless person who came to dig through our dumpsters for cans and bottles. I would also like to note that it's less likely that these folks are making the mess in the dumpster area, and more so that the tenants are careless and messy and just toss their trash in the dumpster area and not the dumpster itself. Tenants park however they feel like it (yes, you'll probably run into multiple scenarios where your neighbor's car is partially in your spot or someone else is just parked in your spot). They let their dogs roam around off leash and don't pick up after their dogs. To sum it up, the pros of this complex: - Location (close to the 163, 15, 805) - Price (for the area, it's probably on the lower end of the spectrum considering how convenient it is) - Fenton Parkway trolley access - Package lockers - Costco plaza right down the street Cons of the complex: - Tenant behavior - Little to no notice when they plan large projects - Very inconsistent water temps (our first unit constantly produced scalding hot water, our second unit barely produced cold water) - Management will occasionally forget to remove visibility for everyone's email when they send out an email (privacy concern) Basically, we moved because of the tenants not the complex itself. read more

I lived here for a year and it seemed pretty nice when I got there. The unit was recently remodeled so it was all pretty much brand new. The gym was and the outdoor gym was kind of nice. The pool was pretty good as well but tended to be a little crazy with kids running around and such. I found most of the people we pretty nice. Did see some homeless people picking through the trash bins pretty often. The bbq's never really worked that well even though they replaced them with nicer ones. For the most part everybody who worked on the property was very nice. My main issue with the property is how they handled the deposit situation. Basically there is no amount of cleaning that you can do to get your deposit back. I'm talking a slight mark on a wall or anything. They charged us because there was dust on the blinds after I wiped them down. They said they needed to be professionally cleaned. I spent a half a day cleaning and we were not messy people at all and they still managed to find a way to nickel and dime pretty much every last dollar of our deposit. If you have a pet you should know that they have a mandatory de-flea fee that they will charge you as well. They test the carpets and if there is any urine or spots they will charge to replace the carpets (not clean them). Their rationale is that some people are allergic. So if your dog or cat has one accident you will be paying for new carpets. All I know is that somehow the deposit and pet deposit added up to almost exactly what our cleaning bill was. We had no issues with the carpet having pet stains so just image if we did! Just don't count on getting your deposit back and if your pet does have some accidents I imagine you'll be owing some money. They do not consider any normal wear and tear in their assessment of their apartments which is what rubbed me the wrong way. Not the worst place to live by any means but don't expect your deposit back! read more

My daughter and her son that's 4 years old moved here in July of this year. This is by far the best place I have lived. The management are absolutely the best! They do everything right and if something needs fixed in my apartment they are on it right away. Super nice management , beautiful apartment . The area is definitely the best close to all freeways and Costco, ikea. Pet friendly people walk there dogs in the neighborhood. Every morning I wake up I go outside to my patio and just admire the beautiful trees and beautiful apartments surrounding us. I don't ever want to move. read more

I don't know what is with San Diego apartment complexes and property managements stealing your security deposit and charging for normal wear and tear. I was so excited to live in this apartment complex and it was a great move in experience (If you notice, most of the good reviews are about move in not move out) BUT BEWARE, they will steal your money. My cousin and I lived in 10051 complex. We lived here for a year, paid our rent on time, took care of the apartment, cleaned it weekly, treated it as our own, didn't put holes in the walls, etc. What do we get at move out? Our whole $400 security deposit taken and they are saying we owe $400 more for a pet stain on the carpet. WE NEVER HAD A PET AND THEY ACCUSED US OF HAVING ONE. They originally tried to charge us $1300 for the entire carpet even though the carpet is already 3 years old which she admitted in email. She also said in a condescending way that "she's going to trust we didn't have a pet." AND did I mention our move in sheet SHOWS THERE WERE PET STAINS BEFORE WE MOVED IN. I just think it's outrageous how these people can be so slimy and it seems like they are doing this to everyone who is moving out of you look at the recent reviews. They are charging to upgrade their units. Not everyone can have that many stains. Anyway, I always save my reviews until I move out because that's where the snakes always get you. They steal your security deposit and accuse you of things just to upgrade the unit. I bet they didn't even replace the carpet because someone moved in shortly after us. They probably used the deposit for all the other upgrades they're doing around the complex which they can't afford. I lived at Club River Run for a year and here are the PROS/CONS of my time there: PROS: Staff/Maintenance - Ethan and Lap are awesome and were always quick to solve any sort of issues that came up (which weren't many). Maintenance is incredibly fast and effective. If I ever submitted a service request in the morning, the issue was fixed before I got home from work that same day. Amenities - The gym was never packed. The pool/hot tub area was always relaxing. The Clubhouse is really nice and came up big when there was a "can't miss" sporting event I really wanted to watch. Their computer lab is a nice touch and served me well when my personal printer would run out of ink, which always seemed to happen when I was in a hurry. The private walkway to the rail line was great for when I wanted to go downtown and didn't feel like paying to park my car. The food trucks that set up shop near the office every couple weeks were great! Environment/Location - The complex was typically quiet and I always felt safe here. Club River Run is close to nearly everything you would need with plenty of shopping, food, and entertainment in the vicinity. CONS: Thin Ceilings/Floors - I lived in a downstairs apartment and quite often would hear the upstairs neighbor walking around. I don't feel he or she was being loud on purpose and figured it was a design flaw of the complex. I would definitely recommend getting an upstairs unit (they have the nicer, vaulted ceilings anyway). Parking Lot - Parking, as others have said, is very tight. I was lucky to never notice any dents in my car but I definitely understand how that would happen with how tight the spots are. There were also homeless people regularly going through the dumpsters on any given day. This isn't really that big of an issue to me because there's really no solution to it and they were never threatening or dangerous individuals. Cost - This is ultimately the reason I didn't end up staying at Club River Run. Their costs, however, seem to be the norm for the area. OVERALL: If you can afford it, Club River Run is a great place to call home. You definitely get what you pay for with the amenities and size of the apartment. The first year I lived in this complex was nice. I had almost 0 problems. Then I decided I was going to upgrade to a two bedroom since my at the time boyfriend was moving in with me and we were planning to get married and have a baby. That's when all the problems started. I'm pretty sure the neighbors below me were either running a daycare or they had four grown boys living in one bedroom. The mom was never home so they were always loud. We would complain to management about the noise and all they did was go downstairs and tell them that we complained. The grassy area over by our unit was always poorly kept and covered in dog poop. I'm pretty sure the torn up grass was due to one of the neighbors taking his dog out to play fetch. Another area of the complex actually had mushrooms growing in the ground and the complex did nothing about it. There are always homeless people rummaging through the trash. And again the complex did nothing about it. They hire security guards to walk around the complex to "keep the place safe" but they are usually elderly gentleman that just kind of hang out together. I was thinking when I moved out that I might see some of my deposit come back to me however that was not the case. I should've known better when I read reviews that said they never got their deposit back. Not only did I not get my deposit back but I was charged an additional $400. So basically what they were telling me is I owed almost $800 after move out! That is a crazy amount of money to repair the apartment. Half of what they charged me was just for painting the unit. Jacqui is the manager and when I called to ask about the charges I was told she was not working that day. Then they told me she would call me back the next day. Guess who didn't call me back the next day or the day after that. I was basically just expected to pay that much money with no questions asked. But seriously read all the recent reviews don't move into this place. It used to be a nice place to live but all those people that used to work in the office don't work there anymore. Hmm I wonder why... And if you currently live here and are planning on moving out soon don't expect to see any of your deposit, expect to pay instead. Either way good luck with this place. read more

We lived here for 4 years- I really loved living here! The location was great and the amenities were everything I wanted. We LOVED the cooking classes, and frequented the gym and grills. The leasing office was great to responding to us- If someone was parked in my spot, they were tracking down the car owner within minutes. Whenever we called in noise complaints, they were quick to call the resident to remind of quiet hours. For the most part, it was a really quiet complex. I think it was only noisy when someone first moved in, and then they quieted down soon after (normal noise, ya know?). I was afraid of the high "move out fees" as mentioned other yelp reviews- We didn't have any problems and received our full deposit back (maybe just keep your apartment clean? We had our carpets cleaned once a year). The leasing office was very fair on raising rent prices annually (very low!)- they also offered a referral program and also had other incentives to renew your lease. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is that because it was dog friendly, I felt it always reeked of dog urine everywhere I went, especially in the summer. No one's fault, but in our area we were the only apartment without dogs, so it just resulted in all the dogs using the lawns around us. read more

The office staff and maintenance staff are all very friendly and attentive toward any requests. The grounds are well kept mostly and are being updated. Really there are only a few issues that affect living standards. First, installing hard floors in upstairs apartments really makes the sound of stomping unbearable to a person downstairs. Second, pet owners who don't clean up after their dogs are a problem. Imagine having a dog so his business right outside your window and have to smell the outcome. Not pleasant. Lastly, the residents that think the parking lot is a raceway or concert venue are rude. Especially at night. These things are addressed in the lease agreement, however, the pertinent clauses should be read aloud to residents and followed up on in the newsletters. Other than that it's a clean enough, safe enough place to live. read more

This is the most dog friendly place in mission valley! They allow for large dogs and my wife and I enjoy the privacy and well kept outside area. The jacuzzi is our favorite thing, and there are lots of young tenants which is a relief compared to all the retirees in other complexes. read more

Welcome to the epitome of lipstick on a pig. This apartment complex is the stereotype of every horrible apartment that you were dreading to rent- loud, crowded, impersonal, and money grubbing. Forget about parking after 5pm, unless you have a space that you pay monthly for, that other people often park in. Forget about quiet, as you're renting underneath the freeway overpass, next to Qualcomm stadium. The grounds are nice, as long as you're fine renting next to the landscaper's manure pile, under the 805 freeway, and/or backed up to the river that the homeless population uses to break into your car and make a quick getaway. The business center printer, pool, jacuzzi, and gym are nice, when they're not broken. My boyfriend was using the brand new rock climbing wall, when one of the holds came loose. He sprained his ankle from the sudden fall. We let Dexter know, and he just shrugged and said "sorry, we'll let the setter know in 2 weeks when he comes in", and made it seem like tightening the loose hold wasn't available. Our air conditioner, dishwasher, and microwave were all defective, which we had to call maintenance over every month or so for our 2 year stay, because our appliances were literally THAT defective. Maintinence at this complex is awesome, I can't say enough good things about the appliance maintenance and ground maintenance crew here. They made our stay bearable. We had to break our lease in the competitive leasing market here, and were charged a full month's rent, as per the contract. Then, we were charged a flea fee, per the contract. Then, we were charged additional fees for ripping out the carpet that was deemed clean by the man who came in with the urine wand, repainting the walls due to normal wear and tear, and for throwing away my deceased grandmother's dishes in the dishwasher that the movers missed. Yes, Club River Run threw away the clean dishes that were forgotten in our dishwasher, days before our official move out date when we gave them the keys to our apartment. And then had the gall to charge us for "trash removal", over a month after we had moved from the complex. When we asked Lapp Lu why they hadn't told us about our forgotten items, they stated that their company policy was to not contact renters unless the value of the forgotten items were thought to exceed $750. We contacted a lawyer, who directed us to the publicly available California Renter's Rights. We threatened them with a lawsuit, which we would have won, before they backed down and refunded us our money for the carpet, paint, and item removal fees. Our lawyer also stated to make any reviews completely factual to avoid libel laws, so there you go. We paid our fees under protest, which I would recommend to anyone currently in a legal battle with this complex, because it allows you to take a step back, breathe, and hit this horrific company again at a later time. Club River Run, I hope you sleep well at night, while dreaming about screwing over your tenants. Enjoy my dead grandmother's dishes, Starbucks tumblers, and work tools that you refused to let us pick up, which is completely illegal. Don't be deceived by this place. Prior to move in the employees were great. Jerusa (no longer works there) and Michelle were helpful, friendly and charming. However shortly after living here I noticed the bathrooms are covered in mold over the shower due to inadequate ventilation, most of the residents do not pick up after their dogs, the grounds are littered in trash with shopping carts amongst it, the dumpsters are constantly be dived into (which is a scary encounter if you work early mornings), placing a work order was easy when I first moved in but just recently it took two weeks to get a light bulb changed. They made move out easy because they have every intention of taking your entire deposit and charging you for new material that clearly had wear and tear prior to move in. Overall I would never consider living here again. I had read similar reviews on yelp and still gave them a chance. Don't be deceived. The rates are overpriced for a lot less charming and adequate service that is perceived to be delivered. read more
